☺En general todo estuvo bien. Es un apartamento pequeño y acogedor, con todo lo necesario para poder pasar una buena estadía en Roma. Esta muy cerca del Vaticano a un 1 kilómetro aproximadamente. El sector es tranquilo con almacenes y restaurantes cerca.
Sin duda lo que más nos gustó fue la amabilidad de Ivan, que fue muy comprensivo y amable al recibirnos en el apartamento. Llegamos tarde (porque nuestro tren se atraso) y muy cansados, y él tuvo mucha empatía y amabilidad en recibirnos, responder nuestras dudas y explicarnos todo en detalle, siempre muy amable, respetuoso y atento a lo necesitáramos.
☹Lo único que quizás podría ser mejor (como sugerencia) es informar con más énfasis los impuestos que se cobran. Eso fue algo que no teníamos considerando y que obviamente tuvimos que pagar en el momento. De esa forma no es algo que sea "sorpresa".
Lo otro que también podría mejorar es la ventilación del baño. Se humedecia con facilidad, quizás a futuro podrían tener otros sistemas de ventilación. De igual forma todo estuvo bien.

Regarding the city tax, it is a mandatory fee set by the City of Rome, and it was clearly displayed in the total booking amount on Booking.com. Unfortunately, the way it is calculated and shown depends on the platform and may vary based on the guest's nationality. We never apply different prices than those listed on Booking.com. If there is any concern about this, we kindly suggest addressing it with the platform to improve their communication on this matter.
Additionally, we’d like to remind you that during your stay, we provided several complimentary extras, such as an additional bottle of prosecco, extra blankets for your comfort, and an early check-in to make your arrival smoother. We always strive to go above and beyond to make our guests’ stays special.
As for the bathroom ventilation, we appreciate your suggestion and will certainly consider it as we work on improving our facilities. Your feedback is invaluable to us!

☺Mieszkanie rzeczywiście znajduje się blisko Watykanu, co bardzo ułatwiło nam zwiedzanie.
- W mieszkaniu było wszytsko, czego potrzebujemy, nawet deska do prasowania i żelazko, kawa i Netflix.
- Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona.
- A przede wszystkim, było bardzo czysto.

☺Andrea was incredibly professional and kind. Nothing was too much for him, he was so helpful! The property was very large, spotless and brilliantly located near the bus lines and a stones throw away from the Vatican and lovely local Osterias. Thank you again for a brilliant trip!

☺Nice looking at a first glance
☹1. Looks nice at first glance but really lacks details. E.g. no hangers for towels, forcing one to having to reach for towel at distance after showering.
2. Really cheap on small yet fundamental things, especially shampoo. As I finish the first day’s supply of shampoo, I asked the host for a bit more for my 3-night stay. That’s when I was told that shampoo was part of the “welcome kit”, and I am on my own to get shampoos. Really host, at over 200 euros a night, you can’t even bother to supply the most basic thing that most travelers won’t bring on the road. Quite a shame.

We would like to clarify that there is a mobile towel rack in the apartment, which can be placed wherever the guest prefers, ensuring greater flexibility and comfort.
Regarding the "welcome kit," I would like to remind you that we provided 4 complete kits, even though there were only 2 of you. It was only the day before your departure – after 2 days of your stay – that you asked if there was any more shampoo available. Unfortunately, we didn’t have any more at the time, but I kindly suggested that you could purchase some at the nearby market, offering to bring it to you myself if needed. However, I did not receive a response to this offer.
Moreover, we are pleased to note that you enjoyed the complimentary Brut provided during your stay. We are always open to improving our guests' experience, and we regret that these small details affected your overall perception of the stay.
