Stayed this week, 2 nights: SUBLIME
M/O Fan, this hotel was wonderful. Only stayed for 2 nights earlier this week. Fantastic location, incredible staff, sublime rooms and facilities! Breakfast staff was off target compared with the rest of the team. Seemed at times confused as we had certain dietary restrictions that needed to be addressed. All worked out in the end! We fully intend to stay here again next year, this time for more than 2 nights... Staff, rooms, drinks, food, sleep quality... all SUBLIME! Merci M/O Milano!

Oggi io e la mia compagna abbiamo fatto colazione, come esterni, al Mandarin Garden situato all'interno dell'hotel Mandarin Oriental. Abbiamo optato per il buffet Continental a 48 euro a testa e devo dire...super consigliata!!! Viennoiserie di ottima qualità, buoni anche i succhi di frutta locali. C'era possibilità di prendere il salato ma da italiani preferiamo la colazione dolce. Staff gentilissimo e preparato. La prenotazione l'ho fatta tramite email in quanto non riuscivo a prenotare l'orario che volevo tramite il loro sito. Ideale andare alle 8:00 dove non si trova tanta affluenza. Questa colazione senza limiti l'abbiamo preferita alla colazione del più famoso Cedric Grolet di Parigi. Complimenti al pastry chef Marco Pinna!

Good and consistent with the Mandarin chain but personal not warm, it is a shame otherwise it was 5 stars. We'll go back anyway. Excellent breakfast and the rooms are nice. Pension location is perfect and central.

The BEST spa in Milan!
This review is only about the spa. This is the BEST spa in Milan. Everything about the experience was amazing. The facility is top notch. The pool is really amazing. The spa rooms are comfortable and beautiful. The massage therapist was so good, one of the best I’ve ever had. And my friend who had a different therapist said she also was very good. Also a note about the paper underwear - it’s very common in Italy to wear these during massages. However, I found that if you ask, some therapist are ok if you don’t wear them.
