Absurdly high price for an awful job

Used to have a membership some years ago. Unfortunately saw a progressive trend of reduced quality. The interior clean seems to be mainly focused on the seats and rugs given that the rest of the car always looks like it was extremely if any at all cleaned. The exterior is average as you would see in most car washes. Cant speak for their detailing service.

Sparkling Image is much better
A few months ago I went in and there was still many places with dirt on my car see my Google review with pictures. I thought I would give them another chance went in today and the hatch area of my car had a bunch of water in it from them cleaning it. They didn’t wipe it down. For the amount of money we pay for that service. It should be much better. I would suggest going to sparkling image I can’t remember having a bad experience there.

New to Unlimited. 4 car washes and had to go back through 2nd time to get clean. Last trip went to get bird dropping off car. Dropping left on hood of car and person drying car said nothing to me. Got home to discover still not clean. Wasted trip now need to go back.

Normally a terrific service for $44. Today, outside there was nearly no soap/cleanser for the exterior. For interior, they wiped the inside windshield with a dirty rag and vacuumed the floors poorly and wiped the dashboard leaving piles of dust.
Don’t know if it’s a new crew or poor management but not worth the money this time around.

Barely cleaned anything. This happens all the time. I cancelled my membership. Better off paying more having a company come to my house

I went to Prime Car Wash because I was on my lunch break and needed my car washed and detailed. I wish I would have read the reviews before I went. They did a terrible job of cleaning the outside and interior of my car. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Please see the pictures below. These pictures were taken as I got back to my office. I didn't have time to turn around and take my car back. You pay for the service you receive. I would have gotten a better wash at Crews.

Literally one of my fav chicken tender spots. They take a moment to make them, so I suggest ordering online when you're on the way. They're always super nice tho.
