It is a 2 star hotel literally !!!!!! I would never come back or recommend it to anybody The looby is the only nice thing The rooms are old and smells bad The sheets and pillows smells bad too I regret it 😩😩😩😩 Worst hotel Breakfast is low and service is lower Dont commmmeeeee!!!!!!

wunderschönes Hotel! Total komfortabel mit toller Poolanlage :) Etwas außerhalb der Stadt aber direkt neben dem Stadion! Auch ein Shuttle in die Stadt ist möglich.

Ho trascorso solo due giorni presso questa struttura. Peccato… La camera è molto accogliente,pulita,ben allestita e con un ottimo letto. Il bagno completamente accessoriato. Il personale altamente qualificato,professionale,disponibile e cortese. Lato ristorante abbiamo mangiato benissimo.Ottimo anche il servizio

Stayed here 5 nights on a business trip and a small holiday with my family and regretted it. Staff in this hotel are generally rude, unhelpful and very unwilling to assist guest even for the smallest of things and they will show their bad attitude in their facial expression and the way they talk back at you with raised voice and defensiveness. Everything is to troublesome for them, they should be ashamed of themselves as they do not deserve to work under the Sheraton brand as they lack pride, basic courtesy and hospitality as they see to forget that they are in the service industry. From check in, no assistance was given to me with my bags, the staff just stood there and watched me and my wife unload bags carrying my child and did nothing. At the counter I stood there almost 3 minutes waiting for the two staff to check me in but they were busy chit chatting about what food they were going to have for lunch and left me standing there and giving me the occasional glance like I was spoiling their conversation. I guess they didn’t know I could speak some Italian. In the room immediately noticed a lot of long hair on the floor from the previous guest that wasn’t cleaned, I can only imagine they didn’t vacuum, the floor is only carpeted under the bed so dirt and hair can be easily seen, floor felt dirty and could see lots of dust especially at the side and corners. Shower head had water leaking and spraying all directions, toilet bowl had stains and was really disgusting, room round table also had stains. I guess they don’t clean the rooms much. I asked for a bathrobe and some cutlery as we needed to feed our child, this took almost 45 mins to arrive and after 3 reminders it arrived but they wanted to charge me for the cutlery which I immediately turned rejected, I don’t think any other hotel does such things to charge guest for cutlery, so I went down to try to get it from the lobby bar myself but was told off rudely by the woman supervisor that they don’t provide cutlery even after I told her I had a child to feed she said no. Finally I managed to get a small teaspoon from the restaurant. On one of our return from outside, I asked this staff who was standing inside a room wearing a blue suit and had a very black face where the pool was, his reply was It isn’t here ! And he then slammed the door at our face. Couldn’t believe how bad his attitude was. Never expected this from a Sheraton Hotel and I was very applauded by his actions. Location isn’t great either, it’s very far from town, food and a proper supermarket is like 45 mins walk away and it’s also near the highway. Do not stay here.

The location of the hotel,is not central. But you can actual use busses outside to easy get access to the city center. Where you have buss going directly to San siro stadium or to Gabrielde where you take subway from both places to city centrum. Goes really fast. Also the prices in the sourranding of the hotel is quite nice vs the city centrum. the hotel has a lovely pool area, the room are nice and big. And it also exist sauna, massage, training facility in the hotel. the hotel breakfast is also really nice, i guess they also have a lot of chinese guest. after they have some special chinese breakfast food. Just a bit annoying i actual have to ask for cappucino from the workers there, when i feel they should offer it to you when they bringing juice to you table. On the Negativ side of our staying in the hotel. -We got a room key, that dident work on the door. so we had to run down again to fix them. -We got a room where the toilet door, couldent be closed. And had to tell the reception twice to fix it. before they actual did fix it. ( did take around 7-8 hours to fix that door. after we had to go twice to reception to tell them) -The lamps on the table was full off dust in the bottom. -We did ask for change of bedsheets , one day during our stay. But no. they dident change it. just re-make the bed and that was it. -The bar in the hotel, is really slow on actual bringing you drinks you order. when they say they will come outside with it. It did take us 1 hour first time, the second time they came after 20 minuttes. Based on the negativ we have as experince we will set it on two stars only. Was expecting a bit more from a Shereton Hotel. but the people in reception , is really nice and actual try to help as much as they can. just seems like the person reciving the message from them, are not doing anything with it. The door was fixed fast, after we told them the second time. the one on reception did throw himself over the phone to call service. and 5 minuttes after, the service guy was there. ( and that was night time ) It also share a space with a wounderfull resturant , a argentinan resturant that is owned by the football lagend Javier Zanetti. Well worth to go there on a saturday or wednesday. where it is live music and live tango dancing while you eat.

Frequentiamo questo hotel in occasione di concerti nel vicino San Siro. Servizio di qualità fin dal check-in. La qualità è alta anche nei piatti del loro ristorante. Camere molto pulite e fresche. Il costo delle camere è giusto se si vuole un buon servizio degno del nome Sheraton.

From the personalized welcome note to the complimentary upgrade, every little gesture made me feel like a valued guest. The room itself was a haven of comfort and style. The plush bed, adorned with crisp linens, provided the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. And the breathtaking view from the window was the cherry on top!

Hotellet ligger som navnet tilsier i nærheten av San Siro stadion. 15-20 minutter med bil inn til sentrum. Store og fine rom. Litt støv og ikke full score på renhold, men ikke til veldig sjenanse. Komfortabelt bassengområde. Hotellet tar seg godt betalt for ekstratjenester som mat og parkering. God frokost, litt hektisk på slutten av åpningstiden.

The air conditioning in our RV broke and we’ve been driving for hours in the heat. So we decided to check into this hotel. And it was the absolute best choice ever. The rooms were clean and cool temperature. We visited the spa which had a sauna, steam room, showers, and a relaxation area. The fitness room had a great view and had a lot of workout options. I also visited the lounge for member and grabbed a couple fresh water bottles from the fridge. When we had the breakfast buffet, there was a lot of variety and the food was delicious. Good way to start the day. The staff are friendly, professional, and helped us with any needs or questions. Check out the pool and the patio area too. Very pleasant stay. Will come again :)

Clean, new, comfortable hotel for a great stay. Although it is not close to town, you can easily get there via a bus to the San Siro Stadio metro station then subway to central Milan. There is nothing much around the hotel but a few bus stops away you will be able to find Essalunga (big supermarket) as well as restaurants.

Amazing Hotel and superb staff in reception

Dinner with Flamenco was a nice touch for our end of event dinner. However, I was not a huge fan of the food and would have preferred a more local cuisine. Still, recommend it, facilities are beautiful just not centrally located in Milan. I guess it's an "Oasis" for those who don't like to stay in city centers.
