His perspective and help with color selection, ensuring it blends with the rest of the house, and advice on pulls made such a immense difference to our early 90's oak kitchen. Some context on how unprofessional Todd with Professional Painting is in his communication. - In our initial phone call to set up a quote, he refused to set a specific time to meet, instead finally agreeing to text at some point on Tuesday afternoon to let me know he was heading over - I let him know that myself or my husband would meet him - That day, he called and texted right as he left, which occurred while I was in a work event - As my husband was delayed by traffic, which I notified Todd about, he continued to text and call about an ETA - My husband stated that during the quoting time, Todd rambled on and spent a great deal of time not focusing on the quote - Todd did not note that I needed to be at the quote nor did he ask my husband to get in touch with me during this time - He did also actually provide an amount for the quote on a slip of paper (as opposed to just not taking the job) I received the following ranting texts at 11pm that night. “I say this earnest. And honest. I took over 1hr of my time actually quoting in home. A LOT of that Due to understand 3rd party. And It took 3 gallons of gas. Over 1 hr of drive time. Additionally waiting outside home to meet 30 minutes late. I kindly request what should never happen. I wasted my time. These are my words. It is not about the gas the drive time it’s about that somebody contacted me. That wasn’t there. That makes excuses for the person that wasn’t there on time that I implicitly understand makes decisions. This was sad and earnest. I work for professional people that do what they say. These include Fortune 500 CEOs professional athletes and extremely correct neurosurgeons that make way more money. And I Chose to show up exactly on time for our appointment. I don’t usually respond this way but … Follow up. I promise you my response was honest. You can feel free to engage me and actually question my reply However I will not engage your proxy. That deferred and didn’t call you. This leads to misunderstandings. Now let me get back to my actual work that you waste my time.”

Professional Painting did excellent work at my house. They listened to what I wanted and did exactly what I asked. They were expedient, neat, and professional. I would highly recommend them for any of your painting needs.

After reading many positive reviews, we hired Todd to paint our kitchen cabinets and half bath vanity as the last step in our kitchen refresh, and we're 100% happy with the results. His process is really intensive and is the best way to paint cabinets to get lasting results. He also patched the kitchen walls before repainting and installed soft close hinges for a great price. We would hire him again and highly recommend him.

Todd and Junior did a great job painting our walls; a two story foyer, stairwell, and adjoining hallway. Fair price, nice crisp edges, and awesome cleanup! I appreciate that they were punctual and easy to work with.

Update: We hired Todd again for painting our nursery, high ceiling bedroom, basement stairwell, and basement. As usual, he was extremely thorough and did an impeccable job! I highly recommend Professional Painters! Original: I called four Painters and had all of them come out for quotes. They were all competitive on price but not services. Todd was the only one willing to do the patch work that we asked for a quote on in addition to painting two accent walls, two story foyer, and one bedroom. Todd was honest with us in describing what he could do for the patching and that he was willing to do this. In addition, I added the master bathroom shortly after getting the quote which he was happy to add. Overall, Todd was extremely thorough and you could tell in the finished product and in the way he worked through the process that he takes pride in the quality of his work. We are definitely having Todd back for future projects!

Todd with Professional Painting painted our whole kitchen, and we are so happy with the finished work! Todd is incredibly detail-oriented, and goes to great lengths to care for your home while keeping his work space organized. We knew from our first meeting with him that he KNOWS paint and has an eye for design and perfection. The painting techniques he used resulted in a finish that looks as if the cabinets came directly from the factory! I wanted to take a minute to let everyone know how wonderful Professional Painting Company is to work with on projects. I had the best experience with Todd and Junior. We needed to reface and paint our kitchen cabinets after a grease fire burned 4 of our cabinets over the stove. I looked online to get some referrals. The referral I kept coming back to was Todd and his company. I am so thankful I did. From the beginning, I felt the honesty and professionalism from Todd. He has a passion for what he does and it exudes from him every time you talk to him. Todd and his team are always on time and always polite. They always let you know what the plan is for the day. I am not one to leave people in my house when I am not there but Todd and Junior were the exception. I trusted them completely. My 3 legged rescue dog usually doesn’t like strangers in the house but she loved both Todd and Junior and they were so kind to her. The work they did was outstanding and they always cleaned up their mess for the day. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results and I am lucky to have found this wonderful company and Todd and Junior. They came in as contractors but now I am lucky to be able to call them friends as well.

Todd painted our basement cabinets and they turned out great! He was responsive and punctual. He protected the area carefully, painted base cabinets onsite, took the doors to his shop to patch old hardware holes, paint, and add new hardware. His attention to detail shows in his work. Would hire him again in a heartbeat!

I live in a historical home in Indianapolis that is over 100 years old. Todd and his team painted three levels including a high stairwell and ceilings. He was meticulous with his work from sanding and smoothing out large cracks in the plaster to providing beautiful, seamless painting. We had Professional Painting, owned by Todd, paint all of the stained doors, jambs, and casings throughout our house. I recommend his expertise to everyone. Speaking with Todd during the estimation process, I could tell he was passionate about his profession, detail oriented in his approach, and had the experience to back it up. His company's finished product reflected each one of these qualities. As someone who has relatively deep experience in residential construction, we often "DIY." Part of the driving force for doing the jobs ourselves is that we could ensure the quality of the product always met our standards; a sticking point when we hired out previous jobs. Answered the phone. Introduced myself and before I could start the reason for my call, rep responds and says “Sorry…not interested” and hangs up. Couldn’t even get a chance to say another word before phone was beeping end in my ear. Probably shouldn’t offer commercial services online if you treat all of the commercial market like that. Will definitely not use this company for commercial or residential projects. NOT A TELEMARKETER EITHER.. WAS TRYING TO GET A BID ON A SMALL COMMERCIAL PROJECT.

Todd did a great job! I had a very short time window, and he was able to complete the project on time with excellent results. He has high standards when it comes to his work and meticulously matched the colors of my living room. He carefully prepped each room prior to painting and helped to get drywall repaired, ensuring a smooth surface. Every detail was noted, down to the texture of the wall.
