For starters. I LOVED THIS PLACE Yes everyone has to buy a membership to get into ANY cruise bar or bath in Italy. It’s on literally every review and website for every establishment. Accept the fact and quit being childish and giving the establishment a lower rating because they charge that. $25 euro entry fee is fair and good value for a place this big and well staffed. I counted at least 15 but probably 20-30 staff working to keep the place clean and organized. That costs the operator alot as does the rent for this HUGE venue with DJ and amazing pool. They had three bartenders that’s most than most bars I found in the city. I have been to baths, and gay hotels on almost every continent and would have to say this is top 5, maybe number 1. It reminds me of Semana Santa in Puerto Vallarta. I have to say it’s hard to explain this place. It’s the biggest bath I’ve been to and with the sheer number of people of all body types. It’s better than any gay hotel I’ve stayed in. I was there on a sunny Sunday afternoon and the place was packed. All ages styles and body types of people. No one type was unrepresented. Huge busy dark room/ Labyrinth, sauna steam baths, whirlpool, and pool. Everything here is oversize, and I mean everything. 😉 The music was great, happy, friendly, unpretentious crowd. The pool area with the sun beds way better than anticipated. My only regret is that I don’t speak Italian. I’ll know for next time… One (two) last thing…. The language barrier can often be considered as the staff in any place being rude. If the staff is learning english; at first, they learn simple yes and no and not the complexity of politeness. It’s best not to go into a foreign land and expect people to be polite in your native language or to even understand you for that matter. Especially when you don’t speak their language, and are wanting something a simple response of “no” might be all that they can give you. If you learn to say please and thank you in every language, it will get you further in life and the smile. Finally, when I am the first one to smile in the interaction I find the smiles are often reciprocated.

Grande sauna con piscina all'aperto per prendere il sole e grande jacuzzi all'interno. Merita una visita.

This Sauna is huge. We visited sunday. And it was filled with all ages, it has a outdoor pool area, a bar, a big whirlpool a big steamroom and a good warm sauna, small cabin pods and mostly open so upstairs people can watch the action only one movie screen and the need to buy a years membership of several milano gaybars and saunas makes this for me a four star visit. Else it was a good nice visit.

I'm visiting Milan from overseas. I made the effort to visit this sauna this evening, travelling across town, and was disappointed to be told at reception I had to pay €17 as a membership fee (for one year) plus €25 entry fee. The total of €42 for one visit makes this sauna one of the most expensive I've seen, nearly as pricey as those in Zurich, which is a much more expensive city than Milan. I told the receptionist I was visiting for only a few days and asked if I could have an exemption from the one-year fee as I would be leaving Milan very soon. He refused quite bluntly. As a result, I left. I would have bought food and drink as well as my entry fee but they lost a customer this evening. I recommend management consider waiving the annual fee for short-term visitors as otherwise this place is simply too expensive for just 1 or 2 visits. Very disappointed and frustrating experience.

Sono stato ieri 22 giugno per la prima volta ma è un ambiente pulitissimo il ragazzo al bar Eugenio veramente molto simpatico e anche molto bello super disponibile, e sopratutto molto accogliente nei camerini bellissima piscina sia al chiuso e sia all’aperto sono stati come fosse casa mia a dir il vero un bacio a presto

premetto subito che non rappresento lo steorotipo del uomo virile,muscoloso e villoso,anzi tutt'altro,sono molto femminile. prima di andare dentro di me pensavo che tutti mi snobbassero per come sono. mi sono però ricreduta, ho infatti trovato persone simpaticissime che mi hanno accolta molto bene,soprattutto uomini super virili,ho conosciuto molta gente simpatica..l'unica pecca sono i baristi,non molto socievoli e un pò ostili,sembra che stanno lì solo per lavorare e che non amano molto le persone lgbt..molto bella la piscina con lettini ..ci tornerò

Posto di lusso unico. Idro massaggio grande...pulizia... divertimento..dark room e bagno turno con 1 piano in più. Sauna migliore non c'è ne☺️

The place is OK and nice crowd. The staff was extremely unfriendly though - not a single smile, not a single please or thank you, throwing receipts instead of handing them to you, rude, one-word responses or questions. I've got to say I was weirdly impressed with how persistent they were in not returning a smile! Must be tough work.

