THE BEST BOUTIQUE HOTEL Our stay here was the best experience ever. All the staff were brilliant and made us feel like part of their family. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The customer service was exceptional as were the rooms and breakfast. Will definitly return.

Great Location! Excellent hotel. Nice staff and very comfortable beds. Bathrobe and slippers were a nice touch. Located across the street from the beach. Lots of shopping within walking distance. The breakfast was amazing. Lots of selection and beautifully presented. Minor issue. They should have a “petty cash” for people who want to pay cash for their stay or for incidentals.

Charming Boutique Hotel in the Center of Pescara We stayed at this hotel while in Pescara. Magnifica sorpresa! To emphasize the exquisite hospitality and helpfulness of the staff. The room was perfect and the cleanliness impeccable. Another strong point was the breakfast with a wide variety of sweets and the possibility to order savory. Tutto perfetto! We will definitely return and recommend it to our friends.

No. 1 hotel in Pescara!!! From the first emails of correspondence with the people at the reception of this hotel, Mrs. Mihaela and Mr. Joseph, we were treated with the greatest respect and all our requests were favorably resolved, in the smallest details, from the express choice of the room, the desired floor and number, to the details regarding access to certain areas of the of the city, recommended beaches, recommended restaurants, restaurant reservations, etc. And so on All with great joy from the entire reception staff, for which we thank and congratulate you! Taxis were even ordered for us, and upon arrival, they came out to meet us, to pick up our luggage, on the street, Mr. Joseph and his colleague, extraordinarily beautiful gestures. Thank you! We also congratulate the entire room cleaning staff (our room 404) for the impeccable daily cleaning of the room, the daily change of not only the towels but also all the bed linen, as well as the personalized cosmetics. The quality of the towels and bed linen, the quality of the mattresses and the comfort of the room were exceptional, 100% perfect. We also want to congratulate the entire breakfast staff, an excellent breakfast, served with great promptness and of impeccable product quality. Unlimited fresh fruits and vegetables. Breakfast hours from 7 to 11 AM, which is excellent, because the end of breakfast at 10 AM is too early. It was also nice that the owner was present in the hotel every day, with a smile for each customer and a cordial greeting and a question if everything is OK! We congratulate him for his kindness and for the family created at the hotel with all the staff and family in which we felt as customers. A superb overall atmosphere and one of the top 3 best boutique hotels we've stayed at! It is rightly rated as hotel no. 1 from Pescara!

Fantastic stay and staff We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and had a really pleasant experience. From the start, the staff were incredibly helpful, providing us with some recommendations for local places to eat as well! It’s incredibly well situated with a 5min walk to the beach front, 10/15min walk to the train station and a 20min taxi to the airport. Breakfast was delicious and well stocked with local pastries and fruit (obviously to coffee was excellent!). The room we had was a little on the small side but did the job. Due to the heat, we didn’t open the shutters often if at all, so we’re not put off by the lack of views. We had booked an umbrella on the beach for the day and didn’t think about beach towels on booking. However the hotel are able to supply beach towels for a small rental fee

Truly amazing experience for my entire family. I researched the best hotels to stay in for the area; according to the reviews, the Victoria Hotel was one of them - I am so very happy I listened. It was a 5-minute walk from the bus terminal to the hotel, 3-5 minute walk to several restaurants and gelato, and an 8-minute walk to the beach. The suite was a perfect size for my family of 4 and very clean. My family took a Disney cruise a few years back which we thought had an amazing staff and service; the Victoria Hotel is in a different league. We will be back very soon.
