"I recently had an AMAZING service experience from EXPRESS HOLDINGS (Express Plumbing) . I had a major issue with poor water pressure at my property which was very frustrating. Their plumbers arrived early and sorted out my issue. On completion they cleaned up after themselves like they were never there. It`s rare to get a company that is transparent with pricing , friendly , efficient and staff that goes above & beyond. We had a very positive experience with this company. From start to finish the process was totally seamless and easy.
We had 3 Air Conditioner units installed. It was lot of work but Luciano and Landon worked very hard and cleaned up after themselves, they were very friendly and professional and all round great guys. Later on came the electricians Lindy and Theo. They did a great job also hooking up the units to the electric circuit Board. They worked as a team and got the job done in one day. Totally awesome. The inside and outside of the house was a total mess but these guys cleaned it so good that we don't have to do any cleaning. I would definitely use them again and recommend them and their company for excellent service. Great job guys!!!!

Such an unprofessional company to deal with. They send me the first coc for beetle. All good. The second coc was messed up 4 times with them swapping the buyer and sellers names. Every time they apologised, they sent the same document back to me. Then they blame me that I sent them wrong information yet they did it right the first coc which was done a day apart. Then I get a quote for work to be done and no explanation but just to accept the quote yet the house was bought November 7 last year and sold in August2025.
Sad when incompetent people get hired to mess people’s businesses up. Definitely will never recommend them and will inform the realtor group to be very careful of them.

Regarding the quote you received for additional work, our intention was to provide a transparent and detailed breakdown of the necessary repairs to ensure the electrical installation was compliant with the SANS 10142-1. The inspection report, which we sent to your husband, explained exactly why the work was needed to deem the installation compliant.

Luciano and Landon were professional and had very good manners. They listened to the needs of the client, and our two air conditioners were installed professionally. The other four aircons were serviced professionally as well. Michael the Ops Manager was also visible, and it was a pleasure chatting to him. Last but not least Georhia conducted herself professionally and had very good manners. She dealt with my needs in a professional and speedy manner. I just heard that she is no longer in the office but on the road. What a pity.

However, the issue you've described regarding the water supply is related to the City of Cape Town's infrastructure, specifically the council stop tap, which is beyond our control. We have already explained that we are unable to resolve issues related to the city's water supply system. We cannot replace your tap. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience, but this matter needs to be addressed with the City of Cape Town directly.

Issued a COC for house transfer with non compliant items in home. They acknowledged it, but said plumber who signed off has left the company and I must claim against him. They said they are not responsible. Bugs and Sparks

Excellent workmanship and always on time as scheduled. We just sold our house and had Express Holdings assist us with our Electrical, Plumbing and Gas COCs and it was a pleasure working with them and their teams. Thank you for a great service and fair pricing

If you want a job well done, DON'T use them. If you want high quality work, DON'T use them. If you want responsive management when you report an issue, DON'T use them. If you want them to come back to your house a 5th time to fix the same issue, USE them. My estate agent warned me not to use them, I should have listened. The only reason I am giving one star is because I have to pick one to write a rating.

I have had the worst experience dealing with this company and it has left a very bitter taste in my mouth, they had asked me to remove my previous review which I agreed to with the hopes that will do a good job, I personally felt as though this company tried to scam me in the beginning as a requested that they do a COC for my gas installation at a cost of R550, the inspector came through and told us that our installation is 100% and we are good to go.
The next day I received an email from them with a quote, saying that I am Required to pay them an additional R738.41 for an installation that they need to do of a piece of copper that needs replacing, I notified them that there is no copper in my tailler and then they told me the installation is actually for a different pipe, i really felt like this company was trying to take advantage of me and the situation as my business cannot operate without this certificate and they are well aware of that!
After plenty back and forth emails with their director, The terms of our business has come to an end and they will be refunding my money.
What a relief being done and dusted with this company! and we've found a more reliable company to service our requirements.
At my personal capacity, I do not recommend using them.
