Aucune considération pour les clients Très grande déception. Notre vol a été annulé le jour J, situation totalement indépendante de notre volonté, ce qui nous a empêchés de nous rendre à l’hôtel. Malgré cela, aucune écoute, aucun geste commercial, aucun remboursement, même partiel. Nous sommes étudiants, avec un budget limité, et cette réservation représentait une somme importante pour nous. Ce qui rend la situation encore plus incompréhensible, c’est que l’hôtel nous avait même surclassés, mais cela ne les a absolument pas empêchés de refuser toute solution lorsque le problème est survenu. L’établissement s’est montré rigide, fermé au dialogue et totalement indifférent à notre situation. Nous avons pourtant essayé d’expliquer et de trouver une solution, mais ils n’ont rien voulu entendre. Aucun sens du service client, aucune empathie. Ce genre d’attitude est inacceptable, surtout dans le domaine de l’hôtellerie où la relation client devrait être une priorité. Je déconseille fortement cet établissement : en cas de problème, vous serez livrés à vous-mêmes.

nous comprenons votre déception, toutefois nous tenons à préciser que lors de la réservation, des conditions et politiques d’annulation très précises sont clairement indiquées et acceptées par le client. Dans votre cas, la chambre a été bloquée exclusivement pour vous pendant toute la durée du séjour, ce qui nous a empêchés de la proposer à d’autres clients.

L’annulation de votre vol, bien qu’indépendante de votre volonté, ne dépend malheureusement pas non plus de l’hôtel. Pour cette raison, nous ne pouvons être tenus responsables d’un problème causé par un tiers. Dans ce type de situation, il est préférable de demander un remboursement ou une compensation directement à la compagnie aérienne, qui est à l’origine du désagrément.

Nous restons toujours disponibles au dialogue dans le respect des conditions de réservation acceptées au moment de la confirmation.

Ottimo hotel personale molto gentile e disponibile,le camere pulitissime con ogni comfort, l’ accesso alla spa con orario elastico, piccolino ma fornito di idro massaggio,sauna, bagno turco doccia termale e zona relax, consiglio vivamente il massaggio bravissima l’operatrice Daniela molto professionale, È stata una mini vacanza per visitare la splendida Firenze, strategica la zona per staccare dallo stress quotidiano abbastanza vicino al centro della città Sicuramente da ripetere.

Hotel 🔝 Hotel in una posizione molto comoda al centro. Pulito e molto curato, il personale gentile e disponibile. Unica pecca… non abbiamo potuto usufruire della vasca idromassaggio in suite a causa di un guasto. Il personale si è scusato più volte offrendoci un aperitivo e invitandoci ad usufruire della SPA dell’hotel.

Personale accogliente,camere carine,posizione tranquila un po' lontana dal centro. Durante la colazione non mi è piaciuto che i dolci erano esposti senza nessuna copertura,ho potuto vedere dei moscerini che ci andavano sopra,e quindi non me la sono gustata

Très bel hôtel, très bien situé et très propre. Chambre standard très bien équipée et propre. Petit déjeuner très copieux et beaucoup de choix, avec du sucré, du salé très bons produits. Et Melie aux petits soins. À 10 minutes à pieds du centre de Florence.

Premium Room at Reasonable Prices We got such good value for money with our room. The hotel's situation was perfect walking distance from the city centre without being so close that we were disturbed by its hustle and bustle! We were treated upon arrival to local delicacies and were offered a 10% discount in the restaurant. The steak they served there was phenomenal! The staff were helpful and very courteous. Would come again.

Stayed at LHP river & spa twice. They couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful and the rooms were very clean with nice amenities. The breakfast they serve is fabulous, with fresh home baked goods and cooked on premises roasted veggies, cheeses, frittatas and smoked salmon. The location is wonderful as it is away from the hoardes of tourists. If you are too lazy to walk a bit for the peace and the views (like some negative posts) go elsewhere.

Topissime Hôtel très calme, décoration moderne bien que situé dans un ancien palazzo. Tous les services que l'on peut attendre d'un 5 étoiles sont présents. Excellente literie, petit déjeuner très varié, préparations de légumes, oeufs, gâteaux, tout est fait sur place. Mention particulière à Giuseppe, le chef, qui donne le meilleur de lui-même en cuisine, à Meli pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse, et à Daniella dont les massages vous font bien vite oublier la fatigue des kilomètres parcourus en journée. Excellent hôtel. La dame de la sauce à l'orange du saumon 😉

E’ proprio vero che non è tutto oro quello che luccica. Questo hotel è un 4 stelle scarso. Camera piccola, bagno mignon, doccino da bagno di servizio. Da un 5 stelle mi aspetto lusso, ma soprattutto un servizio impeccabile, che non ho trovato ( inclusa la lotta con le zanzare tutta la notte)

L’établissement est propre, très bien positionné pour visiter et à la fois calme. La deco est soignée, le petit déjeuner et le restaurant sont excellents. Seule bémol, deco un peu froide est assez simple. Cependant le gros point positif et vraiment agréable c’est le personnel : à tout heure et pour toute question : Accueillant, à l’écoute, disponible, gentil, attentionné. Un grand bravo pour le professionnalisme de tout le personnel. Plus particulièrement un gros coup de projecteur sur Graziella & le bagagiste adorable et souriant (dont nous ne souvenons pas du nom) Merci ☺️

Google is mistaken, there's no rooftop bar. That said, there's a small garden bar. Room had more street noise than I'd expected, but was spacious and well furnished. The breakfast was very good and the service was exceptionally gracious.

The absolute worst. Believe all of the 1 star reviews. This is what happened. 1. Arrived and the room stunk like smoke. Costanza said all the rooms were non smoking. 2. They ignored our "do not disturb" sign placed on our door 3. Costanza told the maintenance to go in anyway. 4. We came back to our room wide open to the terrace where anybody could've come in. Maintenance man was no place to be found. 5. What a violation of privacy. We did not feel safe at all. 6. We immediately packed up and left. 7. Capitol One Card wrote a formal complaint. We still have not received a response or credit for 2 nights. 8. Jessica is the manager who has not responded. 9. When leaving Costanza said it shouldn't matter because it was a hotel staff and they are allowed to go into the rooms. 10. She also wasn't happy about me taking pictures as she put it..."because of privacy " What a joke!!! What about our privacy that YOU violated??? We got to another hotel, ( Hotel Brunelleschi) checked in and again put the do not disturb sign on our door. We put our luggage in and left. Came back hours later to find a note under our door saying " The chambermaid was not able to make-up the room because of the "do not disturb" sign on the door. BRAVO!! THATS THE CORRECT WAY TO RUN AN EXCELLENT HOTEL.
