Muy buena. Excelente la recepción. Desayuno variado y con un buen horario. Muy cómodo, tranquilo y en lugar muy centrico

Hotel a Palermo situato a Porta Felice, raggiungibile in 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Palermo Centrale. Camera molto spaziosa con letti confortevoli. La sala colazioni è all’ultimo piano, sulla terrazza ed è molto ampia con ogni cosa, dalle loro preparazioni fatte in casa al salato con prosciutto, formaggio, uova e bacon. Sempre dove si svolge la colazione la mattina, la sera è attivo un servizio bar dove si può fare l’aperitivo. Non ne abbiamo usufruito ma l’hotel è dotato anche di una SPA e centro wellness. Personale gentile e disponibile. Consigliato.

Consiglio di soggiornare in questo hotel, ci siamo trovati molto bene, colazione buona e ben assortita. Ottima posizione per visitare la città.

Angenehmes Hotel, ruhige Zimmer, gute Betten, gute Lage. Tolle Dachterrasse, auf der man morgens frühstücken kann oder abends einen Drink nehmen.

Hotel molto curato, camere molto spaziose e letto super comodo. Il personale gentile e premuroso. Buona e varia la prima colazione. Anche la piccola spa è molto ben organizzata ed offre un bel percorso benessere. Ci torneremo sicuramente , esperienza da ripetere!!!

Esperienza ottima in questo hotel. Camere pulite, comode e dotate di tutti i confort possibili. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. La mattina ci ha accolto una colazione indimenticabile in terrazza, ottime le torte e i dolci, possibilità anche di colazione salata. Ci ritorneremo!!

Super séjour, je recommande, très bien situé

I would LOVE to give this a perfect score. All the amenities were fantastic. Suite, service, spa, and breakfast/bar were outstanding! And our hosts were so very hospitable. However, there was construction work being done across the street from early in the AM hours. As a tourist from the states it took me longer to recover from jet lag. We paid for a higher end room but our sleep was disturbed by the noise. Otherwise, reserve in advance. Perfect location and walking distance to almost anywhere. Fresh squeezed blood orange at breakfast daily. The best!

comfortabel en aangenaam hotel

Hôtel très bien situé par rapport au centre historique, accueil agréable et sympathique. Petit + pour Giuseppe le barman de l’hôtel qui en plus d’être sympathique et bon dans ce qu’il fait, est de très bon conseil pour la région ! Nous sommes très contents d’avoir fait sa rencontre et partager quelques mots sur Paris et la France ensemble !

A bit underwhelming. Arrived late at night due to challenges getting an Uber from the airport. Our room was ready and greeting was good. Unfortunately the cold water stopped working immediately. I realized this when I put my foot into a slow draining shower several inches deep in very hot water. I called and reception said we can switch your rooms tomorrow. It also meant couldn’t flush the toilet. The view from our original room was directly at a building under renovation and a large construction light was pointed directly at our room. Why it was pointed at the hotel at all is a mystery. The blackout drapes and storm shutters blocked most of the light. The view from the balcony was of a small street, almost an alley, with far too much trash and detritus. The area in front of the hotel was the only area free from debris. If you have a car realize that parking on the street is very limited and you need to pay a fee for the limited transit zone every day. Next day we were loved to a new room next door which had hot and cold running water. Almost the same view. If you book here ask for a room facing the garden. There is a garden behind the hotel which is beautiful. Breakfast was ok, service was prompt. Some diners said once throngs run out they are not replenished. It was not very busy during our stay so we did not notice this. The view from the breakfast dining area is nice. The city itself is like past luxury but now in ruins. And the modern city is built on top of and around it. Trash seems to be a problem everywhere but I didn’t notice many rats or bugs. The hotel is pretty close to the sights downtown and very close to the harbor.

ho effettuato un percorso benessere e un massaggio. il posto bellissimo e confortevole, personale accogliente e disponibile. un merito va sicuramente a Roberta, la ragazza che mi ha effettuato il massaggio in maniera impeccabile.

Una sperienza semplicemente meravigliosa , personali solari ed accoglienti ,molto professionali … SPA pulita e soprattutto ambiente rilassante , l’operatrice del massaggio mi ha davvero sorpresa nota da 5 stelle , ci tornerò molto volentieri e più spesso , grazie di cuore del benessere ricevuto in ogni aspetto 🙏
