Amazing service. If you need any type of maintenance for your car come check out pro auto care. They did an inspection of my vehicle and were able to fix my fuel door and do oil/transmission oil change, and even a brake job for a great price!

I had a starter replaced on my Honda Civic. The customer service reps were excellent. In one instance, there was an overcharge that I brought to their attention. Briggs quickly addressed the matter without controversy and honored what was previously represented. After this experience, I would trust their recommendations and will plan to return should my civic or other vehicles have any issues.

I am never going anywhere else.
To say they went above and beyond is an understatement. They explained everything that was happening and they were doing, made sure I was aware of costs before doing anything, and had my best interests and safety at heart the whole time.
Briggs was exactly what I needed during an extremely stressful time. He made sure I knew all the details of my situation and was so kind and patient with me. If I could give more stars I would.

They do good work, but they also charged me 120 dollars to retorque two tie rod end nuts which takes 5 min with a crowsfoot on a torque wrench when I took it in for an alignment. I'd be hesitant to recommend to anyone less familiar with cars because they also tend to upsell fuel injector cleanings (which you can buy a 10 dollar bottle of cleaner and dump in the gas tank).
