Dear Mr Long, I’m sorry you feel you have had a negative experience with us, I have apologised profusely for the mishap with the tenants belongings and décor, most of which was out with Priceless Plumbers control. I thought everything had been smoothed over upon completion of the new boiler and commissioning, although this seems not to be the case with your review. After the 1star was left by yourself, to our shock, we received communication looking for us to attend the property again by the co-owner (who we had been liaising with from the begining) this was for a new plumbing issue, we explained the negative review had been left and the co-owner did not know anything about this and seemed somewhat embarrassed and just as shocked as we were about what has been written, although happy for us to re attend, we politely declined the work. The mark up was less than most companies would add, at under 20%. Most business’s add a mark up otherwise there is little incentive to supply parts, along with this most business’s would ask for payment upfront of materials, this is in our quote terms and conditions which had been accepted, there were no hidden charges. It is unfortunate that we have had to respond to you publicly this way, and we hope our apology and reply find you well. Kind regards Priceless Plumbers
