It was a relaxing trip with amazing food spread, room & spa. ☺ The location and spa was amazing ☹ Everything was perfect there was nothing that we didn’t like.

A great value stay with great service. ☺ This is our second time staying at the Radisson Resort and Spa Lonavala and it was just as good as our first visit. Great food options, a nice high tea experience and helpful and good staff s well!! A must experience is the spa that really helps relax you during your stay. Great therapists and well maintained rooms and showers. ☹ The in-room dining team was a little difficult to get hold of on a few occasions but we had better luck routing the call through reception. That being said, the in-room dining options are good and service quick.

Below expectation. ☺ Just the fact that internet hypes a place so much that you only understand it once the money is paid and visit is done that the experience expectation is sub par. ☹ The staff should be more courteous and understanding. We were down for High tea ( post 1 and half hr of delayed checkin - complete mis management of the room allotment staff. The person responsible for high tea said the counter being closed at 5:50 pm whereas the time was till 6 pm. Post some discussion we were served Tea ( I always thought High tea would also have coffee being served- which was a revelation) , the tea was smelling coz of milk going bad. They realized when we told them but I was left wondering since they were initially aadament saying everyone drank it. Ideally post this initial experience we did not expect much from the property , We preferred to do dinner outside and just leave since there isn't much to do in the property.

Relaxing, entertaining and informative ☺ The architecture and design of resort is fabulous Showcasing Maratha heritage iis a great idea Mashal and karaoke conducted by the staff was awesome ☹ Rooms could have been more spacious and well designed

Great gateway ☺ The property,cleanliness, staff and hospitality! ☹ Food. The dinner buffet can be much better..taste wise it wasn't upto the mark. Pillows in the room were very uncomfortable..too high.

Overall it was okay ☺ Overall our stay was alright. Property is good but it can be better. Breakfast layout was good. ☹ There is room for improvement here . Room amenities were less. There was an iron board but the iron was missing. Only one pair of slippers. was kept in the room instead of two . Wash area was not very clean.
