Mai più!!! Davvero!!! L'offerta "Wellness Birthday" è diventata una ladrata assurda ormai !!! Dal 9 Dicembre 2023, con l'offerta compleanno è incluso il percorso benessere SOLO dal check-in al check-out della stanza !!! Il giorno successivo quindi devi andar via alle 11:00 Se tu volessi restare alle terme il giorno dopo, devi sborsare altre 98€ (prolungando il check-out della stanza fino alle 18:00 anziché fino alle 10:00 o alle 11:00), un modo brutto brutto brutto di sfilarti la 100 euro dal portafogli Peggio degli autovelox nascosti a tradimento !!! Davvero, mai più !!! E la cosa brutta è che nelle mail non è scritto da nessuna parte di queste 98€ da dover sborsare in più. È scritto "Soggiorno con colazione e accesso al percorso benessere tra l'orario di check-in e di check-out." ma prima dell'8 dicembre ti davano un armadietto dello spogliatoio e avevi accesso al percorso anche il giorno dopo (aperitivo incluso, tutto il giorno fino a chiusura, già incluso). Ora se vuoi rimanere il giorno dopo, sono 98€ in più (e senza aperitivo!!!) su una stanza che sta già sulle 200€ Quindi tranquillamente con l'aggiunta dei 98€ si arriva a 300€ per 24 ore di terme a malapena. Veramente ... mai più!!!

Great terme facilities, the aperitivo is very limited (prosecco or campari, and besides some cheese and small bites there's basically just white focaccia bread; food runs out often and is refilled after a long time) and service is ok.

Chose this hotel because it was close to the airport but due to how close it is, most taxi and uber drivers did not want to accept. Front desk staff were less than helpful or welcoming. No assistance with luggage and no room service after 11. The room was stark and with old decor and finishings. Honestly, it looks and feels like an old asylum. There was no hand soap or kleenex in the bathroom and only two thin towels. The AC in the room was great and the grounds are pretty but this does not feel like the five star hotel it claims to be, three at best, like an old asylum and a holiday inn had a love child. Not worth the $$$. Should’ve done back into Rome proper and stayed at the W.

Sono stato due giorni fa e devo dire che la struttura è molto bella anche se per essere 5 stelle dovrebbero sicuramente sostituire gli accappatoio rotti,ma soprattutto dovrebbero pensare di migliorare(e di molto) la qualità del cibo ,sia ristorante che aperitivo, veramente veramente scarso

Я відвідувала багато інших спа-центрів QC Therme, але цей в Римі був найгіршим. Дуже мало саун та мало спа зон, ціна вище інших спа-центрів мережі QC, меню аперетиво дуже обмеже, в основному хлібні вироби та жарені снеки. Доїзд громадським транспортом виснажливий та довгий. Загалом я рекомендую відвідування, але без завищених очікувань. Краще їхати власною машиною.

Un posto bellissimo dove trascorrere una giornata di relax. Anche il cibo del ristorante è molto buono.

Location tranquilla a due passi da roma, perfetta per rilassarsi, nel biglietto di ingresso è compreso un aperitivo

I am a person who writes reviews rarely, but the way the hotel staff treated me at QC compelled me to do so. It was very late, past midnight, and I wanted to book a room for the night. My flight was cancelled after multiple delays, I was exhausted, and most nearby hotels were booked. The concierge informed me that there were no rooms available at this hotel too, and so I kindly asked if I could sit at the lobby for a few minutes until I could figure out what to do. I had already booked a taxi, and took a bite out of the sandwich I bought from the airport while I was waiting. Perhaps this is what made the employee feel like I was getting a little too comfortable.. he told me “you can stay but you can’t stay the whole night you know” with a look that can simply be described as condescending. I had no intention of using your lobby as a room. I was just trying to create a plan and leave. Plus, I was at your hotel asking for a room because I could clearly afford to be there - for one, and many more nights. I hope this member of your staff, after having faced many frustrations during their travels, faces the same type of offensive attitude I did. We are all equals, but some people use their (temporary) positions of power to feel better about themselves. In the hospitality business, kindness and friendliness earn hotels future guests and positive word of mouth. I hope others are able to understand the reasons behind my own negative words. I have never felt so unwelcome somewhere in my life. I also felt there was complete lack of concern and empathy for my position as a woman who was travelling alone and struggling to find a safe place for the night.

Ragazzi, salve a tutti. Ho soggiornato per 3 giorni in questa struttura. Non voglio dilungarmi troppo. Il conto pagato è stato molto alto e, sinceramente, non sono stato del tutto soddisfatto. Le terme erano molto affollate, con tante persone che arrivavano dall’esterno. Di conseguenza, tutte le vasche erano piene, rendendo difficile rilassarsi. Spero che in futuro si trovi una soluzione per garantire maggiore tranquillità ai clienti che soggiornano nella struttura, rispetto a chi paga solo per il pass giornaliero alle terme. Il ristorante della struttura è abbastanza buono, anche se da un posto del genere mi aspettavo un menù più vario e sofisticato. La colazione è da 7/10: il buffet era nella norma, con prodotti standard. L’aperitivo, anche se caratteristico, era troppo affollato, quindi non l’ho trovato particolarmente piacevole.

Please keep in mind that this review is from the view point of an American. If we were Italian our experience may have been different. We spent our last night on a 16 day Italian vacation at this resort due to it's proximity to the airport. The travel to and from the airport is the only real highlight for us. In all of the cities and towns and hotels we stayed, everyone was always very accommodating and friendly. Truly an amazing country. Except at this resort. They simply are not nice to American's at this hotel. The check-in process is wonky. The rooms are meh at best. The food was average. The service was rude...especially in the restaurant. The spa was a novel idea, but the water, even in the "hot tubs" is lukewarm. We had a couples massage and it was simply the worst each of us had either had. It's like we found the only resort in all of Italy (Venice to Rome and everywhere in between) where no one speaks English....and we were really trying hard to speak in Italian. Overall, in less you just need a easy transfer to the airport on your last day, this is a skip....and it was almost $900 euros. Ouch.
