We are sorry to hear that you had a drawback regarding the air conditioning in the room, we're solving these tecnical issue as fast as we can. The Hotel is located in the historic city center at four steps from the Four Corners. To our guests it's allowed to access in the restricted traffic area by car. Nous tenons particulièrement à la propreté de nos chambres, nos femmes de chambre sont disponibles pour un nettoyage supplémentaire des chambres en cas de besoin, si vous nous aviez communiqué le problème, nous aurions immédiatement résolu. Notre personnel à la réception est toujours disponible pour toute information. Nous sommes désolés si au moment de votre séjour, vous n’avez pas reçu l’attention que vous méritez. En ce qui concerne le SPA, il s’agit d’un service supplémentaire qui n’est pas inclus dans le prix de la chambre et qui doit être réservé séparément. We are pleased that you appreciated the privileged position of the hotel in the historic city center. We want to thank you for your advice. Our hotel is located inside an historic building, so Italian law does not allow us to make major changes to not compromise the historical integrity of the property. We are sorry that breakfast did not reflect your expectations, we serve a typical Italian breakfast, with predominance of sweet foods. Our staff at reception is always available for any information or advice. Usually we recommend two of the best restaurants in the area. We are sorry if at the time of your stay you did not received the attention you deserve. We had a technical issue with the ice machine but we are already solving it. The staff at the reception had informed you of the possibility of calling our restaurant by phone to order anything. We are sorry that ice in the champagne bucket arrived to the room mostly melted, but you should consider that at this time of year in sicily it's really hot. We don't always have the cash availability to exchange money at the reception but in case you had told us your need we would have provided anyway. The housekeeping service usually isn't avaible at 1 PM, but guests can anyway require toilet paper, soap or anything else they need. Thank you for choosing Quintocanto Hotel & Spa for your stay. Dear Guest, thank you for sharing your opinion whit us, feedback from our guests is always important to us. We are sorry for this misunderstanding, we understand the discomfort created, especially on a special event like your honeymoon. Unfortunately that day we were full so our staff had proposed you a reservation for the next morning, but you didn't accepted, because you should had leave on just the next day. So we couldn't do anything. We hope that you'll be our guests in the future, during your next trip in Sicily. Best regards.

Ci dispiace apprendere che si siano verificati certi spiacevoli inconvenienti durante la vostra esperienza all'interno della nostra Spa e che non siate riamaste soddisfatte del nostro servizio, in quanto teniamo molto al benessere dei nostri ospiti. La pulizia e il rispetto delle norme igieniche è per noi fondamentale. Prestiamo sempre molta attenzione alla sanificazione dei nostri ambienti. Tuttavia, per una questione di tempistiche non sempre ci è possibile intervenire in tempo reale durante lo svolgimento dei trattamenti. La ringraziamo per averci segnalato determinate pecche della manutenzione, abbiamo già attenzionato il nostro manutentore in modo da risolvere il tutto quanto prima possibile . Inoltre, siamo veramente desolati per il comportamento inappropriato del nostro personale, chiediamo umilmente scusa e promettiamo che non si verificherà mai più un simile episodio. Ricordiamo che il Percorso Speciale Sposa, da voi scelto, ha una durata totale di due ore, che prevede aperitivo, più massaggio per la sposa da 30 minuti, inoltre, in quanto a questo pacchetto avete aggiunto dei massaggi extra per l'entourage della sposa, vi abbiamo riservato un'ora in più nelle cabine. Ricordiamo, anche, che nonostante l'Area Benessere venga riservata in formula esclusiva è, tuttavia, sempre possibile il passaggio dello staff per garantire il regolare svolgimento dell' attività della stessa.
