Judy, Alice, Zayda, Naz and Dr. Ross were phenomenal!! They take the time to answer all of your questions, they have more then 22 years of experience, they will make you feel very comfortable. I want to take few minutes to thanks Dr. Ross, Judy, and the rest of the team at La Mesa Medical Hair Restoration for the great service i received about a month ago. Dr. Ross is the best. Very humble , easy to work with and so friendly. Judy took care of me the whole day of the procedure and answer all my questions. The quality and price are excellent. He was very thorough with explaining the process and gave very appropriate expectations. The procedure was one that I would 100% do again and my result was beyond what I had hoped for - I’m very impressed!
I really appreciated his candidness. He told me that my specific situation did not really need his ARTAS Robot. He said, “I’ll be happy to take your money for it, but honestly, your case doesn’t need the robot. This is what I do, I’m confident that I can give you the exact same great result without it.”
What MD is that honest with you these days?!
I have sent 3 friends Dr. Ross’ info in the last year.
Highly recommend!

Excellent staff, very professional, I have had a procedure done last November 2019, and the results were phenomenal. On Dec 29, 2020, I returned for more of the same procedure to get a full crown of hair, I am sure that the results will be the same as my previous one. I like Dr. Brandon Ross and his nurse Judy, I strongly recommend their clinic if you are considering hair transplant, you will be amazed, 6 months after the procedure. After care support is world class, Dr. Ross gives you his personal mobile number if you need counsel and advice, plus issue prescription for Finesteride as well. All in all, this is one of the best medical experience I had, twice at that, and I will be coming back for a third procedure.
