☺Nur 10 Minuten vom Petersdom entfernt, mit den Bussen 62 und 64, Haltestellen fast direkt vor dem Haus, sindxes nur ca. 15 Minuten über den Tiber in das Zentrum von Rom. Nette Wohnumgebung und nicht zu touristisch. Nettes, feines Apartment.

A spotless property in a brilliant location with wonderful proprietor!
☺Andrea was incredibly professional and kind. Nothing was too much for him, he was so helpful! The property was very large, spotless and brilliantly located near the bus lines and a stones throw away from the Vatican and lovely local Osterias. Thank you again for a brilliant trip!

☺Nice looking at a first glance
☹1. Looks nice at first glance but really lacks details. E.g. no hangers for towels, forcing one to having to reach for towel at distance after showering.
2. Really cheap on small yet fundamental things, especially shampoo. As I finish the first day’s supply of shampoo, I asked the host for a bit more for my 3-night stay. That’s when I was told that shampoo was part of the “welcome kit”, and I am on my own to get shampoos. Really host, at over 200 euros a night, you can’t even bother to supply the most basic thing that most travelers won’t bring on the road. Quite a shame.

We would like to clarify that there is a mobile towel rack in the apartment, which can be placed wherever the guest prefers, ensuring greater flexibility and comfort.
Regarding the "welcome kit," I would like to remind you that we provided 4 complete kits, even though there were only 2 of you. It was only the day before your departure – after 2 days of your stay – that you asked if there was any more shampoo available. Unfortunately, we didn’t have any more at the time, but I kindly suggested that you could purchase some at the nearby market, offering to bring it to you myself if needed. However, I did not receive a response to this offer.
Moreover, we are pleased to note that you enjoyed the complimentary Brut provided during your stay. We are always open to improving our guests' experience, and we regret that these small details affected your overall perception of the stay.

☺Proche du Vatican, commerces et arrêts de bus. Bon logement en famille. Nous avons très bien été accueilli et notre hôte était disponible pour toutes questions. Situé dans une impasse très calme.
☹Logement en sous-sol, nous avons eu une semaine de pluie et l'humidité ne s'evacuait pas de l'appartement. Ce logement doit être très agréable en cas de forte chaleur.
