Ho soggiornato nella vostra struttura con il mio ragazzo e un’altra coppia. Il posto è meraviglioso e ideale per momenti romantici e tranquilli. Tuttavia, abbiamo avuto una brutta sorpresa il giorno della partenza: oltre a dover lasciare la camera, ci è stato chiesto di liberare la piscina esterna entro mezzogiorno, a meno di pagare un supplemento di 30 euro a persona. Quando abbiamo chiesto il motivo di questo supplemento, ci è stato detto che serviva per lasciare spazio ai nuovi arrivi. Abbiamo chiesto se pagando il supplemento i lettini sarebbero stati disponibili e ci è stato confermato che sì, mentre senza pagamento non avremmo potuto usarli. Questo ci ha infastidito ulteriormente. Capisco che possa essere una scelta interna, ma la trovo ingiusta. Nonostante questo inconveniente, il soggiorno è stato piacevole, ma questa politica è una pecca significativa.

A hidden gem so close to Florence, a beautiful amazingly scenic drive to get here then you have simply gorgeous views of the Valley from the property. First class rooms with super comfy beds & pillows, a great nights sleep assured ! Immaculately kept property at very reasonable price point. Food is delicious & mainly local ingredients….. a Family run business & it shows through the pride all the staff take in looking after you. The huge magnificent pool overlooks the Valley & it doesn’t get much better than this. Cannot recommend or rave about this place enough … a place to chill out & recharge your batteries…. We’re from Australia travelling for 3 mths & great full to find this place. Bravo to the owners as lovely people …. Love to return one day Gary & Sonia Berry Karragarra Island Queensland

This place is a must stay 10/10 experience Myself and my husband stayed here last April for our honeymoon while travelling around Italy, we spent a total of 4 nights I could have stayed much longer. So many good things to say but here are a few. 1. Staff are incredibly friendly and super helpful they let us know about a small town close by that we would have missed, delighted we didn’t. 2. The food in the restaurant was the best we had in Italy I still talk about it to this day and once again the staff in the restaurant were beyond friendly. 3. The spa facility was the most relaxing experience we had on our honeymoon amazing scenery while you relax in the hot tub completely private for just you and your partner, we also booked in a massage, we had to pay worth every Penny. 4. You are so close to Florence and the drive is amazing but nice to come back to the quiet of the resort. Honestly I dream about this place and cannot wait to return some day.

Un site magnifique, une piscine à débordement et la vue typique tiennent leurs promesses. Après, déception en découvrant une chambre étroite à la literie fatiguée, un service en chambre surprenant très amateur effectué par un jeune garçon dépassé, peu aimable et souriant. Alors que l’accueil a la réception était formidable et au restaurant par la jeune fille aussi. Côté qualité des produits en cuisine (dîner et petit déjeuner), médiocre. Pas du tout à la hauteur des canons toscan. Même retrouve un vinaigre balsamique de chez Lidl sur la table…étonnant pour un lieu soit disant authentique … Au cour du dîner à 60 euros par tête…un message regrettant mon départ imminent m’annonce que je devrais partir le lendemain à l’heure du petit déjeuner avant 10h…surprenant aussi. Malgré cela, la piscine est formidable, le calme complet, le site magnifique et la plus part des membres du personnel sont très accueillants.

Location eccezionale tra le colline toscane, con piscina, sdraio, camera principesca con doccia e lavandino in camera.

Cudowny hotel. Świetne miejsce. Naprawdę warte polecenia. Urokliwe, klimatyczne, ze świetnym widokiem. Bardzo polecam.

I really enjoy my stay here! The staff is amazing, the room is very clean and the food at the restaurant is superb! Highly suggested!! I will come back
