I reserved for massage, and unfortunately its not satisfying at all, the atmosphere is so good and calm, everything is super clean and shining, but my therapist is not good at all, she missed some part and it seems that she doesn’t have concentration. According to amount that i pay honestly i have to say won’t try it again anymore.

I loved the pool! The temperature of the main one was nice and fresh, and the jacuzzi wasn't too hot. The jets were on point! The whole experience was relaxing and respectful.

Abbiamo alloggiato presso l'hotel Gallia Excelsion Palace e ci siamo lasciati coccolare dai servizi della SPA.Che dire, tutto molto bello, ben curato e pulito, ma quello che ho apprezzato di più e che non ha prezzo è la tranquillità che si respira, il fatto che sia un posto che trasmette intimità e pace, lontano dalle calche di altre SPA commerciali dai nomi altisonanti, presi d'assedio da turisti della domenica che vanno lì solo per fare video e selfies.Ci tornerò!

C’est un spa de très grande qualité. Nous avons pu faire un massage en couple avec ma femme pendant une heure. Les masseuses sont très professionnel. L’ambiance est propice à la décontraction et le service est excellent. Après le massage nous avons pu profiter des installations de la piscine et du jacuzzi au dernier étage.
