Bellissimo hotel, molto cordiali chi ci lavora ,camere molto confortevoli.

I liked this hotel. May be it's not 5*, but very comfortable, clean and we enjoyed our stay. Friendly, very helpful staff, nice delicious breakfast, big room. Most important walking distance to the best places in Florence: cathedral, gallery, square... you don't need taxi to reach those famous touristic places, just 10-15 min walk, amazing. Definitely coming back

ni siquiera vengo a opinar sobre el servicio, porque no era mi objetivo tomarlo. el día de hoy cayó un diluvio terrible en Florencia, mi familia y yo nos sentamos en una grada afuera del hotel para cubrirnos de la lluvia. no sé quién se quejó o si fue la propia administración del hotel, pero nos echaron, el dependiente fue muy grosero diciéndonos que no podíamos estar allí sentadas. después de discutir, nos ofreció entrar de muy mala gana. como hotel puede ser muy bueno, pero… dónde está la calidad humana y la ayuda?!

Great stay, great hotels. The Team is really helpful, very attentive. Tommaso gave great recommendations about restaurants and things to do. They sent us to this incredible restaurant called La Chicca Boutique Restaurant and we had the best meal in our stay. Thank you, strongly recommended

How on earth is this a 5 star hotel? The lobby is tiny, the rooms are tiny. This is a 3 star hotel masquerading as a 5 star hotel.

It's definitely not a 5-star hotel, rather 3-star maximum. The entrance has a few flights of stairs, no any ramp to get your luggage up. There's formally a bellman who should help with this, but he comfortably appears after you bring all the heavy stuff up. The interior design of the hotel is weird - it looks more like a haircut salon or shoes store. I was initially confused by this, thinking that I was in the wrong place. The reception stuff walks you to the room to go over trivial items like you have a bed, towels, slippers, and bathrobe. The room we got is tiny with a view of internal backyard, stairs, and breakfast area right at your window - people can see you while they eat their meal, make sure you have your clothes on to avoid shocking them or their kids. The bathroom is so small that while you take your shower, water easily floods the entire floor, towels and toilet paper. There's no shower curtain, just a feet of glass wall that doesn't protect anything from getting soaked. The shower head holder doesn't hold anything, so you should be pretty fluid to follow its movements both in the vertical and horizontal axis. There's not much privacy, you can neighbors and people from the corridor

Great service and great hospitality. We have enjoyed staying in , definitely will not be the last time. Adel was really friendly and provided the full help needed from the day we steeped in until we left!! The 2 ladies in coffee&breakfast area were very welcoming and polite. They are all professional members.

The most amazing, the kindest, the most wise receptionist of all time. He worked night shift on the 25. of April 2024. He deserves everything nice in this world.

Superb hotel. Stayed a week in April 2024. Staff are very welcoming and helpful and more so than in most other hotels we have stayed at in the same category. Staff take a genuine interest in guest welfare and happy to help with taxi bookings, preparing packed breakfast for early morning departures, organisation of tours etc. The hotel is small, more boutique like. It is very clean with bright decor. Breakfast was excellent: a wide variety of foods and beautifully presented. Location is over looking the river a short walk from Santa Croce. The centre (duomo area) is a brisk 20 min walk away. Taxis between the hotel and railway cost between 13 and 25 euros depending on the time of travel. Can fully recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Florence and wouldn’t hesitate to return.
