Personale all'altezza, sono stata accolta e coccolata. Ho, poi, visitato la spa con la sua piscina rilassante.

Exceptional service
Had incredible service this trip. Fabiana prepared an amazing room for me and Olmo at concierge took great care of my rental car issue. My car incurred a flat and I had an extensive drive from that point and needed a new car asap. Olmo was able to get me a new vehicle delivered and all fees waived the same night. Huge thanks to concierge and Olmo for this assistance and Four Seasons Milan team for making me feel at home

Purtroppo è scaduto…
Purtroppo è scaduto … in tutto! Gestione da incompetenti… del lusso. L’entrata dell’hotel di domenica è libera a tutti e di tutti i generi…. . Servizio da discoteca per giovani…. Le cioccolate calde ordinate …sono state rimandate indietro perché erano bruciate e pessime, poi abbiamo ordinato dei caffè….. e abbiamo dovuto far notare che ci serviva lo zucchero….. “al Four Season”. Segnalo molti cambiamenti… personale giovane e non formato per un hotel 5 stelle lusso.

Servizio non all’altezza di un 5 stelle. Ho atteso un mont blanc (porzione per i puffi ) più di mezz’ora rispetto a quanto servito a mia mamma. Lo stesso dicasi per la qualità: era la parodia mal riuscita di un mont blanc con panna all’interno stantia. Buono il sorbetto al mandarino di Ciaculli che ho dovuto mangiare con forchetta data l’assenza di un cucchiaio. Non ci siamo.

A luxury stay in Milan
Everything you would expect from a Four Seasons and more! The location is prime. The staff could not have been more friendly or more accommodating. The hotel is beautifully decorated, and has an amazing history. It was a former convent. They have a fabulous spa and restaurants.

On ne peut pas faire mieux !
Un hôtel magnifique et très élégant au cœur de Milan. Chaque espace de l’hôtel est aménagé avec soin et offre une atmosphère parfaite pour la détente et le bien-être. Pas vraiment bon marché, mais il vaut absolument chaque euro. Un séjour inoubliable !

Aperitivo con amici. Primo giro di drinks. Prezzo da Four Seasons ovviamente. Ci portano qualche oliva, qualche nachos e poi un piattino con 4 stuzzichini ciascuno. Poi, non si vedono più camerieri, si deve andare a cercarli. Secondo giro di cocktail. Non ci portano più neppure una nocciolina. Qualcuno si lamentava essendo a stomaco vuoto. Davvero deludente con pessimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Nei miei tour lavorativi in giro per il mondo avevo già sperimentato altre location della stessa catena. L'altro giorno - sempre per motivi lavorativi - sono statoper un convegno nella lussuosa maison nel quadrilatero. Beh, posso dire - senza tema di smentite - che la declinazione italiana e milanese del network è veramente al top per posizione, ambiente ma, soprattutto, gentilezza del personale e hospitality : da non perdere il mitico club sandwich

Outstanding hotel. Our room was beautiful and full of light. The whole team are incredibly helpful and kind. Fabiana the Front of House Manager was really helpful and arranged for us to extend our stay. Breakfast is a la carte and was fabulous. We had drinks each evening in the garden and it’s beautiful. I would highly recommend a stay. The hotel is really central and you can walk to all the main sights.
