La struttura è molto pulita e ben tenuta. Personale molto cortese, sia al ristorante, alla reception e in spiaggia. Ha un parcheggio a pochi metri dall'entrata. La colazione molto variegata e di qualità, il pranzo molto buono. Il mare, rispetto ai standard della Sardegna non è il massimo, ma vi è una piscina molto grande. Un ringraziamento speciale al sig. Michele, che svolge il proprio lavoro con professionalità e amore, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più piacevole.

I stayed at the hotel for nearly 2 weeks on half board basis and unfortunately it leaves a lot to be desired. The rooms are spacious with decent amount of storage but bathrooms are very outdated and in desperate need of refurbishment. Air conditioning in the room is not the strongest so we never managed to get the temperature below 24 degrees. It also automatically switches off when you leave the room which means in the afternoon you come back to a room that has 27 degrees, not great. International hotel and yet there are only Italian channels on the tv and one French news channel. WiFi is a nightmare. In this age and time you would expect 4* hotels to have good WiFi throughout, unfortunately this is not the case. The signal did not reach the room at all, the only place I could get it is when I was sitting by the doors and even then it took ages to load anything and it continued to drop multiple times. It worked better in the restaurant and reception area but that’s not the point. Food is where the hotel has really failed. Breakfast were boring with the same offerings every day and hardly catering to the international clientele. Pastries were chewy most of the time or covered with some sweet icing. Bread, even though it looked freshly baked, was dry. Scrambled eggs were tasteless and fried eggs were usually either half raw or overdone. Poor cereal selection, some Kelloggs for kids and nicer muesli would have worked a treat. 2 tasteless hams and bland cheese. Perhaps some pancakes or live cooking station with omelettes would have made the experience better. The only highlight was coffee although I wouldn’t mind if the cups were a bit bigger! Dinners have a weekly menu and again the variety and quality is very poor. Starers - nothing to write home about. Pastas were always quite bland. Any time I tried risotto it was always undercooked. Bolognese sauce was watery and I once found meat still raw, never tried it again after this. Other meat offered wasn’t very appealing, roasted pig with pigs head in the middle was awfully looking. Chicken on the bone was drier than dry. Baby octopus stew looked disgusting, no wonder the next day they make pasta with the leftovers from octopus. Fajitas could have been so nice but the meat was clearly overdone and chewy. I think Chinese crispy pork was the only nice thing I have eaten there over the course of 2 weeks. The only positive were free drinks during dinner from the self dispensing machine. Hotel facilities again were not the best. The pool although very clean and big was too warm. The loungers next to the pool were not very comfortable and were always full - not because people were actually there though! There was an awful amount of ‘reserved’ loungers with nobody showing up for hours. Any towels left unoccupied for more than 30 minutes should be removed by the staff. The beach wasn’t the best. Very stony entrance to the sea so I’d recommend bringing some water shoes or even better, go to a different beach because the one next to the hotel is not what Sardinia is famous for. The hotel location is again not the best. There is nothing to do in the afternoons and evenings. Apart from a small grocery store there is no other shops in the area so unless you like to watch mini disco and other animations later, after dinner it’s straight to bed. I’d strongly recommend to hire a car and go visit some beaches to the east from the hotel, they were magnificent! The staff were lovely and the housekeeping was great but overall it’s not a hotel I’d come back to.

Struttura molto curata ma che si perde in alcuni dettagli che inficiano irrimediabilmente il giudizio finale. Il resort è immerso nel verde e il primo colpo d’occhio, con quella specie di vivaio all’ingresso, ti trasmette subito un’idea di relax. La posizione è abbastanza isolate ed è necessario un mezzo di trasporto per visitare i maggiori centri abitati. Dotato di piscina, piccola spiaggia privata artificiale (piena zeppa di sassi), spa e servizio di ristorazione a buffet o giro pizza. Logisticamente i servizi lasciano un po’ a desiderare: il bar, ad esempio, si trova solo fronte spiaggia e, considerando la grandezza della struttura, anche prendere solo un caffè, se non ci si trova in spiaggia o piscina, richiede una bella passeggiata. Lo stesso bar non è molto fornito e nell’unica occasione in cui abbiamo pranzato lí erano disponibili solo focacce (a fronte di un menu che riportava anche insalate). È presente un servizio di animazione che organizza eventi per grandi e piccoli, ma tutto già visto. Le camere, alcune più spaziose e dotate di balcone, altre meno, hanno il grosso difetto di non avere la ventola di aerazione nel bagno cieco e una seconda presa di corrente vicino al letto. Materassi comodi. Un altro grosso difetto che mi preme evidenziare è l’impreparazione di buona parte dello staff, in particolare la reception. Al check in le spiegazioni sono state superficiali e per lo più condite da “eccetera eccetera”, e a precise domande non abbiamo ottenuto le risposte che cercavamo. In alcune occasioni ci è capitato di ricevere informazioni inesatte anche attraverso risposte scocciate. In sintesi, un resort che potrebbe dare molto di più, ma che si perde sui dettagli.

