Palazzo Parigi Hotel & Grand Spa Milano Reviews

Abysmal service - bedsheets stained, sockets not working, disrespectful staff I was absolutely surprised by the poor service offered by the staff in this 5* hotel. We get into our room late at night due to a flight delay and we found the bedsheets stained. Being late we decide to endure it for one night and raise it in the morning. Moreover, one of the sockets next to the desk did not work, so we had to alternate our devices to charge. The next morning I raise the bedsheets issue at the reception and they immediately send someone to change them: however, the service staff enters into our room without any regard whatsoever of the people in the room and I literally find myself in underwear with the cleaning lady, who carries on unbothered (!!). All of this and we had to pay full price, with no discount at all. Great service for ~€1,500 per night: never again.

Excellent service and accommodations and centrally located, but a pricey hotel. The service was excellent. When I asked for a room change to a quieter location away from the street noise, they were happy to accommodate me. The room was nicely furnished (I paid a bit more for a nicer room) and a good size. My breakfast order was mistaken, but the quickly rectified the situation. Not a bad walk to the Duomo and main shopping areas (hotel located in the Brera district).

Vasco concert Everything is so perfect that nothing is missing!!!!! Delightful SPA with relaxation area and herbal teas to stay in for hours. Wonderful food and service. Impeccable staff. Thank you all for what you do to make the customer feel like they are in wonderland

TOP PLACE IN MILAN! Just yesterday I enjoyed a pleasant lunch in the company of my father at the Gastronomic Restaurant located in the magnificent 17th century Palazzo Parigi, a magical place where it is still possible to savor haute cuisine in its maximum expression, immersed in precious works of art , hand-decorated ceilings and elegant, fine furnishings :-) I rarely leave reviews but here I have to make an exception as the place is truly magical, the waiters are fantastic, the reception girls fantastic, the food is excellent, you feel pampered a warm environment full of works of art! I have rarely found a better place in Milan than Palazzo Parigi. I'll be back soon, needless to say :-) Loris