Yesterday i decided to check out the place. Recieved a unfriendly welcome was charged 43euros for entry fee and once off membership card. The bar tender was disgustingly rude, unfriendly and made me feel unwelcomed at the bar. I was literally to afriad to buy another drink. When i asked if he could help me his response was “WHAT” . They didnt have half of the stuff on the menu, i order a 12 but he told me dont have and give me 9 instead The wrap was warm on the outside and cold on the inside with no knife or fork. Being a lonley traveler made me feel even worst. Beautiful place horrible staff. As a tourist willing to spend this establishment wont easily see me again.

Il circolo è ben organizzato e molto pulito. Gli spazi sono molto piacevoli, specialmente la piscina esterna. Personalmente del bar cordiale e simpatico. Purtroppo non posso dire altrettanto del servizio alla reception. Ho assistito ad una inquisizione nei confronti di un ragazzo straniero chiaramente imbarazzato e con difficoltà ad esprimersi correttamente in italiano, per chiedere giustificazione sul danneggiamento (ovviamente accidentale) della targhetta di plastica (immagino dal valore di pochi centesimi) del bracciale. Sono rimasto dispiaciuto perché questi circoli dovrebbero rappresentare, oltre che una opportunità di divertimento, anche un lungo di inclusione, per cui sarebbero consoni toni più cordiali anche nei confronti degli stranieri. Ad ogni modo sarò felice di tornare alla royal hamamm e consiglio caldamente a tutti l'esperienza in questa sauna.

Locale non male ma l’educazione del personale alla reception discutibile sé questa è l’accoglienza non tornerò mai più

Bella sauna, ampia, ottime vasche, luminosa, discretamente pulita... finalmente, la domenica almeno, ci sono ragazzi giovani e attraenti, non come le altre saune che spesso sono frequentate da daddies e bears. Il personale fa il suo dovere, se sei gentile, sono gentili, anzi a me hanno anche ridato le ciabatte che non trovavo più e mi tengono sempre la valigia.

The sauna looks nice, great pool, the guy at the entrance was kind and professional, but the reason why I give 3 star rating is cabins for sex and fun where beds are. The cabins are very small they look like small boxes, cabins are very dark, there is no light inside the cabin so you cannot see if bed is clean or not, the entrance to the cabin is very small, cabins are small, space inside feels very cramped and uncomfortable. Everything else is really very good, but you definitely need to change the cabins to make them more comfortable and different.

Sauna con ottime potenzialità ma anche con molti aspetti migliorabili. La domenica pomeriggio è affollata da bei ragazzi e c'è da divertirsi. Se avete gli occhi sensibili, però, potreste avere problemi anche gravi, sia per la forte presenza di composti del cloro nell'acqua e nell'aria, sia per le molte persone che fumano in modo disinvolto al chiuso (l'area piscina, che nella bella stagione è a cielo aperto, in inverno ha la copertura chiusa... i fumatori fanno finta di non non accorgersene e i gestori non hanno evidentemente interesse a vigilare e a tutelare la salute dei non fumatori).

Bella sauna, prezzi nemmeno troppo esagerati in rapporto alla pulizia e a tutti i servizi offerti,come la piscina riscaldata e l’idromassaggio. Piacevoli incontri nonostante sia venuto la settimana. Non mi sento di dare 5 stelle piene vista la freddezza del ragazzo con il cappello al bar, atteggiamento ostile e da “so tutto io”. Credo che in un posto del genere sia bello anche durante un caffè scambiare due chiacchiere con chi è dall’altra parte del bancone, ma purtroppo ciò non mi è più venuta voglia di consumare altro, peccato. Per il resto tutto TOP, tornerò sicuramente 😃🔝