The hotel was circa 35 minutes from Elmas Airport, so after picking up our rental, we headed to the hotel. Positives: Upon arrival, checking in was a breeze and we were escorted by the receptionist (Claudio) to our room. Claudio remained our faithful go-to person throughout our stay and even arranged a birthday cake for our daughter. That said, it was the individual efforts by members of the staff that made this stay bearable. Guests are provided with bracelets containing microchips in order to expedite paying for meals or services that will automatically show on your room charges. Our cleaning lady was Turkish and always took care of the room not only to our satisfaction and applied a personal touch noticeable daily. The exterior grounds are immaculately kept, and I was surprised to see many identified species of flora on the grounds. The pool was large, clean and the PH levels always visibly checked by the staff. The “Peter Pan” entertainment staff provided guests with activities to participate in and were exceptionally friendly. There is a quaint playground for children and even a small zoo with rabbits. Unsatisfactory: The pool bar is staffed by young individuals, not an actual bartender. The mixed drinks are therefor not consistent. Drinks are also served in plastic cups, even the prosecco and wines.The beach was dirty, with seaweed everywhere which was never removed. We paid an additional 300 Euros for a sea view, but in the attached images you will find that the sea was hardly visible while we looked directly at a derelict, trashy housing complex from our balcony. While I understand that it may be challenging to upkeep such a large property, our bathroom was missing caulking around the bathtub, holes could be seen in the walls and random screws used to repair the toilet access panel. Employees worked in the suite across from our room and kept leaving their tools in from our door and took brakes on the balcony while smoking. The hotel charges additional daily fees to visit the pool, use lounge chairs and to receive towels ("Club Fees"). I was not aware of this fact until I paid for our stay and received an email from the hotel just prior to our trip. The breakfast buffet does not reflect how the hotel wants to be perceived. Multiple stations, with identical offerings. The sweets were good, but nobody wants cold sunny-side up eggs, simple egg omelet or scrambled eggs daily. The bacon was ok, but hot dogs? The coffee bar with a barista was a great sight, until I saw the individual made 8-9 coffees ahead of time and presented them as guests walked up. He only heated and added the milk if you asked for a cappuccino. I doubt any self-respecting Italian would accept anything but a café fresca. So, why treat the guests differently? The automated juice dispensers sometimes water down the juices...ANTS! The dining halls were not always swept and mopped, hence trails of millions of ants can be seen gladly marching to retrieve their fill! The automated juice dispensers also provide red/white wine. Yes, basically wine out of a box. I don’t know what wines are being provided, or whether there are actually certified. But I would expect for the price paid to not only know what I am drinking, but being treated differently than at McDonalds or Burger King. One will pay almost 40 Euros for a meal for the buffet, per person! Daily pasta station, check. Daily risotto, check. Mostly only two specialty dishes offered, that were less than satisfactory. The fajitas were horrendous.…also, tortillas cannot be just taken out of the plastic packing and served cold or strewn around. The meat was tough, the sides just without taste. It is hard to not insult, but the audacity to present such meals certainly earns my respect. After all, we were the fools that came back 3 or 4x to give you chances to convince us that you are not milking every guest. The parking lot is nothing but a gravel yard, with huge river rocks and is located next to the property.

La vacanza più costosa e peggiore di sempre Hotel Sighientu è abbastanza bene. Le camere sono spaziose, le strutture sono più vecchie, non così moderne ma ok. Abbiamo avuto problemi con la porta della nostra camera e la porta della terrazza – era davvero difficile chiuderli. Il bagno aveva sia una doccia che una vasca, ma non c'era abbastanza spazio tra la doccia e il bagno quindi era difficile usare il bagno. Ogni singola terrazza non era separata l'una dall'altra, quindi non hai privacy. Il cibo nel ristorante dell'hotel era molto gustoso e siamo rimasti soddisfatti con la selezione di cibo. Oltre al ristorante dell'hotel, c'è anche una pizzeria, che è eccellente. Le pulizie andavano bene. Se volete trascorrere le vacanze estive al mare, non scegliete questo posto, perché l’acqua nel mare era così bassa. Anche se vai alle boe, l'acqua è ancora solo sopra le ginocchia e se provi a nuotare ti gratti le ginocchia. L'ingresso al mare è molto roccioso. La spiaggia dell'hotel, che comprendeva un campo da pallavolo, non era un luogo per rilassarsi a causa delle frequenti attività sportive e della musica ad alto volume, che era anche costantemente mescolata con la musica della piscina.

