This hotel is in serious need of renovations, we can't understand how it has 4 stars seeing the state of the room, corridors, lights, etc. Even the plates, bowls and glasses of the restaurant are broken! And they keep using them! Also we didn't realise they were broken when we first took them and served our food. The room was in very poor condition, it smelt like dust, everything felt really old, there were scratches in almost all surfaces like the tables, walls, even the tv! There was no elevator to access our room, our bed was extremely uncomfortable, the air conditioning was very noisy, and the room service was very poor. They turned up to clean our room at 2pm when we were trying to hide from the extreme heat in Palermo. Having to leave our room after lunch while is that hot was extremely inconvenient. The location is great, the staff is really friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is tasty. However, whether you are an early riser or need to arrive late in the night, the hotel will be closed and you'll need to ring to be granted access. Overall we were extremely disappointed, we were hoping to find a much modern hotel as showed in their pictures.

Quinticonto Room Break-In & Robbery While asleep in our room during the night thieves broke in and stole a purse with credit cards and cash. When reported to staff at the front desk there was little concern and no apology. The hotel did recover a change purse that was inside the purse but not the purse, the cash was gone and credits cards unsuccessfully used by the thieves. At the end of the day I asked about the purse. The new staff were completely unaware, apologetic and directed me to file a police report so the hotel could access hotel security footage. I went to the police station and delivered the report to the same seemingly unconcerned morning staff and they promised to contact me when they reviewed the footage. It has now been eight days, nothing from the Quintocanto so I decided to file this review. There are no deadbolts or inside secure locks on the rooms, only a key card lock to enter. If you choose to stay here I would block the door for your personal safety. The hotel did comp our parking charges. The Valet staff are friendly. Google maps directs you to the hotel on pedestrian streets and the hotel staff were no help getting to or from the hotel.

Purtroppo devo segnalare un'esperienza molto deludente presso questa spa. La pulizia degli ambienti lascia molto a desiderare: sembra che siano state trascurate prima dell'arrivo dei clienti, il che ha rovinato l'atmosfera di relax che ci si aspetta da un centro benessere di un quattro stelle. È fondamentale che le pulizie vengano fatte accuratamente e prima dell'arrivo dei clienti per garantire un ambiente pulito e confortevole.

Nel cuore di Palermo, a pochi passi di distanza dai celeberrimi Quattro Canti, un ottimo hotel strutturato all'interno di un vecchio palazzo. La camera in cui abbiamo alloggiato era superlativa, sia per lo spaziosità sia per le finiture. Gentilissimo il personale, che ha assecondato tutte le nostre esigenze. Colazione buona ma un po' ripetitiva; in un'occasione abbiamo anche approfittato del ristorante per cena, ricavando comunque la medesima impressione. Per la posizione e il livello delle camere è indubbiamente consigliato

Centralisimo hotel en el centro. Personal atento y muy amable, nos han reservado las spa y dejado dejar las maletas todo el dia. Hay un restaurante dentro quee sta muy bien. Los desayunos tienen postres tipicos de Sicilia. Nos han reservado un restaurante para el dia de Pascua Hay un chico en recepción muy amable, se llama Andrea creo, llevaba gafas. Gracias de la hospitalidad.

Ottima scelta : praticamente nel punto focale della movida di Palermo risulta cmq silenzioso essendo le camere protette dagli edifici dei 4Canti.Non gode di vista panoramica ma le camere (dislocate nel dedalo di piu edifici collegati) sono ordinate e pulite giornalmente con riordio e cambio biancheria. Il punto a favore viene dato all'ottimo e ricco buffet per la colazione (compresa nell'alloggio) con reparto dolci che svetta con le migliori pasticcerie di Palermo. Personale della reception alternato tra professionali ed improvvisati. I primi ripagano ampiamente i secondi.

Delusione totale. Avevamo scelto questo hotel proprio per la spa spendendo per quattro giorni mille euro. Ma al check in abbiamo scoperto con sorpresa che non è previsto come servizio per gli ospiti dell’hotel ma a pagamento a parte. Abbiamo chiesto se potevamo entrare con un bambino di 6 mesi non ci hanno mai risposto. Unici due punti positivi la cordialità del personale e la posizione dell’hotel. Il resto totalmente non idoneo. Ci hanno dato una camera con un bagno non degno di 4 stelle e non utilizzabile per un bambino, il lavandino su uno sgabello e la doccia senza vaschetta per lavare il bambino, l’abbiamo richiesta ma niente. Durante la colazione mancava sempre qualcosa di siciliano c’erano solo dei cannolini e le famose arance neanche viste, lato salato solo le uova. Il cambio e pulizia in stanza sempre molto tardiva non ci hanno messo neanche un asciugamano grande in più per il bambino. Per lavoro ci serviva la meeting room ogni mattina ci facevano attendere due ore per aprirla. Eravamo partiti molto entusiasti ma ce ne siamo andati totalmente insoddisfatti e delusi dalla scarsa informazione e servizi e sicuramente non lo consigliamo alle famiglie con bambini piccoli. In sintesi manca l’attenzione all’esperienza dell’ospite si percepisce la volontà di risparmiare il che non rispecchia un hotel a 4 stelle.

Pessima esperienza! Avevo prenotato una camera Deluxe e invece mi sono ritrovato con una camera matrimoniale piccola. Facendo presente l'incoveniente al personale, mi viene riferito che secondo loro la camera assegnatami, la numero 216, era Deluxe. Allego le foto di dove ho pernottato e potrete confrontarle con quelle delle camere Deluxe presenti sul sito, molto più nuove e più grandi. Torno spesso a Palermo per lavoro, ma non tornerò mai più in questa struttura.
