I am waiting here for the 3rd time in two days. I paid for an exterior and interior wash and they didn’t touch my trunk. They threw away my cup holder risers, ripped my seat cover, and did an overall bad job. When I came for the 1st redo, the cashier was surprised to hear that I got my interior done because it looked that bad, The manager Luis was very short and not apologetic at all. He offered me a coupon for a free wash and just asked for a refund instead. Will not be back.

Pur based the 24.00 wash package and the interior clean. Prior to this had car exterior washed 1 week prior, so was not that dirty. However, car was dirty outside with Grey splash marks guessing from pot holes only drove aapproximately 150 miles this past week. Noticed them as car was on conveyor being vacuumed and glass and interior cleaned. When getting in car noticed dash and console still dusty, crumbs on car seats. 🫤 should have stayed home and done myself would have saved money and gasoline. Drove here from Frankfort as place was recommended.

Got an inside outside wash and vacuum. Including hard surfaces. Armando did an amazing job. Will ask for him from now on. He was so patient and hard working on our dog and kid friendly family vehicle.

I love Prime car wash! The wash itself is better than Crew car wash. After you go through, they will wipe your car dry for free! It is the same price. For an extra $22 you can get the inside cleaned also. They take your mats out and wash them! I highly recommend Prime car wash and tell all of my friends that they need to give it a try❤️

This place CRACKED MY WINDSHIELD and refused to take responsibility.
I noticed the crack immediately after exiting the wash and reported it right away. The on-site manager was polite and diligent. She started the process, but I was not contacted by the company and had to go back to get an update a week later.
When I was finally contacted by them via email, they sent me a video claiming it showed the damage was already there upon entering, but funny enough, the windshield WASN’T EVEN VISIBLE in the footage, just the bottom part of my car.
After I pointed that out MANY TIMES, they sent another video where the windshield is actually visible and there’s no crack at all, just the wipers. Despite that, they still claimed the damage was pre-existing.
After a while I just gave up because my other alternative was to sue them or something (and they know it), that just would be a more lengthy and expensive process.
Just BE AWARE: if your car gets damaged here, don’t expect them to admit it and take responsibility. You’ve been warned.

I was asked to reach out again, but I will not waste more time going back and forth with people who are being blatantly dishonest. Claiming that footage which does not even show the windshield is proof of “pre-existing damage” is simply unacceptable.
To be clear: this issue was never resolved, and no responsibility was taken despite clear inconsistencies in their own evidence.

these people are scammers, they took $69 from my bank account saying i had signed up for a membership even though i had just went in for a regular car wash, and they don’t want to give me a refund, they will sure be hearing from me.

I went to the car wash today I paid $49 For interior and exterior and they do a horrible job They don’t do vacuum really good. They don’t wipe really good. The whole car the dash everything is nasty. They just take the tries out outside. They don’t dry it up. Basically they don’t do nothing. That’s not acceptable. Plus they raise up the price. I really want my money back plus I buy a subscription not good. No tire shine. I’m Angry
Disappointed in my experience. Interior cleaning add-on not worth the money. It doesn’t look like they even attempted to wipe any surface other than the mats (which they send out soaking wet so you can’t see how well they’ve been cleaned). Had my car for 10-15 minutes and for that to be all they touched, even those don’t look great. I would look somewhere else for this service.
I went to Prime and my suv was embarrassingly filthy inside. I bought the interior detail job. Armando was the gentleman who did the actual work in my car, but Ben, the GM was on top of things for me. The work they did was miraculous. I really drove away in what felt like a new car inside. I understand they are under new management the last few months and the quality of their work shows that things are going well there. Highly recommend.
We paid for our car to get detailed and waited for an hour and a half when we were told 30 to 40 mins max. The car was not detailed and you can tell chemical was sprayed and wiped in a rush. Still dirty and dusty in places that have not been cleaned. If we knew this we could have cleaned the car ourselves. Also the person who told us our car was ready left the car in the parking lot with the car door open and keys in the car and car was on and running...that is very irresponsible.
