Ottima esperienza in questo hotel.
Le stanze sono davvero molto belle, pulite, nuove e pensate ad ogni minimo dettaglio. Molti specchi che rendono la stanza intimamente simpatica.
Bella la spa, nella norma.
Personale davvero professionale e la colazione senza ombra di dubbio fatta bene: dal dolce al salato.
La posizione è strategica in quanto nel centro di Napoli che ti permette di uscire e visitare posti attorno (sopratutto mangiare le cose buonissime di Napoli) ❤️
Una cosa non mi è piaciuta è stato il parcheggio non incluso nella prenotazione su booking. Essendo un 5 stelle dovrebbe darlo automaticamente l’accesso.

Hotel nuovissimo e di design. Situato in posizione perfetta per chi deve andare allo stadio o alla Fiera d’oltremare.
Vicinissimo alla stazione di Piazza Leopardi. Camere pulitissime, accoglienti. Personale alla reception molto gentile, cordiale, disponibile. Colazione super! Buffet dolce e salato con molta scelta. Consigliato!

Literally the best stay ever!!! Marco and Anna were such ROCKSTARS!!! I lost my camera and Marco went the extra mile to make sure that I had a replacement from the local store!!! Also the hotel is gorgeous!!! The staff are the stars of the hotel!!! Marco, Anna, the bellmen and all the rest made our stay WONDERFUL!! GIVE THEM A RAISE!!!

Best Hotel in Naples!!!

Er was een staking en we waren niet geïnformeerd. Ze wisten het van te voren al dat er een staking was met de taxi’s en ze hebben ons dat niet verteld nadat wij met hun gingen overleggen om toch optijd naar het vliegveld te kunnen vertikte ze het om het voor ons te regelen en zeggen ze dat het niet hun fout was. Ze gingen ook met ons in discussie en hebben ons lekker links laten liggen echt een vreselijke ervaring. GA HIER NIET HEEN

Teleurstelling
Wat een teleurstelling! Hoge prijzen maar totaal geen service. We zijn compleet aan ons lot overgelaten op de dag van vertrek en wij naar het vliegveld moesten. Een staking van het lokale taxivervoer. Er werd niets voor ons gedaan door het hotelpersoneel. Het kon ze niets schelen. Tja. De rekening was al betaald… Daarnaast hebben wij tijdens ons verblijf geen service ervaren, alleen zeer hoge kosten (10,- voor een glaasje wijn). De barman (Antonio) was super. De rest zeer teleurstellend. Wij gaan hier niet meer naartoe en zou een ander dit hotel niet aanbevelen.

MUY BUENA ESTANCIA
Hola, Buena estancia en el hotel, habitación limpia, bien equipada con cama cómoda y grande y baño correcto. El personal de recepción, en especial Hanna y Giovanni, de comedor, en especial Inma y de limpieza son muy simpáticos, siempre con una sonrisa y gran actitud. Bus en la puerta del hotel, tren y dos línias de metro muy cercanas. La zona del hotel es tranquila y con todo tipo de servicios. Gracias.

Buena estancia en el hotel, habitación limpia, bien equipada con cama cómoda y grande y el baño es correcto.
El personal de recepción, comedor y limpieza muy simpáticos, siempre con una sonrisa y muy buena actitud.
Bus en la puerta del hotel y dos líneas de metro muy cercanas.
La zona del hotel és tranquila y con todo tipo de servicios.

Wir haben dieses Hotel Anfang Oktober 2025 für 3 Nächte gebucht. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 5. Stock mit Balkon. Die Zimmer waren sauber, nicht verwohnt und gut ausgestattet mit Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine und Kühlschrank. Die Schallisolierung ist gut, vom Straßenverkehr bekommt man nichts mit. Zu kritisieren währen aber die Kissen, welche für uns viel zu hart waren, das Houskeeping könnte in der Dusche etwas gründlicher sein und der Fön gibt nur ein laues Lüftchen von sich.
Schön ist der Pool auf dem Dach mit Bar und Sitzgelegenheiten. Man hat eine schöne Weitsicht, die Aussicht ist ( wir sind in Neapel ) nicht wirklich schön, aber das ist Nebensache.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut und es gibt alles was man erwartet. Das Personal ist durchweg freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Spa ist bei den normalen Zimmern nicht im Preis enthalten und kostet 35.-€ p.P. je Stunde extra.
Ob das Hotel eigene Parkplätze hat weiß ich nicht, aber es gibt einen großen öffentlichen Parkplatz hinter dem Hotel sowie den Parkplatz des Fußballstadions welcher etwa 10 Minuten Fußweg entfernt ist. In die Innenstadt kann man bequem mit den Bahn-Linien 2 oder 9 fahren.
Im Umfeld gibt es reichlich Restaurants und Bars, da findet man immer was.
Alles in allem eine gute Basis für einen Städtetrip nach Neapel.
Mit dem Taxi ist es etwa 20 min. zum Flughafen, der Fahrpreis betrug ca. 30-35€.
