Pro Drainage provided an excellent, efficient service. We had a blocked kitchen drain that had been attended by two previous plumbers with no success. Pro Drainage responded to our initial contact quickly and kept in communication throughout. Jordan and his team were friendly and professional, talked us through our options and carried out the work quickly. They had all the tools required to deal with a significant blockage, including in our case CCTV camera and high pressure jet. The blockage was dealt with in 90 minutes, much to our relief. Highly recommended.

Ryan and Chris were excellent and very knowledgeable. 110% job done. Considering it could have been a messy job they were very careful inside and outside my property. Will definitely use the company again. Acceptable price too, considering it was holiday day.

We had a badly blocked train, we only noticed on Bank Holiday Sunday, with 1 drain full to the brim and overflowing with waste so use of water in the house was not possible. PD got Ryan and colleague round within 45 minutes of the call! Lads were top draw, called to let me know they were on way, were polite, talked through and showed the issues causing blocked drains (tree routes) and cleared for use talking through work required to prevent further problems. Couldn't recommend more highly.

Excellent service. 'Phoned am by 5.30pm the job was done. Great engineers sorted the problem in minutes and resolved speedily. Reasonable charge for such mucky work. Well done lads. Thank you ProDrainage all very efficient. Julie

Updating review with the job no for the first visit - 33577. Avoid, Rip off! Summarising my bad experience in this post. Prodrainage was engaged by my housing agency when we a blocked kitchen sink. The problem was in kitchen sink which was clearly communicated to them by the agency. The first time when Prodrainage team visited the property they didn't listen to where/what the issue was, didn't come inside the house. They started working on the main line outside the house which is at least 20-25 ft away from the kitchen sink. I told them at least 10times that the problem was not in the main line but all in vain. Quoting below the job description from the invoice: "Arrived to site, blocked kitchen gully, lifted manhole and was all blocked. Used HPWJ to unblock. Use cctv to investigate, found plunger in main line, use HPWJ on gully to clear, sink still blocked. Not prepared to touch until acid is removed". If you knew acid was poured and not ready to touch the sink why was the job accepted. Why did you have to work on main line outside the house which was never a problem and charge 423£. If the mainline was all blocked as per the job description, it would have caused blockage for neighbours as well, which was not the cause. Neither the manhole was overflowing. 4 days later another 2 people visit the property and use high pressure micro jetting to unblock the sink, this time with a bill of 372£.

Totally rubbish ripped off by 2 cowboys Ryan and Charlie came on a Friday moaning about my drain made it 10x worse charge me £300 pounds for 1 hour work.avoid this company.

Great job by Ryan clearing out our blocked up drains quickly and efficiently on a Saturday evening at short notice. Arrived within half an hour of our call out and got everything flowing again. Everything was clearly explained from the start to finish.

Contacted them on Sunday evening as my external drain got blocked and it was sorted by 11am on Monday. Ryan was lovely, let me know when he was near by and got it all sorted super fast. Definitely recommend!

I can’t thank Prodrainage enough. Their quick attendance prevented closure of our Sports Centre which would have affected teaching and revenue. Both operatives, Ryan and Brandon are a credit to the Company. Brilliant service at short notice, both emptying septic tank and unblocking drains. Really pleased to have picked a reliable professional outfit... Will be using again.

They came out for a drain survey early December. Apparently due to the nature of the pipes, it was difficult to get exact depth and direction. Charged me £330. Paid by card over the phone when the job was done and given a receipt. 3 weeks later, I get an email saying I haven't paid and needs to be resolved. I sent in proof of the paid bill from my bank and a copy of the receipt that the money has been debited and that was the end of the matter. A week later another phone call saying i haven't paid. Sent in proof AGAIN and now I'm being harassed for money. Stay away for these people . I wonder how many times they've done this before....

Bob and Gus came to us this afternoon and cleared our drain and we had a difficult neighbour who is ‘ not nice’ ( I can’t swear) Two guys were absolutely fantastic and done a fantastic job. Note to bosses- give these guys a raise. Will recommend 100%

Had a blocked drain, rang these guys they said they would be out the next day when other company's were booked for days. They cleared the issue and told me what caused it. Problem solved and I'm very happy

I have nothing but praise for this company, I had a well blocked toilet which was cleared in a very quick and professional manner, 5 star for sure

4.30pm on a Saturday afternoon and all our toilets are backing up and I desperately need a you know what.... Called these guys, not only were they here by 5pm, they were gone by 5.30pm... and I was out of the proverbial ... but seriously... Great service... Mason you were brilliant and the price was way lower than I thought so thanks again Pro Drainage... Highly recommend.
