If ProLinkIt Solutions were a superhero, they'd be Captain Connectivity! I mean, who else could save the day when your Wi-Fi turns into a sluggish snail mid-Zoom meeting? These guys swooped in faster than my cat to an open tuna can. My network was back to being smoother than a buttered bowling ball in no time!
Not only do they fix my tech issues, but they explain everything in a way that even I—a mere mortal with the tech knowledge of a potato—could understand. They’ve got the brains, the skills, and the customer service that makes you feel like you’re hanging out with your favorite tech-savvy cousin.
If you need IT help and you’re not calling ProLinkIt, you might as well be trying to send smoke signals instead of emails. 10/10 would recommend. Now, if only they could help me fix my cooking skills…
I love working with this IT team! I'm sure they deal with a lot of "emergencies" from companies such as ours but they are always able to efficiently and timely solve our problems. Their coordinator Tammy is phenomenal, always kind and nice to have on the other side of the phone. I've worked with many of their techs and all are capable and skilled. Highly recommend.
