Pulizie - La posizione dell’albergo non è ottimale, i servizi sono vicini, treno e autobus, ma comunque a 20-25 minuti dalla città. L’albergo ha i suoi anni ma è stato ristrutturato recentemente, le stanze sono piccole ma moderne e ben arredate. Il pavimento nelle camere è molto sporco, l’aspirapolvere non è stata passata da settimane, sotto il lenzuolo si trovavano capelli e macchie di sangue. Per il resto tutto in ordine e pulito. Bagnoschiuma non è stato rimpiazzato. La sala colazione è molto fredda, l’offerta è ricca e buona, lo staff molto gentile e attento, così come al ricevimento. Il team delle pulizie dovrebbe avere un training urgente sul tema pulizie. In tutto ok, ma non di più. Le pulizie non specchiano gli standard Radisson.

Отличный отель Отличный отель, после ремонта. Удобное расположение. Если у вас нет багажа, то можно пройти от вокзала термини за 45 минут по живописным улочкам. Район очень зелёный, рядом много интересных достопримечательностей. В этом же здании супермаркет, где есть все необходимое. Район тихий, чистый. Утром можно пробежаться до парка, людей на улице мало. Рядом много магазинчиков, больше для местных. Есть общепит.

Ottimo hotel per Roma Personale disponibile e gentile, camera confortevole, ristorante valido e di buona qualità, solo al check un po’ di attesa dovuto all’arrivo di pullman turistici

Radisson quality A lovely hotel, helpful staff, wide breakfast options with lots of pastries, nice interior, comfortable beds, clean. The hotel is a it further from the city center, but there is a convenient train station just next to the hotel which takes to the city center.

Radisson Blu GHR, Rome Knowing quality of Radisson, first impression that lack of staff at Reception however Reception Team( Patrick, Rosella) are fantastic, doing their best. Also Room specially Bathroom quality should be improved, always water leakage after bath. Rest(breakfast, housekeeping team) were great.. thanks again all there..

Lovely hotel The hotel is about 10 mins from the centre of Rome in a relatively quiet area of the city. Very comfortable rooms/beds and dry good service from the concierge and front of house staff. We had a snack lunch at the roof top restaurant (good) but otherwise did not use other facilities. The hotel provides a free shuttle service to Rome centre. We chose this hotel mainly for its location (walking distance to the Olympic Stadium) and because it was a Radisson hotel.

Huge disappointment Spent two weeks in Italy and Greece and the Radisson Blu was the only disappointment on the trip. It started off poorly and never got better. We scheduled pick up from the airport through the hotel. We stood waiting at FCO for two hours and transportation never showed up. We finally gave up and took a taxi to the hotel where they basically told us sorry, but it happens sometimes. We had paid €50 for early check-in at 9 AM at 10 AM, our room still wasn’t ready and the manager said that he would get right on it and find us a room. At 12:30 and after asking several times, they finally gave us the key to our room. the manager said that he would take half off of the early check-in fee since we had to wait. The lines for check in check out or the concierge are always long and the desk staff is exceptionally unhelpful. Since we were already booked there for the end of our trip, we checked back into the hotel for the last night of our trip. This experience was no better, again there were long lines to check in, and when we checked in, we discovered that we were in the wrong room type, the front desk attendant was willing to do nothing to help, luckily we were able to reach the 1-800 number for Radisson and they were exceptionally helpful and provided the level of customer service that were used to with this hotel chain and they were able to get us into the correct room. Once we were in the rooms, they were clean both times, but very hot and we were never able to cool off or get comfortable in our room because the air conditioning was not sufficient for the room size. Luckily this was the only bad experience we had at any of the hotels we stayed in during our two week trip. I would highly recommend that you stay at any one of the many hotels in Rome that are more centrally located. You are bound to find more thoughtful customer service elsewhere.

Stanza minuscola e poco pulita, ma colazione da re Ho soggiornato una notte in previsione di un concerto presso l'auditorium poiché a 10 minuti scarsi a piedi. La camera minuscola e la pulizia veramente scarsa. Macchie sulle porte, peli e capelli in bagno e per il prezzo pagato non lo trovo accettabile.ho dovuto farmi cambiare gli asciugamani perché macchiati di trucco🤫 gli interni sono bellissimi e ben tenuti,il personale cortese. Il punto di forza è la colazione, avrei mangiato tutto , veramente eccezionale, anche se nella sala enorme nell'ora di punta c'è un frastuono tremendo. Peccato per la camera veramente, poca attenzione in più alla pulizia, avrebbe sicuramente influito positivamente sulla mia recensione. Il set di cortesia però mi è piaciuto molto

Adequate hotel Mixed feelings about this hotel . Checking in took a long time at reception. Not very friendly. We stayed at this hotel because we were going to a concert at the auditorium otherwise we would have stayed nearer to town. I was travelling with my daughter and the bedroom we were given was shocking . We asked for a twin bedded room but we were given a room with a double bed and a child’s bed . My daughter is not a child and the bed was very hard and uncomfortable and she ended up with backache. I do not understand why there weren’t 2 normal sized beds in the room. The safe in the room was the wrong way round and we couldn’t get to it properly so it jammed. The hotel were very unhappy at having to unlock it . There was only one plug socket in the room . The hotel itself looks really nice . The breakfast was adequate but the food wasn’t replenished fast enough as they kept running out of food and glasses etc. The rooftop bar was the best part of the hotel. It was stunning and the staff lovely. Fabulous cocktails

Friendly accommodations! The staff here is very friendly to Americans. The rooms are super clean and comfortable. Breakfast is outstanding and included free. This hotel is located in the Parioli district, so you must take a taxi (which the staff will call for you) or take the metro into town center. It is in a quiet and safe area.

