I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. Everything was wonderful. The staff were always smiling, kind, and very friendly. I was left with a truly great impression and would 100% love to come back.
I especially enjoyed the concept of the villa. Everything is very well maintained and filled with a unique, special atmosphere that you can really feel.
However, there was one downside for me. Not a huge one, but still important - insects. We found several insects in our room, including three large black caterpillars crawling on the walls right next to our bed, as well as in the shower and on the floor. There were also bugs and spiders. As someone who is very afraid of insects, this was quite an unpleasant experience for me(
I would strongly recommend installing insect screens, especially on the ground floors, to prevent this issue.
Overall, it was a beautiful stay, and with this small improvement, it could be absolutely perfect.

Wir waren für einen Zwischenstopp und eine Nacht über Ostern hier. Die Anlage wirkte als würde sie erst aus dem Winterschlaf erwachen - Pool und Liegefläche wurde begonnen zu putzen, aber es stand noch alles rum bzw. war nicht sauber. Frühstück für ein 4 Sterne Hotel nicht ausreichend und Zeitmanagement nicht gut. Zimmer war gut und sehr sauber, allerdings funktionierte die Temperatureinstellung der Dusche nicht. Insgesamt passt das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis für mich nicht zusammen.

La scorsa primavera ci siamo sposati in Villa Barbarich ed è stata la decisione perfetta. Abitiamo molto vicini e per noi è stato molto comodo per fare sopralluoghi e loro ci hanno sempre offerto la massima disponibilità.
La villa è bellissima e dispone di molti spazi diversi al suo interno: abbiamo effettuato la cerimonia simbolica nel giardino, la cena al piano nobile tra meravigliosi affreschi e il taglio torta e balli nella meravigliosa orangerie. C'è anche la piscina ma essendo ancora fresco noi non la abbiamo utilizzata.
Ad i nostri invitati é piaciuta moltissimo l'organizzazione, ogni singolo cambio di location ha portato meraviglia e stupore seppure con la comodità di essere sempre nello stesso posto.
Personale impeccabile nello spostare gli allestimenti.
Il cibo era buonissimo ed è stato molto apprezzato dai nostri invitati, sia nel buffet sia nella cena. Molto buoni gli gnocchi!
Abbiamo soggiornato in una delle stanze della Villa, spaziosa e molto elegante.
Mi complimento inoltre con il personale che è stato molto cortese, gentile, professionale e sempre con il sorriso.

Durante la serata era previsto un pacchetto con tre drink a persona, con una lista specifica di bevande comprese nel menu concordato. Purtroppo, il personale del bar non ha informato gli ospiti quando ordinavano drink non inclusi nell’offerta, né ha segnalato che questi avrebbero comportato un costo aggiuntivo di 10 euro ciascuno. Sono stata avvisata della cosa solo a serata inoltrata, quando erano già stati serviti una ventina di drink extra, trovandomi infine con un conto imprevisto di 220 euro.
Trovo estremamente scorretto che non sia stato comunicato nulla ai clienti al momento dell’ordinazione: un comportamento poco trasparente che ha creato disagio sia a me sia ai miei invitati.
Inoltre, in fase di accordo mi era stato detto che il locale non disponeva di riscaldamento e che, se necessario, avrei dovuto noleggiare a pagamento delle stufe. All’arrivo, ho invece scoperto che il riscaldamento era stato attivato per un paio d’ore, smentendo quanto comunicato in precedenza.
Peccato, perché la location è molto bella e la serata, sotto altri aspetti, era stata organizzata con cura. Tuttavia, la mancanza di chiarezza e correttezza nella gestione ha lasciato un’impressione davvero negativa. Non consiglierei questa struttura a chi desidera un servizio trasparente e professionale.

Currently staying here. I run a tour company and rearranged a trip to come check out this property for some of our groups. I would never put anyone here. I’m laying here in tears as I am DESPERATE for sleep. Beyond desperate. I needed to be in bed by 9:00 as we have a morning flight - and they have a party going on NEXT TO OUR ROOM with a DJ thumping loud sounds until 11:00!!!!! Someone should have told us at check in and we would have stayed elsewhere on the property. I called downstairs and they basically said too bad you can wait until 11:00. I asked if there was any way at least the bass could be turned down so our room wasn’t literally thumping- the lady did nothing. This has been by far the worst hotel experience I’ve had in Italy. And I most CERTAINLY will not be brining my groups here.
