Great experience. Perfect location. Lovely hotel. Room was spacious clean and what we needed. Location of the hotel is 10 out of 10. Bars and restaurants literally outside the door. The room was silent with the double windows so if an early night is needed then not a problem. Would definitely return and and recommend! Smack in the middle of the main attractions, all in walking distance.

Great hotel, perfect location Great little hotel in the perfect location. All the main tourist attractions are within 30 minutes walk and the hotel is surrounded by restaurants and bars and shops. We stayed in room 406 on the 4th floor which was really nice. Big bedroom with walk in wardrobe space (just mind your head as you go in the door). Big separate living area with a sofa, 2 chairs, desk and bench and a small study area. Bathroom has bath and large shower head, water pressure is great. Breakfast is in the bar next door which has lots of choice. And all the staff are really friendly. The only downside is the bars do play loud music and you can hear it on the 4th floor but it's not too annoying.

great location / modern funk we trusted our travel agent and she got it spot on. looks are deceiving...on the outside it looks dated but inside is modern. we stayed on second floor overlooking the street. those double glazed windows worked a treat and are def needed as there are restaurants / bars right ouside the door. the window shutters also made the place near blackout for a sleep in. Flavia at reception is very friendly and gave some great food / site seeing tips. as for location it is cenral and we walked to most sites direct from hotel. there is an awesome 10 euro breakfast at the cafe/ bar next door.

Good Location - Bad Service The hotel is in a wonderful location and a good spot for families. We had a family suite that could be freshened up but it was fine since we were out and about seeing the wonderful sites most of the time and only in the room in the late afternoon before dinner and to sleep. When we arrived the sink was leaking and flooded the bathroom floor when the water was turned on. Although the staff was able to resolve that issue, they never resolved the fact that the mini bar was not working (it was warm) even when they said the technician would take care of it or they would swap it out. Ordinarily, not a problem, but we had just been in Tuscany and had brought a few bottles of wine that we were not able to chill. I asked for an ice bucket and they provided one with a handful of ice cubes, not enough to chill a bottle of wine. It just seemed as though the staff did not care to be helpful.

Posizione brillante Quando siamo arrivati ci eravamo chiesti cosa avessimo prenotato. Dall'esterno sembrava davvero squallido con persiane da un lato e una grande pentola con mozziconi di sigarette dall'altro lato e sedie di plastica contro il muro. Ma era di nuovo diverso quando siamo entrati. Eravamo stati aggiornati a una suite ed è stato davvero bello. Tutto il personale era incantevole e la colazione era incredibile. Ottima posizione. L'unica cosa che penso potrebbero migliorare è rendere la parte anteriore esterna più attraente come 1 street impressions contano.

Great location in Rome This hotel must have one of the best locations in central Rome. It's within walking distance of almost everywhere you'd want to go. We were lucky enough to be given a room upgrade on arrival, and the room was large, clean, comfortable and had all of the amenities you'd expect from a 4 star hotel. It faced onto a busy, noisy (and entertaining), side street, but closing the windows kept almost all of that out, so sleep was usually no problem. Breakfast was in a building next door and was one of the best I've seen in quite some time. Staff at reception and at breakfast were always friendly, helpful and professional.

Nice hotel The hotel is a nice little find. The room was great with a separate area with the couch an TV as well as a TV in the bedroom. The bathroom is spacious. The room was cleaned every day. There is a fridge too. Breakfast is included which is in the restaurant next door but you need to get a ticket from reception before getting breakfast. It’s very near many restaurants, souvenir shops and a food shop. The Piazza Navona is minutes walk away.

Bem localizado Hotel muito agradável. Funcionários sempre dispostos a ajudar, foram 5 estrelas. Está bem localizado, perto da Piazza Navona, e muitas coisas para ver que se fazem bem à pé. Tem muito perto uma geladaria (chama-se Frigidarium) com processo artesanal, e há quem diga que é dos melhores. Nós provámos e gostámos bastante. O quarto que era para 4 pessoas, era bom, com frigobar, ar condicionado, boa casa de banho. Ouvia se um pouco de barulho da rua, mas nada que não nos deixa se dormir. O pequeno almoço, que é num restaurante ao lado, é fabuloso, com uma variedade imensa, e pedindo até têm pão sem gluten. Recomendo.

