The Hotel Eden has the most warmest professional staff. They cater to your every need and make you feel at home in Roma. The rooms are beautifully laid out and the restaurant has delicious cuisine and friendly charming staff. This is my second time at this hotel and will always be the hotel I want to revisit when in Roma

L’Hôtel Eden : une adresse d’exception à Rome
Un séjour remarquable à l’hôtel Eden. Sa situation centrale permet de découvrir facilement Rome et tout est accessible à pied. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux et le service d’une grande qualité. Un remerciement tout particulier à Francesco qui nous a choyés chaque matin. Nous recommandons cet hôtel les yeux fermés !

Booled a prestige room via my agency advertised as 40 sqm , acomodated in a standard room , aprox 28 sqm. After 2 days i learned the diffrence betwen my voucher and accomodation . I was JUST REFOUNDED the difrence. Like if I was catched paying with counterfitted bills, I would have been asked just to repay with corect bills ; As I arrived, I booked dinner at the roof top restaurant witch paid me very nice memories in the past. Initialy we where offered the worst table, far from view and with inconvenient position on the exit of the venue. At my protest they finally offered a better spot. Food experience was dramatic, hard to imagine such a disaster for a dinner experience in Italy. Service was very good, but the chef have a very untalented aproach of the human senses. By leaving I learned that concierge service (clef de or) where charging comission for some services. After protest it was removed from the bill. Some aditional adventures with the credit card, on some other time. Pitty, people where generaly nice and polite, location and venue clean and elegant
Fantastic hotel near Borghese Gardens
My wife and I stayed at the Hotel Eden in Roma for the second time . We stayed there 3 glorious nights. It is a tremendous hotel with highly professional staff. The breakfast is amazing , and overlooks the gardens or Rome from the 6th floor. Props to our gracious and professional server, Francisco, who made every morning special. The massages at the spa—— props To Genesis and Tatiana—- were excellent. Concierge Louise made several fantastic recommendations. Finally , we dined with friends at their restaurant , La Terrazza, and it was sublime, one of the best meals of my life. We appreciate the greatness of this fantastic hotel.

just like Boston at the Cheers Bar, everyone knows your name and face..they don’t forget to hold the door or open it…Every day or night is Buongiorno, Buona Serra. We ended paying more for a suite than regular room which was a little too small but if you’re going to spend the money to come to Rome…DO IT UP RIGHT..even the smaller room was immaculate…You have a tablet to schedule your daily cleaning, daily turndown service and anything else you may need..Need a coffee? you’ll have it in your hands before your words come out! My favorite is the all time FRANCESCO who works the morning breakfast in Il Giardino.. He will great you with a smile, make you pancakes even though there is a buffet, he would get you anything your heart desires but here is the best part…HE does it all with a sincere smile and makes you feel like you just want to give him a big hug. There is NO ONE who made my morning and to start my day so special as Francesco !!! Every doorman polite, accurate and on point for information…I will miss you Hotel Eden but I will be telling everyone I know there is NO OTHER PLACE TO STAY in ROME but Hotel Eden

Perfect Stay at the Hotel Eden
Our family of 4 stayed at the Hotel Eden last month. The rooms were classy, thoughtfully renovated, and impeccable. The food every morning at breakfast was delicious, and the service was beyond impeccable-- two waiters both named Francesco catered to every whim and pre-anticipated everything we could need or want, and the waiter Marco was friendly and helpful. We also found the concierges to be incredibly helpful and responsive-- emails were answered vey promptly, and they arranged a number of tours, dinner reservations, and secured soccer tickets for us without any hiccups.

Just got back to the States and wanted to share a review of Hotel Eden. This is a beautiful property. We had a well appointed room on the 4th floor. While we were warmly greeted there were a couple of minor call-outs that irked me as someone who’s spent half of my life in the hospitality industry. 1)I booked via Amex. Prior to my arrival, I emailed the hotel asking that the concierge curate a list of restaurants for dinner. I didn’t get a response to my query so upon arrival I asked the concierge to book a dinner spot. My partner wanted an authentic carbonara or Cacio Pepe for dinner. The concierge, a lovely lady with curly hair, assured me that she would find the perfect spot for Monday night. We never heard a word back. Like nothing. I decided to book on my own. 2) Even though, I booked via the Amex platform, I was never provided with a complete list of amenities. If I hadn’t asked to check my balance, by accident, I wouldn’t have found out about a large credit that I needed to use. Having a credit is always a bonus. Trying to figure out how to use it at 7pm when you check out the next morning by 8 was challenging. 3) I had to open the door to the hotel more than 60% of the time which is no problem except when there are 2 doormen dedicated to this purpose. The guys were usually having side conversations and not paying attention. 4)they add a fee to tip the staff to the bill. While it can be removed, I found this interesting and mildly off-putting. I tipped in every space I was in to each individual that assisted me. I will say that the location is perfection, the restaurant is gorgeous, the cocktail lounge is sublime and April, at the front desk, was a true bright spot. She was warm, enthusiastic and genuinely excited for me when I shared news of my engagement. I’d stay at this hotel again. However, at this price point little things like communication and consistent customer service can’t slip through the cracks.
The best Rome service and resteraunt
The experience was brilliant the food was amazing these chefs deserve Michelin stars.the service was top class if there were Michelin stars for waiters or servers they deserve them especially Danielle he was very respectful when I pointed a finger at the food to see it 2 waiters came fast to see if something was wrong.this restaurant is recommended the whole hotel is.

