Prima Lage in der Altstadt, nur Minuten vom Hafen entfernt. Alles in Laufnähe vorhanden.

Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole grazie alla professionalità dello staff sia nella cura delle camere sia in fase di check-in e di checkout. Posizione centrale vicino a tutti i punti di maggiore interesse, camera molto bella, arredamento moderno, ottimo il livello di pulizia. Un grazie in particolare a Mia per la gentilezza e l'attenta cura per il cliente dimostrata

Well equipped hotel, located on the 4th floor of the building in the historic center. Very friendly staff, everything was clean. There is an option for self check-in after working hours. Also there is a kitchen where you can prepare coffee or tea.

Bellissimo hotel e molto gentili e coordiali. Sta vicino alla piazza e raggiungibile anche a piedi il Porto Antico di Genova. Super Consigliato!

Abbiamo soggiornato presso Teseo Rooms & Relax dal 27 al 29 ottobre. Camere pulitissime, ristrutturato da poco molto comodo al centro di Genova, a pochi passi da piazza De Ferrari, dall'acquario... Check in e check out molto flessibile! Ci siamo trovati benissimo! Sicuramente ritorneremo! Alla prossima! Mario e Daniela

Mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war insgesamt sehr angenehm. Die Dame an der Rezeption war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit, was den Check-in zu einem angenehmen Erlebnis machte. Die Zimmer waren wunderschön gestaltet und boten einen gemütlichen Rückzugsort. Die Aufmerksamkeit zum Detail in der Inneneinrichtung war beeindruckend. Ein großer Pluspunkt war, dass Kaffee in unbegrenzter Menge kostenlos angeboten wurde. Das war ein nettes Extra, um den Tag gut zu beginnen. Die Inklusivleistungen wie die Sauna waren ebenfalls ein Pluspunkt. Entspannen in der Sauna nach einem Tag voller Aktivitäten war genau das, was ich gebraucht habe. Das einzige Manko war der lange Weg durch die engen Gassen zum Parkplatz, da es keinen direkten Parkplatz gab. Aber dieser kleine Nachteil wurde durch die zentrale Lage des Hotels in der Stadt und die gemütliche Atmosphäre im Inneren wettgemacht. Insgesamt war mein Aufenthalt hier eine positive Erfahrung, und ich kann dieses Hotel weiterempfehlen.

READ IF YOU CANNOT FIND THE HOTEL. It was a bit difficult to locate. If you're in the alley and find the Doro market, the Teseo Rooms and Relax is located in the building just to the left with two glass double-doors. (See photo from street view attached to this review) In the lobby you'll see two old elevators. There's also a very small directory on the outside of the building and you should see the Teseo Rooms and Relax on the directory. The hotel is on the fourth floor. Parking: not very easy to park close. The hotel is in a zone restricted to traffic and very narrow, so you'll need to walk a bit to get there. The place is great otherwise. Great service, staff and very clean overall. It was the highlight of our stay in Genova!

LES PLUS : - Bonne communication avec le personnel, très sympathique, réactif et à l’écoute. - Emplacement central, très bien localisé dans le centre historique et proche du port. - La chambre était grande et bien équipée (frigo, coffre, bureau, prises murales, sèche-cheveux, savons, serviettes) LES MOINS : - L’insonorisation était mauvaise, on entendait tout ce qui se passait dans la rue, ainsi que dans les couloirs et entre les chambres. - Peu d’informations sur l’accès au spa, le tarif a également été modifié (15€ dans les commentaires Booking mais 40€ sur place). - Pas de petit déjeuner.

Posizione ottima, camere nuove anche se con alcune pecche, mancanza di specchio, niente portasapone nella doccia e soprattutto niente rassetto giornaliero.
