Clogged bathroom sink drain, technician Nathan, came out ASAP and did a great job. Cleared the drain with no issues, cleaned up, fast professional job. Price was fair, no hidden fees, and they came out in less than 20 minutes (lucky they weren't busy today). The owner was up front about the charges and what would be completed. I would definitely recommend them and patronize again.
Profix was very responsive over text one evening. We noticed our kitchen line was backed up so we hired Alex to come out. He was very knowledgeable and was able to unclog our drain within a few minutes. From there he used his drain camera to check the health of our pipes and diagnose some other potential repairs. Our home was built in 1952 so I know of some of the issues he pointed out. Our first experience was very positive and will look to hire Alex again in the future.
Drains throughout the house had been slow for months and snaking didn't seem to make a lasting difference. The tech ran a camera down the main line and found a heavy mix of grease buildup and root intrusion about 40 feet out. Hydrojetting cleared the whole line and he showed me the after footage. Water has been moving the way it should ever since. Fair price for the amount of work involved and no upsell on anything we didn't need.
Got the news nobody wants to hear, our main sewer line was collapsing and needed a full replacement. Three other companies had quoted us numbers that made my stomach drop. These guys came in fair and walked us through the trenchless option versus a traditional dig. We went trenchless and they finished in a day and a half with minimal damage to the yard. Permits and inspections were handled on their end. Huge weight off our shoulders.
Greg and Alex was sent out 1 hour later. Had an issue with a clogged drain in the shower and bathroom sink. They were able to get both drains unclogged within 30min!
Had Called rotor rooter the night before and they told me they couldn't access my clean out drain because it had a p-trap which was not the case.

Live in Paramount and had been dealing with slow drains across pretty much the whole house for a few months. Tried the store bought stuff, tried having someone come snake it, and it would work for a couple weeks then go right back to being slow. Finally called Profix Drains and Greg recommended hydrojetting since snaking clearly wasn't getting to the root of it. The tech Alex ran a camera first to show me what was actually happening in the line, which was honestly gross but useful. Years of buildup coating the inside of the pipe. He hydrojetted the whole main line and ran the camera again after to show me the difference. Pipes looked basically new on the inside. Drains have been running fast ever since. Wish I'd just done this from the start instead of paying for snaking that was never really going to fix it.
Kitchen sink finally gave up on me last week. Had been draining slow forever and one night it just stopped completely. Called in the morning and they had someone at the house by early afternoon. Chris put down a mat to keep my kitchen floor clean before he even started which I appreciated. Ran a snake through the line and pulled out a pretty serious clog about 15 feet down. Mostly grease and food buildup from years of being lazy about what goes down the drain. He ran the water for a good while after to make sure everything was actually flowing right and gave me some advice on how to keep it from happening again. Was in and out in under an hour. Fair price, no upselling, just fixed the problem. Already saved their number.
Greg with Profix literally just left our house after helping us with a stubborn kitchen drain. At first he tried to snake the line from the trap to see if that would work, but quickly realized that we were going to need the line hydrojetted, which is why we called them out in the first place.
He arrived shortly after the start of the typical appointment window and explained to us what he was going to do, then went immediately to work. He spent quite a while (nearly 3 hours) working on the line, first hydro jetting from the sink to the clean out, then moved to the clean-out and worked that line until it was cleaned to his professional satisfaction.
I strongly recommend the team at ProFix Drains & Hydro Jet. I've used them three times now and they are always punctual, clean, and have excellent communication. I will definitely continue to use them for any upcoming project or plumbing concerns. Most recently, my kitchen faucet broke and Greg and team were abel to accommodate me on their schedule next day and my faucet was replaced within 12hrs of me calling.
Very prompt and helpful service. Steve did a good job. I know I watched him. I requested a snake to remove a clog in the plumbing from the kitchen. I'm pretty sure that Steve ran out the whole thing (he said it was 50-75 feet long. Then he ran my hose down the pipe and flushed it down full blast. I went to the bathroom downstairs and listened to the water sounds and it sounded clear. They gave me a 30 day warranty and I don't think they will have to make good on that.
Our main drain backed up on a Sunday night and I was in full panic mode. Called and they picked up right away which I was not expecting. Josh was at the house within the hour. He assessed the situation fast, got his equipment set up, and cleared the blockage without making a stressful night any worse than it already was. I am a first time home buyer that recently moved into my home. It's an old house and unfortunately, right away my plumbing problems started. I had multiple backup, flooding and drain problems with the house. I called 4 different companies to come take a look, quote and diagnose.

I had tech Alex at my house last week for 2 projects. bathroom and kitchen sink drains clogged and bathtub faucet dripping. He gave me an estimate for both jobs. Due to the age of the house he could not repair the tub faucet. Advised to upgrade to a new assembly. I thought he would have to tear into the wall to install this, but explained how it would be done and how it would look. It was one of the hottest days, but he completed both jobs. both sinks drain and the new tub assembly looks and works great. what a pro!
Finding a plumber near me that actually has the heavy equipment for a main line backup is a lot harder than it sounds.
