I am writing this review on behalf of i2r North America Inc. Brampton, but my praise for Pristine Fine Foods is entirely my own.
For the second year, our company has run a food drive to support the local food bank, Knightstable ( Brampton ). We chose Pristine Fine Foods in Etobicoke as our supplier for non-perishable foods.
The management, specifically Mr. Fergan, was incredibly supportive from the start. Not only did he offer us deep discounts on our bulk purchase to help stretch our fundraising dollars in a very big way, but he also made a generous donation on behalf of the store itself.
He was able to take are of the delivery during the time he was away from work due to a traffic accident.
This kind of dedication is second to none
This level of community spirit is rare and so deeply appreciated. Because of Pristine Fine Foods' generosity, we were able to provide significantly more food to families in need than we had initially hoped ( 20% extra ). They are more than just a grocery store; they are a pillar of the Etobicoke community. And a great place visit.
We are profoundly grateful and will absolutely be returning for all our future community initiatives. Thank you, Mr. Fergan and the entire team at Pristine Fine Foods!
Bought through the “too good to go” app. Unfortunately everything was stale. But worst part was when I bit into snack there was a bunch of ants in it. Im still angry and this was over year ago. Can’t understand how they are still open. Nice people but obvious they really need to retire. Its food, pay attention, should not have germs or ants in it. No second chances with that matter.
I ordered several items, from Italianmart (one of their stores) I now found out this store likes to sell expired products. The main item I had issue with is 1lb of Dried Porcini, cost $55 and came with dried worms in it!!! I emailed them, called them, etc and they are ghosting me. I will never order anything from here again, and I suggest you do the same!

You place an order online then they contact you and ask you for almost $50 more for shipping then refuse to refund your order…huge scam here these people are the owners of italianmart and Turkish mart as well stay away from anything they own …had to do a visa charge back dispute today .
Trying to tap into the Italian market but the products are just not enough. The odd eye catcher although the majority is Turkish. 99% to be exact. At this point Cataldi or Grande Cheese would be a great alternative. Even Lady York would be a stronger choice for variety. Sorry to disappoint but hope this helps. 😑
