Relais Vatican Secret & SPA Reviews

In this hotel, I had made a reservation one month in advance of my trip. The confirmation was done and everything was ok. Three days before departure, the property managers contacted me with this message: " Good evening, relais Vatican secret, we tried to contact you because we had a plumbing problem in 2 rooms of the structure and consequently we could not accommodate you on the day of check in. We apologize for the inconvenience caused and to help you we have found two options: request free cancellation so you can get a full refund or you can call booking so they can re-protect you in another nearby facility obviously without paying any kind of supplement. We apologize again and wish you a good continuation" and offered me "Free cancellation ". This was very irresponsible of them, and for this reason, my trip to Rome did not go as planned. I wanted to leave a review on Booking, but I didn't have the chance because on Booking you can leave a review only after you've checked out.

Un hotel atípico. Sin recepción, aunque cuando mandabas msj te respondían, no se si rápido pero lo hacían. La ubicación está bien porque estás a 10 minutos del castillo y del vaticano. También tiene cerca la piazza di popolo a 17minutos. La habitación y el servicio de toallas era diariamente. Luego te dan las llaves y tú te arreglas y eso aún genera un poco de incertidumbre, si pasa algo que haces? Todo cerrado sin atención. Es raro y la puerta está cerrada por tanto al llegar debes contactar con ellos vía booking o email para que vaya a hacerte el check in. La cama no es lo mejor pero no está mal. La primera puerta suele estar cerrada luego de las 21 creo yo. Así que no asustarse si la encuentran asi .

Affittacamere in ottima posizione, infatti abbiamo dato 5 stelle. Molto comodo sia per i trasporti pubblici che posizione strategica per vari locali. Personale assente alla reception perché hanno più locali e sono sempre in giro. Camera discreta nonostante sei proprio attaccato al marciapiede. Disposizione della camera molto particolare ed interessante, peccato per il bagno che dev’essere sistemato causa perdita wc. Anche la pulizia deve avere più attenzione. Nel complesso decente ma da migliorare il servizio.

They have cancelled our reservation just 14 hours before our check in time. When I see cancellation message I thought it was a joke. Don't trust when you book this property, they can cancel their booking in last minute and you can't find any alternative.

Reception sempre vuota. Se hai bisogno di qualcosa devi chiamare e non sai tra quanto arrivano. Pavimento appena entri sporchissimo, in camera non ne parliamo. Doccia piena di muffa, angoli del bagno anche. Dietro le tende sporcizia e la macchina del caffè tutta piena di polvere. Il prezzo per una notte decisamente troppo alto. Mai più.

מלון עם מיקום טוב יחסית היה מאוד קשה למצוא אותו - אין שום שילוט. נחמד לא יותר. מתאים למי שאוהב להתארח במקומות שלא נמצאים בהם יותר מדיי ( תכלס באירופה כל הכיף זה לטייל לא המלון ) בקיצור אם מצאתם משהן עם דירוג טוב יותר במחיר זהה - לכו עליו ולא על זה

Recepcja prowadzona przez WhatsApp, proszenie o zdjęcia dokumentów, problem z komunikacją gdyż nikogo nie ma na recepcji przez 5 dni pobytu

Pessimo! Servizio assente! Non consiglio!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

L'alloggio è ben posizionato e vicino al centro e facilmente raggiungibili metro e bus. La camera era davvero molto accogliente e pulita. Molto carine le lucine sotto il soffitto del letto. Personale gentile e disponibile. Mi sento di consigliare questa struttura e nel complesso merita 5 stelle. Ci torneremo sicuramente! 🙂

We booked our room at Vatican Inn, but when we arrived, surprise...we ended up staying at Relais Vatican ! The said the had a problem and had to move us! It was close, so it wasn't a problem! The room was nice, clean, but, we went 2 weeks ago, in February, and it was super cold in the room! The heater wasn't working properly, the window didn't shut well, and the management was the worst! I called them , like 15 time in 2 days, so they can give us the remote from the AC, so we could warm the room with it! They sad that the ac is only for the summer, and we can't use it in winter, although it had an inverter, so you can use it to heat the room! We had to call to booking, and after that call, the came to give us the remote! So , we stayed the 3 nights, but 2 of them we froze ! It the worst management I have ever seen, and I traveled a lot! It's sad , because the location it's quite nice!

Pretty poor service. In three days they never changed our towels. The location is good. The room looks more like an Airbnb than a hotel room.
