We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — very convenient for exploring the city, with many attractions within walking distance. The view from the hotel was absolutely beautiful and made our stay even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Veronica and Silvia at the reception — they were incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to help. Their attitude truly made us feel welcome and taken care of. The service throughout the hotel was of a high standard, attentive and efficient. The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of fresh and tasty options, a great way to start the day. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

The service was outstanding and beyond my expectations of a five-star hotel. The water temperature was very stable with strong water pressure, and hot water came through quickly. Even when multiple taps were used at the same time, there was no drop in pressure or temperature. The hotel provided more than enough towels, and the heated towel rack warmed up quickly. Soundproofing was excellent, making the stay very comfortable and quiet. As a high-tier member and having noted that we were celebrating a special occasion, the hotel thoughtfully decorated the room and upgraded us. It honestly felt like more than just a one-level upgrade and far exceeded our expectations. The location is fantastic, right in front of a subway station, making it very convenient to get to all major attractions. The only minor downside is that the hotel layout is a bit complex and takes some time to get used to. Other than that, I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely choose it again on my next trip to Rome.

Hotel meraviglioso per posizione e bellezza, con una terrazza su Roma semplicemente spettacolare, probabilmente la più bella. Un luogo dove si può mangiare divinamente, ma desidero soffermarmi soprattutto sull’accoglienza, che è stata davvero eccezionale. Non parlo solo di efficienza, ma del lato umano e professionale di un team che ti accoglie con calore, avvolgendoti in un sogno. Un ambiente in cui non c’è mai imbarazzo nel chiedere, grazie a un’attenzione discreta e autentica che solo veri professionisti sanno offrire. Ringrazio tutti di cuore e, in particolare, il concierge Sandro per la sua grande professionalità e gentilezza. Per me, quando si soggiorna in un hotel, il lato umano conta più di ogni altra cosa.

Firstly my room was 321. Any rooms in my section you should Boycott. The noise from the outside and then the noise from the cleaning staff was crazy. I was at the service elevator and it was like they went out of their way to make noise. Therefore I left big tip, that didn’t work so I left up the do not sign on all day and all night. That seemed to make it WORST. THIS IS MARRIOTT BONVOY but as the front desk asked me to fill out a review I said PASS. The front desk was HELPFUL AND CONCIERGE but after that service was third rate. Hotel is renovated and has been upgraded. Oh the BATHROOM omg FREEZING. IF MY WIFE had been with me I would have had to move to another hotel. IT was freezing! Oh one plus was THEY HAD A STEAMER.

Disappointing. The room, for the price was underwhelming, small and basic. The staff was unfriendly and not helpful. Traveling with a family of 5 we had 6 large suitcases, there was no assistance getting them up to or down from the room despite multiple requests. I called the front desk multiple times to ask questions, no one answered the phone once. For the amount of money they charge you can get much more somewhere else.

חוויית אירוח מדהימה! המלון דאג לפנק אותנו מדי יום פעמיים ביום קיבלנו שני בקבוקי מים ובערב חיכה לנו שוקולד עם מכתב לילה טוב אישי מהמלון שגם שאל אם חסר לנו עוד דברים בחדר. החדר היה תמיד מסודר ונקי עם החלפת מצעים וניקיון ברמה גבוהה במיוחד. בנוסף, לאחר הצעת הנישואים שלי, המלון דאג לארגן את החדר בצורה מרגשת ומיוחדת עם ורדים, שמפניה ושוקולדים – וכל זה במחיר סמלי בלבד. הצוות היה שירותי מאוד, אדיב וחם, ונתן תחושה אמיתית של אכפתיות. ארוחת הבוקר עלתה על כל הציפיות למי שאוהב מבחר עשיר ורגיל לארץ היה מבחר עשיר של גבינות איכותיות, פוקאצ’ות ומאפים טריים ברמה שלא נופלת מקונדיטוריה יוקרתית באמת ממליץ בחום וגם פנקייקים וופל בלגי ופירות טריים. הרגשנו שבאמת אוהבים ומעריכים אורחים מישראל, וזה נתן תחושת שהכל בסדר ויש ביטחון במלון במלון יש חדר כושר וסאונה בחינם בכניסה חופשית למתחם בלי תשלום נוסף ממליצים בחום לכל מי שמחפש חופשה מפנקת עם יחס אישי ואווירה נעימה! הצוות חייכן ממליץ ממליץ.

Seconda ed ancora ottima esperienza presso questa storica e gloriosa struttura in Roma. Posizione strategica, visto che piazza Barberini è centralissima e dotata di ogni servizio: due passi al taxi, alla metro, a tutto! In hotel accoglienza al top, ti portano auto in garage e bagagli in camera. A proposito di questa, grazie per averla avuta con largo anticipo. Trattamento speciale riservato anche al cagnolino, ottimo. Camera con vista piazza e fontana del Tritone, tutto molto bello, e dotate di ogni comfort. Sala colazione e cena (per chi ha scelto di prenotare entrambi i servizi) al piano ottavo, naturalmente tutto con ascensore. Pulizia e ordine al top. Da poco i servizi di ristorazione e bar sono esternalizzati, buoni, ma prima forse ci piacevano un filo in più. Tuttavia sono esperienze e varietà di offerta da cogliere in un contesto di élite come questo. Ci rivedremo alla prossima, grazie di tutto 🤎

Good location but not good value for money. We stayed 2 nights at the end to our cruise. Hotel is in an excellent location with lots of restaurants nearby but there is a lot of traffic and it’s very busy (we saw someone hit by a bus). We went to the rooftop bar on both nights, the cocktails are wonderful and they serve a lovely selection of snacks with them. We couldn’t get tables with the panoramic view due to private bookings on both nights but we we asked the private party if we could take some photos and they kindly obliged. Breakfast was ok but not what I’d expect from a 5* hotel. Staff were all very professional and friendly throughout the hotel. Room was very underwhelming and basic but there was a fridge and coffee making facilities. There wasn’t much space for clothes and beware of the wardrobe doors, we both nearly broke our fingers opening them due to the design of the handle. The bathroom was very dirty, grime in the shower door and I slipped on the slime left in the shower (see photo). The mattress was uncomfortable and hard, and we were cold during the night as the heating didn’t seem to work. We booked the hotel through the cruise line but wouldn’t stay here again due to the cleanliness of the bathroom and general ambience.
