Utilitarian stop between west and east coast.
Compared to the rest of the people we encountered on our honeymoon, Hotel Up didn't really measure up. They will tell you that they have on-site parking, they do not. They will not tell you that you have to reserve a specific time for the spa that you've prepaid to use or they won't let you go. This was a utilitarian stop on our honeymoon between Pompei and Termoli. The spa is what sold me on this hotel. Unfortunately in all the emails that went back and forth between me and someone at the hotel on the day of our check in, they never once mentioned that we would not be allowed to use the spa we had prepaid for unless we prebooked a time. This was highly frustrating. Also, parking is not actually at their hotel, but at a different hotel in the area. The room was fine for a one-night stop, but this hotel and this city can be skipped.

Ottimo soggiorno
Ottimo soggiorno, in posizione centralissima, molto vicina alla stazione ferroviaria, comodamente raggiungibile a piedi in una decina di minuti. Staff cordiale e disponibile. Camera tripla enorme, così come il bagno. Molto buona la 1^ colazione a buffet, con caffetteria da bar.

Albergo carino, stanze con arredamento funzionale e moderno, staff molto cortese, posizione ottima e centrale. Da migliorare la colazione, i dolci niente di che trovo; nel mini bar solo acqua. Soprattutto, manca in albergo una zona bar e una lobby dove potersi rilassare. Pochi gli ombrelli disponibili per gli ospiti, ne ho dovuto comprare uno apposta. Nel complesso, comunque, un albergo carino, con un buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Lo consiglio.

Con grande cortesia e semplicità hanno organizzato tutto in maniera puntuale. Un piccolo evento, curato nei dettagli, i nostri ospiti sono stati a loro agio. Personale cordiale, gentile, sempre disponibile, anche di fronte alle richieste più complesse. Una certezza! Grazie ancora
We stayed one night at this hotel because it’s close to San Giovanni Rotondo, where we visited Padre Pio’s tomb. The lobby is quite small and there’s only one lift, so we had to wait in line outside to go upstairs.
Our room was pretty spacious, but the twin beds were quite small — only good for one person each. It did have hangers, a fridge, and a safety box though. The bathroom was clean and had hot water, but there were no toiletries provided.
We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and the food was quite good! We tried the lasagna, beef brisket, and pie for dessert. Breakfast was in the same place, usually from 7 to 10 a.m., but our group could start at 6:30. When my mom and I came at 7, the eggs and bacon were already finished, and they still didn’t refill the bacon even until 8.
The hotel is located in the city center, so our bus couldn’t park right in front. We had to stop about a block away and carry our luggage to the hotel. But the location is convenient — there are plenty of shops and a supermarket nearby.
