If you don't want your hard earned money to be lost, stay away from investing in their mortgage loans, they are defaulting in payment of interest since beginning of first quarter of 2024. I am not sure if the bankruptcy is on the way!
Update after the owner's response: Qavi do not respond back to calls or messages, while Bach has been constantly followed with no success for her commitments on payment releases, whom should I connect now?

Do not invest with Pro Funds, District, Valour. I've had a redemption request at District for OVER 9 months now and just keep getting pushed off, no real answers and people just stop responding. Don't invest with this group.

Don't invest with this company
They tell you that you're investing for a fixed period and possible extension of 6 months.
Then you hear nothing and when you call they tell you you will get your money in 2 weeks.
It's now been 18 months and they don't respond to phone calls or emails.
I even spoke to the owner Carmen and she promised me my money back but nothing has happened in t he 18 months.
Avoid this company and save your hard earned money.

They took money from the bank account more than once and I called them and got the money back, but they took from them $48 as a refund commission, and after you reached them for four days, they took the same amount, shame.

Receive monthly statements & returns as promised - have never NOT received a payment in 3 years..in some situations their District REIT has unexpectedly increased in value to my delight..highly recommended!

The service is always professional, courteous and the customer service we have received with Patricia (Trish) Peirera has always been perfection.