Pathetic service and Rude front desk staff and uncooperative. The hotel is far from the central city and the reception staff is extremely rude and unprofessional .I reached early and asked for early checkin but got denied and at same time they were so pathetic that kept on giving to other guests. Mr Alex at the reception desk need to learn hospitality as it is extremely important Desk to welcome the guest to rome and the hotel .But I guess they are taught only in books ..also the room WC was not working and they couldn't resolve it in 24 hrs also.Next time visit to rome must but never this hotel .Pls rethink before booking this Hotel .many great options at city center available

Sentirsi a casa lontano da casa Siamo stati lo scorso fine settimana per lavoro e posso dire che la struttura merita. Camere pulite ed arredate con gusto, cucina ottima. La vera differenza l'hanno fatta tutto il team nessuno escluso, cordiali, accoglienti ed ospitali. Una nota in più al sig. Massimiliano della reception, una persona davvero squisita. Tutto lo staff ci hanno fatto sentire a casa lontano da casa.

Perfect for the Parco della Musica Loved this Hotel - if you are travelling to Rome to see a show at the Parco della Musica this is simply perfect - a gentle 8-10 minute stroll down hill to the Auditoria - just like being a local ! Gorgeous rooms - brilliant and funky ( blue lit) bathroom, very comfy bed just like at home - breakfast was a deal if you eat loads - everything you could imagine at breakfast time. The 7th floor restaurant is a touch pricey - but worth it - but the real diamond is the outdoor rooftop where you can nip up to for a drink after the show and see who else was there too ! A bus from Rome Termini station cost 1.50 Euro and will drop you basically at the door, a Taxi to Fumincio Airport was 60 Euro and took about 40 mins, we walked down into the beauty that is Rome each morning through the Borgese Gardens - takes about 40 mins on foot but the views are stunning and if you get it right you arrive in town at the top of the Spanish Steps - that's quite the WOW. Cannot wait to return.

Lovely hotel What a lovely hotel. The front desk staff was very helpful and answered all our questions. Both gentlemen named Alessandro treated us so nicely. Getting a cab was so easy as they handled it all. The location is around the corner from a cute neighborhood with a few delicious restaurants and a wonderful bakery. Very walkable and safe.

Muy buena opción en Roma El hotel es muy agradable. Habitaciones muy amplias y cómodas Ocupamos suites en pisos 3, 5 y 9 y tanto las del área que es mas nueva como las del área con más años, se encuentran en muy buena condiciones generales y de limpieza . Bufet de desayuno con varias opciones , bastante bien en general . Lindos detalles de bienvenida por ser de programa rewards aunque , supongo que por ocupación, no me dieron upgrade . Queda un tanto retirado de los atractivos turísticos (4-5 km ) pero a cambio de la larga caminata o necesidad uso de transporte , se obtiene un buen descanso en un vecindario tranquilo y una excelente relación calidad /precio . De lo más destacable del hotel , su personal de recepción y bell boys , todos ellos con excelente trato y disposición de ayudar así que mi reconocimiento y agradecimiento a todos, y cada uno , particularmente a Alex de recepción , (siempre cálido y encantador , Massimo y Yuri , que son los que hablan más español y nos llegaron apoyar más . Definitivamente recomendable . Espero volver .

Beautiful hotel, terrible shower We stayed here as part Of our pre cruise package.The hotel is beautiful and in a good area.When we checked in We were told rooms would not be ready Until At least 2:00.But the attendant at the desk whispered that if we wanted to give him a tip Maybe he could get us into a room earlier .As we are exhausted from our overnight flight Decided to go for it...When I pulled out 20 EUR He indicated that wasn't enough So I pulled out another 20.That exchange was a little off putting to me.Room was very nice And the breakfast had great selection. I agree with 1 of the other Reviewers about the shower. The absolute worst shower setup I've ever seen in a hotel.When you shower the water goes all over the floor as there is nothing to stop it And the curtains don't even go all the way around on the shower Area.The.Restaurant Was nice And the view from the terrace Is Beautiful.The staff was helpful when we had a couple of Questions .And We had A nice Stay.There are Restaurants and shops That are walkable from the hotel.However,,The hotel is not Near the ancient sites so you have to travel to get there. We chose to take a cab, but bus and train are close by.

Horrible L'orario del check-in in hotel e ieri tra le tre e le quattro. Abbiamo depositato le valigie così come erano senza che voi le apriste e abbiamo lasciato l'hotel verso le dieci e mezza. Poi abbiamo trovato una busta di plastica dell'aeroporto aperta e sparsa non l'abbiamo ancora toccato, e il secondo è stato deliberatamente rotto da dove era stato aperto. Era completamente disperso e non abbiamo trovato la luce del sole Anche pachetti de sigaretti Parliamo con el reception per visti el vidéo caméra del piano maa nessun solutione

Excellent Choice When Staying In Rome Staff for this establishment is top notch you really can't go wron with this choice. The price and service and positive attitude of the staff in all areas made our stay outstanding. Management has put the right people in place to make each individual guest a priority and address any concerns with positive resolution. I look forward to return in the future and experience more positive memories in Rome.

Leaking showers This hotel was very beautiful and the location was excellent, and the staff were very helpful. There was one very large problem and that was that the showers were flush with the floor, I assume for wheelchair access. They had only curtains around the showers. Water from the shower leaked all over the floor because there was nothing to stop it from leaking. We needed three large bath towels to wipe it up. As well there were no fans to help with moisture, so this is breeding ground for mold. Also in the room there were no chairs or benches to lay belongings on.
