Un weekend speciale Location stupenda e personale attento ad ogni tua esigenza. Abbiamo alloggiato in una junior suite, la Mirto. La cena al ristorante I Palici, che dire?un’esperienza unica. Cibo eccellente e percorso culinario unico. Ci torneremo quanto prima.

Soggiorno splendido Ho soggiornato al Relais dal 20 al 22 Luglio e l'unica parola che trovo per definire questo soggiorno è "Superlativo". All'arrivo l'impressione che si ha è quella di essere entrati in un ambiente di altri tempi dove la bellezza della struttura, i giardini curatissimi, la piscina e un personale impeccabile, ti accolgono donandoti da subito una sensazione di benessere e serenità. La struttura è stata oggetto di un accuratissimo e raffinato restauro, in cui ogni minimo dettaglio, dall'illuminazione, agli intonaci, all'utilizzo della pietra lavica creano un ambiente armonioso. La nostra camera, una tripla, era davvero carina, con letti molto comodi, pulitissima e silenziosa con un kit di cortesia perfettamente completo. L'area della piscina immersa nel verde ci ha dato modo di rinfrescarci in compagnia di un ottimo aperitivo. Una menzione speciale va a tutto il personale altamente qualificato senza essere stucchevole, attento a qualsiasi tua esigenza. Ringrazio tutti loro, dal primo all'ultimo, perchè è grazie al loro lavoro, discreto e silenzioso, che tutto è assolutamente perfetto. Ritornerò sicuramente per concedermi un altro tuffo nella quiete e nella bellezza di questo posto che incarna perfettamente lo spirito della mia terra: la Sicilia.

Consigliato! Location molto curata. Personale di servizio efficiente e molto cordiale, soprattutto con I miei figli. Rapporto qualità prezzo molto buono. Ristorante molto caratteristico, dal cibo al servizio, una gioia per i sensi. Assolutamente consigliato

Not impressed. I am staying here in this hotel right now and at first I can say I was surprised by the beautiful garden and it's building, it's from 17th century and really charming but when I went to our room I wasn't really happy with the setting especially the bathroom because there is no hanger for the towels and the air conditioning in the room doesn't work properly so the room becomes really humid after taking a shower. Another thing that really shocked us was the small lava stones rain from Mont Etna's volcano that falls on you and it really shocked us because apparently it's really common here and they didn't mention it at all on their website. So, we had to take a shower right away because there were small rocks in our hair and we couldn't use the swimming pool because it's covered with tiny black pebbles all over the pool. Since it's a bit far from Taormina( 55 minutes drive) you have nothing to do here and having a closed pool it's not fun for a family with two kids. Breakfast was really basic, mostly sweets and they don't have any kind of eggs, if you want you have to order a la carts with extra charge. At first I thought this property can become part of Relais et chateaux but it's far away from their standards.

Merveilleux Hôtel de très grande qualité, la chambre était spacieuse, la piscine très agréable. Nous avions vu sur l'etna. Le personnel est très disponible et d'une grande bienveillance. Le petit déjeuner était très copieux. Le dîner était délicieux. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

Great place! We were so pampered in this hotel. Nothing was too much to ask. Delicious dinner, delicious breakfast, sea comfortable room... but it was the staff that made it perfect. So friendly and service oriented. Small scale hotel, so attentive staff and plenty of space at the beautiful swimming pool. You will not regret it!

Beautiful hotel with a wonderful staff I've spent a fantastic week at this beautiful hotel. The room was luxurious, the food delicious and the staff very friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the lovely pool a lot. And to top it of, there is a lovely spa! I am totally relaxed now after a week!
