SPA MERAVIGLIOSA PULIRA E PERSONALE QUALIFICATO 🫶♥️

Very nice hotel in the heart of Palermo. Close to all the best restaurants and shops to walk around. The room was comfortable. Would suggest moving the air conditioning to a better spot. Staff were super friendly and helpful with all needs regarding wellness centre, spa, parking and ZTL. Breakfast was nice with a great view of Palermo on the terrace.

Splendida ed elegante struttura, patrimonio inestimabile della città, adibita in parte a luxury hotel. La Spa, molto particolare perché ricavata nel rifugio antiaereo del Palazzo. I ristoranti sono fruibili anche se non si è ospiti dell'hotel. In pieno centro storico per vivere a pieno la propria vacanza. Personale gentilissimo e professionale. Percorso benessere da ripetere quanto prima!

We recently spent 10 days at Palazzo Santa Marina in Palermo and cannot say enough good things about our experience. The hotel manager, Gennaro, and his staff were incredibly caring and supportive throughout the stay. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. One of the highlights of our stay was the spa and massage experience at the hotel. It was simply amazing and the therapists were highly skilled and attentive. I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated every time. The hotel itself is located in a historical building, with beautiful views of Palermo and the surrounding area. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the amenities are top-notch. The food at the hotel restaurants was also delicious, with a great selection of local dishes. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway in Palermo. Thank you to Gennaro and his staff for making our stay so memorable.

Mediocre hotel for the price: mattress was hard. Staff was friendly and very helpful: but I would imagine there are better options at the same price point elsewhere in Palermo

Excelente hotel em.otima localização. Padrão superior que mistura o antigo com a modernidade. Equipe atenciosa e prestativa. Única dificuldade é chegar com/ou de carro e caso tenha alugado um deve pesquisar bem antes de encontrar um Estacionamento para deixar o carro. Há dois mais próximos, mas um deles já estava lotado e não havia mais vagas. No mais, fica entre a Maqueda e Cavour que são centrais.

Loved this hotel! Very different from your usual city property, with a nice small hotel "comfy" feeling. Room was well appointed and spacious, housekeeping excellent, great breakfast and all facilities very well done. Did not use the spa services but did use the gym which was very well equipped. Location is excellent in the old town and all major attractions withing easy walking distance. Nice outdoor courtyard area for relaxing and having a glass of wine. Roxanna, one of the staff members, was amazing. She has the heart of a professional hotelier. She was quick to respond to our requests and many questions. Always with a smile on her face. Made our stay memorable.

Prinzipiell ist es ein sehr schönes Hotel. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sehr geräumig und schön gestaltet. Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich optimal um die Stadt zu erkunden! Das Frühstück wird auf der Dachterrasse serviert, allerdings sehr spartanisch bzw. für unseren Geschmack deutlich zu süß und der Kaffee ist leider auch nicht wirklich gut. Dafür hat man einen schönen Blick über die Stadt. Was uns gar nicht gut gefallen hat, ist, dass der Spa Bereich für 90 Minuten 45€ pro Person zusätzlich gekostet hätte. Bei einem Hotel dieser Preisklasse, sollte der Spa Bereich im Aufenthalt inkludiert sein. Zumindest bitte in Zukunft ordentlich kennzeichnen, dass SPA exklusiv, sowie auch die Preise offen legen.

Io ed il mio fidanzato abbiamo usufruito del percorso benessere + massaggio un paio di mesi fa. Personale gentilissimo e struttura super elegante ed accogliente. Le ragazze che si son prese cura di noi sono state incredibili e simpaticissime! Non vediamo l’ora di poter tornare!

At the end of our fabulous trip in Sicily we checked into palazzo Santa marina . Was totally disappointed as reception in an alley courtyard and actual room in another building around the corner where you climb 3 floors to get there . Not for anyone over 60 Bathroom no amenities ,no towel rack , shower stall tiny . Very few plug points for a room with 4 people . Do not recommend at all .

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura a metà maggio nella suite Loggia che ha l'ingresso nella centralissima via Maqueda, separata dalla adiacente struttura principale. L'alloggio, riservato e silenzioso in quanto situato all'interno del palazzo, era spettacolare. Praticamente un mini appartamento con una camera matrimoniale con il suo terrazzino ed un soppalco con letto matrimoniale che affacciava su un altro terrazzino. Dotata di tutti i comfort, dalla cucina con fuochi ad induzione, macchina per caffè e bollitore ad un bagno finestrato enorme e lussuoso. Nella struttura principale sono presenti la sala colazioni, la palestra ed una spa che potevano essere prenotati facilmente comunicando via whatsapp con la reception. Così come i ristoranti ed il parrucchiere collegati alla struttura. I ragazzi della reception sono stati gentilissimi e sempre disponibili per esaudire le nostre richieste. Prezzo in fascia medio alta che è giustificato assolutamente dalla bellezza della struttura, dalla sua posizione, dai servizi e dalla disponibilità del personale. Assolutamente consigliato.

Lovely, friendly helpful staff from start to finish of our stay. Our room was perfect and cleaned daily. Great choices for breakfast. Fantastic location to explore Palermo and we booking again for 2025.

Firstly, the staff are a credit to the hotel and they were most helpful throughout our 3-night stay. The spa is an extra cost on top of the stay, something we almost expected to enjoy as part of the price but that’s a story for another day, and one the hotel may look to address in the future. Those lovely facilities just weren’t being used. The main problem for us is that we had to use the same towels for a 3 night stay, the room felt & smelt damp at times which wasn’t pleasant. Location - incredible. Everything you would want for a city break. Breakfast - Had better but still very nice and the terrace provides gorgeous views over Palermo. In a nutshell, good but I’d of expected more in terms of ability to use facilities and fresh towels. Thank you again to the staff - you’re all lovely.

Beautiful hotel offering a sanctuary in amongst the bustle of the tourist zone. Great location with excellent restaurants just outside the front door. Stunning building and rooms. View from the breakfast terrace is gorgeous! Staff were excellent and very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in Palermo.

Belissimo hotel con servizio perfetto. La palestra è grande e Veronica, l’allenatrice è gentile e mi a seguito per l’allenamento. Bellissimo soggiorno, lo consiglio.
