Excellent workmanship, arrived before time and proceeded straight away to work. Communication skills was excellent, informed exactly how they were going to undertake the work and on completion would tidy up and in their opinion this was one of the main elements of the work. They were offered a hot drink but declined and stated they wanted to get on with removal of the old roof, but did receive a drink later in the morning.

I was very impressed with the promptness to provide a quotation and then to do the work. The quotation was backed up with explanatory literature regarding the materials to be used. They were very prompt on completing the work once confirmed and conducted themselves in a courteous and efficient manner
Flat felt roof replacement (Essex)
We couldn't have asked for a better level of service, workmanship and professionalism. We were reeling from a previous tradesperson "replacing" our ageing but watertight roof, with something both unsightly and unfit for purpose. Pro-dec visited on Monday to assess the work, provided a written quotation on Tuesday and shifted their work schedule around so that they could complete the job on Friday. Fantastic!