Big rooms Stayed at this Hotel twice. First time was for 5 days in late May then again in late June for another 2 nights. When we got there they had upgraded us to a suite which was nice. We had a big lounge room with 2 windows. One had a view of the intersection of our hotel and another lane. I loved opening up the windows and hearing the vibe of a city going about its business as well as that view. The bed was awful. May as well be sleeping on the floor it was that hard. I was sick and needed to get some rest so slept on the couch which was much more comfortable. This room was also under a night club so you had noise but to be honest it didn’t bother us a you were in the heart of the city so you have to expect noise. I had booked the same hotel for the end of the trip and I was seriously considering cancelling it due to the bed but we stayed at the hotel with another couple and they said their bed was ok so decided we were just unlucky with the bed in that suite. Breakfast was next door and had a little bit of everything. Eggs, sausages and bacon, cold cuts and cheeses, danishes, cakes and fruits. You need to get a voucher from reception to give to the restaurant next door. We stayed in a normal room for our second visit which was still big for Italy and the bed whilst hard was not as bad as the one in the suite so you could sleep on it. The Hotel put up a sign saying there was going to be a national transportation strike on the 24th of June so if you needed a taxi for airport to book a private transfer. We needed a taxi to take us to the Vatican for a tour starting at 6.00am and needed a taxi to take us to Roma Termini. We asked for a private transfer and were told that the private transfers were only for airport. We checked the internet and could not find any mention of this strike but decided we wouldn’t risk being late for our tour so we would walk. We got up that morning at 5.00am to walk to Vatican and saw lots of taxis on our way. We spoke to one and asked if there was a strike and he said no. When we checked out we walked away from the hotel to a taxi rank and caught a taxi to Termini, there were heaps of them. Interestingly the sign was still up at the hotel despite there not being a strike. It’s great that the hotel is proactive but I would double check on the internet if there are any strikes.

2nd visit to this hotel - BOOK IT! This was our second trip to Rome and to this hotel. The location is absolutely second to none! You’re on the bustling streets of Rome and a 2 minute walk to Piazza Navona Square. I had sent the hotel an email a few weeks before to request a room away from the “Drink Art Gallery” due to our previous experience (very loud music - particularly over the weekend). The hotel do their best to minimise this but they make it very clear and the location out weighs this! ☺️ Trevi fountain is a 15 min walk. Pantheon 8 min, 20 mins to the Castel saint angelo, 20 mins to Spanish steps. Honestly incredible! Their breakfast is not very nice in our opinion. We would only have toast and a drink. American breakfast style with cold meats and cheeses which a lot of people probably love but this is subject to opinion so everyone may feel different ☺️ Once we arrived, we checked out our room and we were directly above the bar we had requested to be away from, albeit, it is only a request and never guaranteed, we were pretty disappointed, BUT… if you have an issue, speak to the reception! That’s what they’re there for! Spoke to the gentleman on the desk and he moved us straight away and it was perfect 👌🏼 We also enjoyed a 90 minute couples massage at their spa and this was amazing! Another great experience in Rome and with this hotel! 🥰

Ideal location The hotel is in the perfect location for walking to all the sites, the breakfast was delicious the best we've had in Europe & I cannot fault the staff at the hotel / restaurant they were all so lovely. The only downside was the level of noise from the surrounding bars / restaurants on the Friday night that went on until 3am Saturday morning, but we knew this when we booked so it didn't come as a shock.

Lovely old hotel, perfectly situated. Myself & my partner, both in our 70's, stayed here for a week on a bed & breakfast basis. The hotel is not new but we'll maintained & the staff are helpful. I asked for a high room as some reviews complained of noise from the streets below & we were upgraded to a nice suite on the 3rd floor (room 302), this had a dual aspect Outlook, a small balcony at the rear, a small kitchenette, coffee maker, air conditioning & 2 tv's. It was perfect for our needs. The area is ideal, in my opinion, within walking distance to all of the sights, even the Colosseum. There are numerous restaurants & bars within 100 metres & all in all hard to beat. We didn't encounter any particularly loud noise, even at weekends, but if you're a light sleeper just ask for a room on a high floor or at the rear of the building & I'm sure that the helpful staff will do their utmost to accommodate your request.

Deluso. Soggiorno deludente. Estremamente rumoroso dalla discoteca sottostante. Letti scomodi. Servizio scadente. Siamo stati separati dai nostri figli e messi in una stanza minuscola. Abbiamo chiesto di essere spostati, cosa che hanno fatto, ma non senza farci sentire un inconveniente per averlo chiesto. Non lo consiglierei.

We’ll visit this hotel again when in Rome Ideally sited for many of the tourist sites - VERY clean and tidy and most welcoming to guests. We’ll certainly visit again when in Rome. Many restaurants in the surrounding streets and alleyways. Rooms are good and well maintained - good value for money

Great place to stay I am still here and cannot say anything bad about the place . Location awesome. Staff wonderfull, Romes outstanding. Breakfast super. .only problem is the street i. Front is crowded and the taxis have a little issue but I cannot say anything negative about it. Will recomend to all my friend . Staying until Monday and will surely come back
