Professional Home Inspection, and our inspector Ryan were wonderful from start to finish. They fit us in quickly, and spent so much time inspecting our new home. Ryan was very knowledgeable and willing to explain everything, and he went into great detail, we feel confident that the inspection was thorough and nothing was missed! We would definitely use them again for any future services we need!

I used this company for two houses I was looking at. The first house failed inspection so we passed on it. Now the second house failed most things except the foundation, the foundation came back with a passing grade. We bought the second house because the foundation passed and we wouldn't have to worry about that. Well turns out that our inspector lied and the foundation was garbage and the house needed to be torn down because of the structural issuses(which it was). We even had a structural engineer come out and he confirmed that the foundation was garbage. This whole ordeal ran us into not having a house and out 150K. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Here is an update...when I asked for their insurance information, the OWNER of the company, who was the one that did the inspection, stated that he wont give it to us because he knows what they will say... That is like getting into a car accident and then refusing to give your insurance information because you think you know what they will say....

Fast with providing test results, reliable and great customer service. I delt with Bonnie and she was super helpful and informative when I asked questions. I went in to pay and everyone there was friendly and in good spirits even though they were swamped with work. I will recommend them to others.

Professional Home inspection Services are a great company - I highly recommend them. We had a radon remitigation vent system installed. From coordinating the estimate, the promptness of replies and service to the execution of the work- all first class. The price was a tad bit more but with after installation test included, and easy of coordination worth every additional dollar!!! George the owner is incredibly knowledgeable, Bonnie who runs the office is reliable, prompt and very friendly and the installers are hardworking and friendly and got the job done right and quickly. THANK YOU for a great experience and a job very well done. Highly recommend them!!!! A+

We had a great home inspection with George. As first time home buyers, this is an all new experience, and he graciously answered all of our questions and even gave recommendations on companies to use and grants to apply for. We really appreciated all of his time and expertise! When the reports came back, they were clear and even contained pictures of spots that had issues to address. This was enormously helpful! Overall, we would highly recommend Professional Home Inspection Services.
