The maintenance team are always willing to help last week I had an issue with the air conditioner and sent a vendor on a timely manner to fix it, overall the staff are always friendly and helpful.

I am extremely impressed with Premier Property Management! The entire team is so friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. After I moved into my unit, I had to submit a few work orders in my portal (toilet issue, faucet leak, and broken shower head). I was able to choose a time and day that worked best with my schedule, and all repairs were done in a timely manner. They were sure to follow up with me to confirm the issues were resolved and I was happy. They truly care about their properties and tenants!
Premier property management is lucky to have Cheri working for them!! From the first phone call to Move in, she was there every step of the way to help with any questions or concerns. PPM makes the move in process simple with online applications and signings. We couldn’t be happier with our decision! 10 out of 10 Would Recommend!!

Worked with a Leasing Agent named Erin. Had such a pleasant experience working with her, expressed to her that I was pressed for time and needed at my application considered as soon as possible. Within the hour, she had approved my application, she was extremely responsive to probably 10 to 15 phone call calls all the way up until late at night just to help me sort through my situation. I would highly recommend working with her if you’re looking to make finding a rental property, not so miserable.
The last two times I’ve had to call for property maintenance, they sent somebody right away and they fixed both issues right away. I’m very happy with this property management company and I hope the service continues to stay like it is now.

This company literally scammed me with the rental! I discussed the contract with the agent Erin Hale, who repeatedly told me that she had spoken with the HOA and confirmed that I did not have to pay for the electricity for this rental. I have multiple messages from her confirming this before signing the contract, during, and even after. And now she shamelessly writes to tell me that she supposedly told me that I had to pay because that’s what the contract says. I asked her about that point many times and she clearly confirmed that I didn’t have to. Terrible service! Awful company! Not to mention the experience with this so-called agent “Erin Hale.” If you want to make a deal based on lies and end up being scammed, contact her—you’ll see how terrible the service is! I will be reporting this scam.

As agents, we speak with annual and seasonal tenants and owners on a daily basis. Any included utilities are listed on the listing.
Annual rentals never have electricity included and further to that point, the lease agreement clearly specifies that power is not an owner-provided utility.
The final lease, which was reviewed by you and acknowledged prior to signing, lists only trash service and lawn care as included.

Erin has been one of my best experiences at premier’s since having Cassidy she’s always on top of things and try’s her best to make sure things aren’t delayed,her consistency when it comes to getting you moved in to your home is by far unmatched to me.In as little as a month I was able to move in to my new home in times of great need for it.
When we first rented our apartment we did not know what maintenance company we will be dealing with.
On moving date we did not have AC, the stove was not connected and the dryer machine had the air duct disconnected.
We had to delay our moving day by a week. (Nobody apologized and offer retroactive reimbursement for that week).
Later on I place a maintenance request for some water stains/possible mold I needed remediated, someone came to look at it twice on two different occasions and nothing else happened. It took several emails, phone calls (that were never answered) and 3 months to finally get resolved…then the areas fixed had to be painted… Because of my persistence I was able to get the areas painted in a fairly quick time frame….
After that there have been other request that were addressed as they should without issues fast and efficient.
Recently we had an annual home inspection and we discovered PPM has new personal and I was hoping things will continue to be better… Moreover, we had a bad water leak and because I stressed the nature of the issue over the phone the problem was resolved promptly (as it should)… HOWEVER after that water issue I placed a maintenance request because the floors have bubbled up and I don’t want my family to be held responsible in the future of doing something that cause the damage of the floors…
I submitted 4 maintenance requests and after submitting them the company (PPM) has to create a ticket for such request…I called them to ask why a ticket has not been created and why my requst do not show in the portal…. they tried to tell me I did not know how to submit request (meanwhile I have been placing maintenance requests for about 1 1/2 years now). Ultimately the manager put the request himself but none of my details and picture were included.
Today they were supposed to come between the hours of 8am - 12 pm to check on the issue of the floors and my husband took time off from work and waited until 1pm and nobody showed up… very frustrating and disappointing!!…
I really like the community and the apartment we live in… Premier property management still has a lot to improve and I hope they take this review as my attempt to improve the situation on their side.
Customer satisfaction should be consistent… and while I’m grateful for the times my maintenance requests were addressed timely I think there is still A LOT THAT HAS TO BE IMPROVED ON THEIR END.
I hope PPM takes this review to hart and take the steps to improve customer satisfaction.

Thank you for your feedback. We have identified the Agenic AI that was enabled in the software as the cause of some of the recent maintenance miscues. We have turned that service off (today) as it appears that it is not ready for "Prime Time". Thank you again for your review/feedback, it is noted and appreciated.

I want to say that the Maintenance Department is more efficient than before. Today I had a serious plumbing issue, and Carlos did his best to find a plumber who could repair the leak the same day. Hopefully the way maintenance issues will be handled going forward will remain the same. It would be such a relief.
