Prime Car Wash Reviews

Took the Outback in today for $55 inside-and-out thorough cleaning. After first pass, the dash was untouched and tailgate not clean. Manager was helpful in having those redone. Got home and saw that the tires had not been Tire Shined (a core item even of the basic wash), lots of missed dirt in each of the door jambs, and water that had drained from behind badging and trim had carried more dirt onto the cleaned areas. Feels like a $25 carwash that cost me $55 and half an hour. If they offered a money back satisfaction guarantee, I would be claiming it right now.

Does not clean inside and outside good I wouldn’t recommend

I went this past Saturday. It was my first time there. I got both exterior and interior cleaning. When I got in my car immediately I saw a bunch a spots on front window that apparently didn’t get cleaned. Then I saw places they had not cleaned. I was not very pleased so I won’t be going back because for 22.00 extra dollars I could have done a better job with less cost.

Excellent place, the attention is very good, the boy who is receiving was very kind to me, he received me in a good way and told me where to go since I only wanted the inside cleaned. Volvería a ese car wash sin duda, lo recomiendo sin ningún detalle.

22.00 to wash my car and that's with no vac service. I swear I had equally amounts of dirt after I went through the wash. Tires, front bug zone, back window, shoot- all of the windows, and door jams. I really feel like I shouldn't have to bring this stuff up. Those working the wipe down area should catch all of this and have me go back through, but they don't care either. My car didn't even get a sudden start before the brushes hit it. It's the last $22.00 they have of mine...new crew being built by the house. Probably give them my money. Considering what they got financially and what I got out of the deal -was a lack of service or care. Im not going back. It's simple...wash cars. Why should I need to inspect your work.? My boss would not put up with those standards. I'd be out of a job! Too many people complain about the service

So, believe it or not, this was my first visit. l typically go to crew car wash. It was okay; they had hand dryers to dry your car off, which is nice, but the carwash itself was lacking. My car was still dirty on the back windshield, which was a bit disappointing. Also, I signed up for 30 days of free washes; I was told to fill out the form while my car went through the was and had it to one of the dyers. He would tell them what to expect. The guy was like, "What am I doing with this?" Really?!?!? So, I may cancel this as soon as my 30 days are up if this is what I can expect.

Place has really gone downhill since I started using them years ago. Just had and interior and exterior wash done. When they said my truck was ready, it definitely was not. All the windows were a mess as was the inside. They cleaned it up again, and now looking at it at home they barely wiped down most of the inside. Not sure if it’s an issue with the workforce like everyone is experiencing but this place used to be dependable. Now it’s a big hit or miss with interior work like a lot of the reviews have said. Edit: tried this place again. Their interior cleaning crew is terrible. They try to do as little as possible and see if customers will notice. The customer in front of me paid to have his carpets cleaned…they forgot. They didn’t wash half of my mats and didn’t clean my console. They then left my truck running and no one knew if it was ready. I then had to tell them all the misses. The manager was reluctant and barely apologetic…and still the mats weren’t washed and tired not shined. This place needs to hit the reset button…

The wash part does not clean my car been going to this place since it opened not .I cancelled my membership.they dry your car .they miss a lot of area.this time they missed the tire.do they get showed how dry the car .they must not I get out and do it.im done doing it this the worst my car looked.one of the workers a manger told me slow downwhen I was going into the tunnel. He went back and forth not paying attention.i was slowed.i been telling them so many times about it's not washing my car.o e times.e one of the soaps didn't work.does it wash the back of you car???:to me it dos not.going back to mike.i would have to put up with thenoes of people with there radio.there having a sale because they just opened up in nora

The interior detailing very good for the money comparitively to detail shops.

The absolute worst experience a customer could have ever experienced. I over the last few visits, had the workers use bad towels and create steaks of majority noticeable mess. Today I had enough,!So I was upset and complained! I w saw s cussed out by someone and they called the Carmel police and gave me a warning that if I ever go back to that place I will be arrested? Instead of finding out why I was up set? I have two cars under automatic payment for car washing their I wanted to know how to cancel the payment. I am filing against their business license and will see them in court. Be very careful who is hitting your credit card every month? No one asked me why I was upset at all. You have no idea on how to cancel your payment plan at all. For asking I had the police called on me. I got a warning of trespassing by stilling keep hitting my credit card?
