We paid for our car to get detailed and waited for an hour and a half when we were told 30 to 40 mins max. The car was not detailed and you can tell chemical was sprayed and wiped in a rush. Still dirty and dusty in places that have not been cleaned. If we knew this we could have cleaned the car ourselves. Also the person who told us our car was ready left the car in the parking lot with the car door open and keys in the car and car was on and running...that is very irresponsible.
Received a $69 charge from the Michigan Rd location. They claimed I signed up online for a membership. Which this is my first time even on this website. Talked to 3 different people and they refuse to refund me the money. What makes it so bad is it was for a car I don't or ever even owned!
One star. This place has zero attention to detail (several months using the membership). I consistently have to dry my car myself, half the wash wasn’t even turned on, and they always leave my floor mats wet. They don’t clean the cup holders, my mirror was left crooked, and I end up cleaning after they “clean.” Honestly, I’d rather wash my car myself. Total waste of money.
I have been impressed by the care of every member of Prime Car Wash since I joined. But today I want to give a special shoutout to David. I had a mysterious glop of glue adhered to the center of a leather seat, and nothing I tried at home helped. David told me that he could take care of the situation, and before I knew it, my leather seats were immaculately cleaned, oiled, and restored to perfection. What I thought was a huge issue literally disappeared without a trace. In my times before and since, I have also witnessed David take care of team members and clients alike with his kind smile and a go-getter attitude. He is an asset to Prime Car Wash. Thank you!!!
My truck was filthy after a week of driving on salty, snowy roads but one pass through the Pro wash did a great job of making it look new again. I was turned away from Crew for being two inches too wide but that wasn't a problem here. I just wish that they had more locations so that I could utilize a subscription plan. This is my closest location but it's over 20 minutes out of the way for me so I'll probably just stop by any time I'm in the area.
Update: A year later and this is still the best place to get your full size truck washed if it's just a little bit bigger than stock. Also, the price hasn't changed in a full year so gotta love that!
Disappointed. I have an older car and had them detail it. I had dropped a protein shake and it splattered all over the driver's side, which i cleaned up, but on the inside hinge area of drivers side there was shake and i thought they would catch that although no one noticed. My car was soaking wet and took about 3 and half days to dry. I thought they would have put fans on it or had another way to dry it out. Unless leaves blew in to my glove box, that wasn't cleaned either. I may be expecting too much but for the price for "detailing" I expected these little things to have been done. I thought since the inside roof of my car is cloth they would have cleaned it too, but it didn't look like they had.
I want to shine a few stars on Michigan Rd, Carmel store and especially the managers who went out of thier way to resolve a long-term conflict regarding not only my vehicle, but also the lack of proper corporate professional response when I did everything to try to resolve the issue.
Long story short, Rachel and Jacob went out of their way to accomodate me so we both felt that we can close out my concerns. My only wish is that I would've approached them after the initial complaint-I believe they would've done their darndest for me-without corporate involvement.
It's very rare to have the stores do exceedingly above expectation, and the corporate blatantly igore us. I am grateful for the team on Michigan Rd. Enough said!
Every couple of weeks, the car wash the top rolling is not working, I already completed Third times for the person who’s standing our side he says sometimes he’s working sometime is not working so my windshield is always bad and they never clean it properly towel inside not happy. I’m an old customer. I want to be continue the business but you guys tell me what can I do? The service is not that good car wash always broke the top rolling windshield clean
I had been a regular customer at Prime Car Wash for about a year and a half, but this year I discovered they had been wrongly charging me for interior services I never signed up for and never used. My membership was only for exterior washes, but from January until now I was billed monthly for interior services without my knowledge.
When I brought this up, the manager was extremely rude. Instead of helping, he implied I was lying and told me there was no way to prove I hadn’t used those services. He also refused to issue a refund for the months of incorrect charges.
As a business owner myself, I know mistakes happen—but the way this situation was handled was completely unprofessional. Being overcharged for services never used, then disrespected when raising the concern, is unacceptable.
Because of this, I will never return to Prime Car Wash and I hope upper management or ownership addresses this issue before more loyal customers are driven away.