Bellissima camera, un'accoglienza molto calorosa, il pezzo forte (tra i tanti bei momenti) è stato Daniele nel bar con un servizio gentile ed eccellente e soprattutto la suggestione del delizioso (miglior dessert degli ultimi 30 giorni!) dessert Crema al pistacchio. Abbiamo un ristorante sul Capo e lo porteremo ai nostri clienti (grazie tanto, chef). Incantevole incantevole grazie hotel Eden per un soggiorno perfetto dall'inizio alla fine!

L'Hotel Eden a Roma è puro lusso: camere eleganti, vista mozzafiato e servizio eccellente. La colazione è un'esperienza da non perdere: un buffet ricco di prelibatezze italiane e internazionali, con prodotti freschi e selezionati, serviti in una sala luminosa con vista sulla città eterna. Il ristorante stellato offre una cucina raffinata, rendendo il soggiorno un'esperienza unica e indimenticabile.
Deve rimanere lì per ottenere il servizio
Ho provato ad andare al bar sul tetto a bere qualcosa. Effettuata una prenotazione ha dato i dati della carta di credito. Ha fatto in tempo. Ci ha fatto sedere al nostro tavolo. Bella vista. Aspettato 5 10 15 20 25 minuti per su e a sinistra. Se non stai lì vai altrove dove. Un sacco di posti per bere Brunello a Roma.
Pasto molto speciale sulla terrazza.
Pasto favoloso al ristorante panoramico La Teresa. Il sole che tramontava sul Vaticano era sublime. Eravamo in quattro a fare un bel pasto sapientemente aiutati da Alessandro. La mia pasta era la migliore che avessi mai mangiato. Di nuovo consigliato da Alessandro. Una serata davvero speciale. Grazie mille...
Bellissimo hotel nel cuore di Roma, ma nessun tour disponibile
Abbiamo soggiornato all'Hotel Eden a Roma e siamo stati benissimo. La nostra unica vera lamentela riguarda il fatto che quando abbiamo chiesto al concierge se c'erano dei tour disponibili, sfortunatamente non ne avevano. Anche se capisco che la nostra visita è avvenuta durante l'alta stagione, pensavo comunque che soggiornare in un hotel a 5 stelle ci avrebbe assicurato questo tipo di servizi, ma sfortunatamente mi sbagliavo.
Perfezione!
In poche parole, l'Hotel Eden è la perfezione. Tutto, dall'hotel stesso, alla posizione, all'arredamento, alle camere, al Giardino Bar & Ristorante, per non parlare di uno staff incredibile, cordiale e attento. È stato un soggiorno così speciale e memorabile. Ritornerei ancora e ancora.
L'Hotel di Roma!
Quando il nostro viaggio di famiglia in Italia ci ha portato a Roma, abbiamo fatto ricerche approfondite su dove alloggiare. Abbiamo scelto un hotel molto apprezzato da tutti i migliori siti di viaggio. Al momento del check-in, le camere che avevamo selezionato non erano affatto vicine a ciò che era raffigurato sul sito web o descritto al telefono. Frustrati, abbiamo contattato l'Hotel Eden dove hanno fatto di tutto per accoglierci. Innanzitutto, le camere non solo corrispondono a ciò che vedi online, ma in realtà sono ancora più belle dal vivo. Il personale è incredibile e fa di tutto per farti sentire a casa. Il ristorante sul tetto era il miglior cibo che abbiamo mangiato in Italia dopo aver viaggiato attraverso Venezia, Firenze e tutta la Toscana. La posizione è perfetta: abbastanza lontano dalla folla ma comunque facile da raggiungere dove vuoi andare. Non rimarrai deluso restando qui!

Splendido hotel in una posizione perfetta a pochi passi da tutte le attrazioni di questa bellissima città. Il personale è eccezionale ed è a disposizione per aiutarti con qualsiasi domanda tu possa avere. Il concierge ha organizzato un trasferimento da e per l'aeroporto che consigliamo vivamente, è stato come fare una visita guidata con Leonardo l'autista. Un ringraziamento speciale al personale della colazione (in particolare Francesco) e a coloro che ci hanno servito la sera del nostro 25° anniversario di matrimonio al Ristorante Terrazza. Il cibo era eccezionale insieme a viste spettacolari. Potrei andare avanti all'infinito su questo hotel… . i panorami, il cibo, la camera, la posizione, il personale. Eccezionale, lo consiglio vivamente.
Servizio eccellente. Ottimo albergo
Visito spesso i migliori hotel del mondo. Il livello dell'Hotel Eden è all'altezza dei migliori. L'esperienza complessiva del personale è uno dei migliori se non il migliore servizio che abbia mai sperimentato in qualsiasi hotel. Questo tipo di cultura coerente orientata al servizio di alto livello è incredibilmente difficile da istigare in un intero staff. Un ringraziamento speciale ad Antonio al banco della portineria.
