Gosh shopping with price pally gives me peace of mind,90% of the time I find what I’m looking for and I can’t just over emphasize on how fresh the products I usually buy are ,no stale smell just clean and always enough and the pricesssssss top notch mehn
I wish they were ok the island honestly because even from the mainland they make life so much more easy for me I can’t imagine how seamless life would have been if they were in the island

Customer service & communication is horrible!!! And they have no ounce of respect for the customer's time. They deliver on 'their' own schedule in spite of written instructions during purchase & checkout.

If I could give them negative stars, I would. What an absolute mess of a brand. I placed an order on the 21st, they didn’t deliver until 10pm on the 24th and still had the nerve to send me an incomplete order. No explanation whatsoever. Order from them at your own risk. Oh and by the way, the groceries they sent were stale.

Very disappointing experience. I placed a large order for Christmas, which included chicken and other food items meant for my elderly father. The chicken supplied was very poor in quality and unusually small, and the onions were also of bad quality.
After raising the issue, I waited over 24 hours for a resolution, only to be told that the parts came from a particular carton and that they would “mix it next time.” That does not resolve the issue, especially for a Christmas order where timing and quality matter.
No accountability, refund, or meaningful corrective action was offered, just an apology. This level of service is unacceptable, and I will not be ordering again.

I placed an order from Ikosi Ketu at 11am today. Pricepally charged me 3500 for delivery, even though their location is Ikosi Ketu. It's 10:30pm and I am yet to receive my order which I paid for in full. Pricepally gave me no reason for delay and their contact line doesn't ring. I am grossly disappointed. I have sent a demand for my refund to their WhatsApp line but I my demand was ignored. I wish I could give zero star

My first order with Pricepally went smoothly. I had been ignoring them for awhile but when another grocery store disappointed me and messed up my gathering by delivering too late, Pricepally proved to be better and quicker. Would love to see more things added to their website, but other than that, they will be my go-to online grocery store. Thanks guys.
