Wonderful experience, after a very tiring few days, it's a great place to come and refresh, the massage was amazing. Zelal was so polite and made the whole experience unforgettable! Would reccomend anyone visiting Florence to visit!

Another lovely relaxing swim and massage to wrap up a busy trip around Italy. When the owner has dug renovated with her own hands and dug the pool you know that the term Soulspace tells how much she cares for her business and her customers

We needed a quiet, therapeutic massage to help with our sore muscles during our month long travel by train in Europe. The "workouts" pulling suitcases over cobblestone were balanced nicely with this restorative massage respite in such a beautiful place.

I had such a great experience. My massage was amazing! The steam room was the perfect temperature, and the pool was amazing. I was so relaxed that I fell asleep in the comfort zone, which is a space right outside of the pool area, created for you to relax while enjoying the amazing essential oils. I will definitely be back!

So disappointed - this spa has so much potential, but such poor execution. Pros: - Offered tea and it was very good. Cons: - Soaking pool is cool to the point we wouldn’t even use it. - Steam room has white fungus on wood and wood is also starting to deteriorate. - Rise/shower station by pool is block off by a plant so you can’t rise off between steam and pool. … that we didn’t use. - Masseuse became too rough and aggressively when moving my head and neck. Even seemed to become agitated when asked not to twist it. I’m worse now, then before! - Locker room shower is tinny with industrial rubber strips for a door. - No towels anywhere. (If management denies any of this - ask for pictures.)

3/10 Worst facial of my life. The aesthetician got up multiple times. There was a pool outside and all you could hear was the splashing of pool and noisy guests. Extremely unpleasant not relaxing experience. I also broke out after the facial. Was maybe the worst experience ever. I sent a photo of my reaction and they claimed it wasn’t them. Even though I woke up like that! Literally such a waste if money I am beyond upset

Superbe SPA où nous avons été avec ma maman : un accueil en direct et une communication avec Zelal via WhatsApp (exceptionnel) très aidant, une ambiance détente et cozy, un personnel souriant aimable et doué, ainsi que de superbes massages adaptés et relaxants. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine chauffée et du hammam, et vous pouvez disposer de thé à volonté en plus d'un coin détente. Qualité prix : génial. Merci à Zelal. Gros bisous de France 🇫🇷 🇮🇹

Mi sono recata in questo centro benessere come scelta all'interno di un cofanetto Smart box. Le indicazioni dell'offerta Smart box sono state rispettate solo parzialmente per quanto riguarda il massaggio. Ho fatto presente il fatto alla proprietaria che dopo aver verificato la veridicità delle mie parole mi ha ricontattato nei giorni seguenti offrendomi un trattamento viso (tra l' altro decisamente utile e piacevole). Trovo l'attenzione nei confronti dei clienti un valore importante, quindi 5 stelle!

Esperienza unica. Relax, competenza e tanta cortesia. Consiglio a tutti di regalarsi un un paio d'ore in questo posto fantastico e che non ti aspetteresti di trovare proprio nel cuore di Firenze.

Con il mio compagno siamo andati in questo centro benessere ( se così si può chiamare ) , in collaborazione con l'hotel dove avevamo soggiornato. Con il titolare ci eravamo accordati pacchetto a 50 euro a testa con bagno turno, vasca e zona relax. Una volta arrivati , dopo mezz'ora circa dall' entrata vera e propria in Spa ci chiamano le operatrici per fare i massaggi ( che non avevamo però richiesto, però le seguimmo lo stesso perche pensavamo fosse incluso un piccolo massaggio a quel prezzo ). Ed è qua che è partita l'incazzatura. Una volta arrivati in cassa ci hanno chiesto la bellezza di 195 euro perche " voi avete fatto i massaggi quindi dovete pagare", nonostante avessimo ribadito più e più volte che ci eravamo già accordati con il titolare dell'hotel che avevamo prenotato solo i 2 ingressi...Morale della fava : Siete solo delle gran truffatrici, vi auguro di fallire! PESSIMO
