They are not professional at all, I bought a bed and obviously, it is dirty and it has a tear. Before that I tried to return it, but it seems that this is not possible, or if I really want to return it they are going to take 50% from the money. I do not recommend it!!!

By the why you seen the bed in shop floor before you purchasing the bed, then you change the mind and asking refund. The Shop floor items non refundable. we already deliver your bed and help to fit you old bed as well. I have the proof the bed if proof to everything with the plan and bed in perfect condition as you know.

I only wish I could give them more stars!!! From coming to my house to measure up and to doing the fitting it was brilliant. There was only 1 man doing the fitting (I'm sorry I didn't get his name) but he did a fantastic job. They then came and and hovered the whole house. Anyone who wants any type of flooring fitted I suggest you go to Prime Carpets. Thank you guys 😀

Any agreement with you for removing your old carpets please do forward to us. Prime carpets and furniture well resolve the problem soon is possible.
If prime carpets and furniture not make any written agreement say company charged you for movie old flooring company no responsible for your old carpets.