Egy hetet töltöttünk itt; All-Inclusive-ban. A hely maga nagyon szép, rendezett, tiszta és csodálatos a hotel minden része. Korábbi utazásaim során már töltöttem időt All Inclusive-ban, de sose volt ennyire csalódás, mint most. Alapból, amit ígér az néhány ital, háromszoros étkezés és két fajta “snack”, amit a bárba lehet kapni. Továbbá tartalmaz a hotel egy éttermet; pizzériát, amit a vacsora helyett tudsz foglalni (vagy itt vagy ott eszel). A szolgáltatás maga sok soft drinket ígér, amiket egyébként automatából mindenki kinyomhat magának pohárba/kancsóba. A pincérek abszolút nem vesznek fel rendelést (ezt csak érdekességképpen írom, nem negatívan éltem meg) Mindenki magát szolgálhatja ki reggel, délben, este. A bárban a medencénél fantasztikus mojitot csinálnak, nagyon ajánlom. De a “snackek”, amiért mi 15x7€ fizettünk /fő (így is olcsóbban, mert alapból 25€/nap): hatalmas csalódás, kivan téve egy 5x5 cm-es lángos kenyér a tűző napra órákra..az íze se volt jobb. Van melegszendvicsük is, amiért már fizetni kell persze; de azt a hűtőben készen tárolva tartják, majd megmelegítve adják el.. borzalmas volt az íze. De az italokkal teljesen rendben van minden, csak hiányzik egy jó hamburger például, ha az ember megéhezik napközben. A reggeli-ebéd-vacsora változatos, mindenki talál magának olyat, amit jóízűen elfogyaszt, finom; viszont sokszor sótlan volt számomra sok minden, de a kihelyezett sóval tudtam ezt kompenzálni. A szobával többnyire nem volt vele probléma, tiszta, világos. A szobához jár mindenkinek 1db termosz kulacs, amit bubis vagy sima vízzel bármikor megtudsz tölteni a hotel többi részén. Kicsit kicsi, de azt se nagyon érezni, negatívum viszont, hogy tele van hangyával.. A szekrényektől elkezdve a falakon át. Egyik reggel arra keltünk, hogy több száz hangya mászott rá a cuccainkra a konnektorból, de a kedves takarító személyzet, gyorsan és precízen segített és hamar elhárítódott az invázió(nagy pacsi nekik), naponta takarítanak a szobákba, az egyetlen egy pici kukát kicsit kevésnek érzem, de nem nagy dolog. A fürdő zsúfolt, a zuhany ajtónk be volt repedve, mikor ideértünk. A szobába van egy kicsi TV, de van benne olyan bemenet, ahol tudsz hozzákapcsolni merevlemezt filmnézéshez. A légkondi a szobába tökéletesen működik, a kedves recepciós jól elmagyarázta a működtetését. A recepció nagyon segítőkész és kedves, ha bármi kérdésünk van nyugodtan fordulhatunk hozzájuk, jól beszélik az angolt! A wellness részét a hotelnak nem próbáltunk, de a masszázs választékuk bár nagy, de nagyon drága.. az legolcsóbb is 50€-nál kezdődik egy személyre. A kinti medencéjük nagy, meleg víz. Picit kevés a napozó ágy.. sokára tartott helyet vadásszunk. A hangulat jó. A hotel partja nem egy álom part, de a part mentén végig sétálva átlehet menni a Zefiro partra, ami nagyon szép és tiszta. Fizetni kell ugyan 22€-ot (amibe 1 napernyő és 2 napozóágy van), de abszolút megéri. De ha nincs kedved gyalogolni akkor a hotel biztosít ingyen fuvart reggel 10:00, 11:00-kor oda és 18:00, 19:00-kor vissza. A hotelnek egyébként minden este van valamiféle szórakoztató műsora gyerekeknek és felnőtteknek (bingó est pl), és minden este élő zene is van a bárnál. A hotel egyébként kutya barát is. Vannak állatai is a hotelnek, kecskék és nyuszik; őket a bártól nem messze tudod megtalálni. Van mini bazár is, ami drága, de ha messziről jössz, akkor el kelhet 1-2 dolog, de a közeli COOP-ban minden van, ami 5 percre van innen, de érdemes figyelembe venni a szieszta időt, mert ilyenkor órákon keresztül zárva van minden és zavaró lehet, ha épp útra kelnél. Összességében jó volt, jól éreztük magunkat a hotelben és a szigeten is, köszönjük.

Inclusive-ot egy picit átverésnek tartom (teljes áron) de az ételek, italok nagyon jók. A szobák nem extrák de akik szeretnek jönni menni és majdnem hogy csak aludni jönnek fel annak tökéletes. A tenger partja a hotelnek nem a legjobb de tőle jobbra egy 10 perces sétával van egy nagyon jó part. (Ide ingyen a buszuk is elvisz/hoz) összességében jó volt.😁
