Hotel Milano & SPA Reviews

This is a lovely and quaint hotel, stylishly decorated and conveniently located 2 minutes walk from the amphitheater. Piazza Bra and all the shops are close by but yet it is in a quiet side street. My 11-year old daughter and I got there about 11am, a few hours before the advertised check-in time. But our room was ready and we could get in straight away. Every single staff member was friendly and helpful. The room was small but very functional. There was wireless chargers on both bedside tables. Open wardrobe and dressing table save a lot of space, perfect for short stays. I chose this hotel because of the location and the roof top view. The jacuzzi was small, but no one was ever in it at both of the occasions that we used it. So it worked well for us. Breakfast room has a small courtyard, which offers a modern and relaxed atmosphere. There was a good selection of food, and the fresh fruits were in abundance; delicious sweet melons, pineapple, apricots, nectarines, apples, kiwis etc. If I had to choose one area of improvement, I would say that I wish they served small snacks at the roof top bar in the afternoon. Snacks like aranacini, focaccia, salad etc would be good additions to the drinks menu. Overall it is a great place to stay and would recommend it to anyone (except very young children) travelling to Verona.

Hotel de grande qualité, il mérite plus que 3 étoiles. Chambre très propre , très moderne . Le personnel est très accueillant et serviable. Petit dejeune copieux . Merci au bagagiste pour son professionnalisme . Super hôtel !!!! Rien à dire j'ai adoré .

Perfekte Lage direkt an der Arena mit schöner Dachterrasse. Unglaublich freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter in jedem Bereich. Wir können dieses Hotel bedingungslos weiterempfehlen.

Wonderful location, 1 minute away from the Arena with a fabulous roof terrace bar / restaurant. Paid garage parking available. We had a wonderful suite with our own jacuzzi & sauna on our terrace. Staff very friendly & helpful. Special mention to Alessandro at reception who helped us loads & looked after us. Massimo & his team on the terrace were fab, we met loads of fun people there too. Giada at reception very kindly secretly arranged a surprise birthday cheese dessert for my husband with me & the terrace gave us the best table right by the Arena so we could hear & see a bit of the opera there. My only small gripe is that the breakfast room didn’t seem to be air conditioned, was a bit uncomfortable. Plus we couldn’t get either if our tvs to connect to the internet or our phones to watch Netflix or anything other than Italian terrestrial tv.

Impossible to find better location in Verona and the top terrace bar and restaurant / hot tub has a view all over town and almost into the arena. The staff is extremely professional, kind and helpful. The team has a cooperative mindset and was instrumental in making an unplanned stay over due to a strike into an unforgettable stay.

Auch ohne eines, der wahrscheinlich großartigen Zimmer in diesem tollen Hotel mitten in der Altstadt direkt an der Arena zu buchen, lohnt es sich, auf einen großartigen Cocktail, die Dachterrasse zu besuchen. Wie in allen guten Hotels wird die Hotelbar von erstklassigem Personal geführt. Bei 37° ein Birra Moretti und ein klassischer Margarita mit Blick auf die Arena ist den Preis mehr als wert.

Very good hotel, I loved it, the staff were very friendly, they helped me a lot with questions about the tours. And Mia also welcomed us very well!😁 Hotel muito bom, adorei, os atendentes são muito simpáticos, me ajudaram muito com dúvidas sobre os passeios. E a Mia também nos recepcionou muito bem!😁

Excepcional Se podría decir tantas cosas, pero diremos las importantes, desde antes de la llegada la atención vía mensajes fue muy atenta por parte de Alessandro muy práctica y servicial, el Hotel está inmejorablemente situado, en pleno corazón de lo más importante de Verona, todo el personal y puedo decir todo, fue increíble hasta la hermosa Perrita Mia que siempre te recibe con amor, la habitación impecable, cómoda, con todo lo que se necesita y más para una buena estadía, la cena en la terraza fue muy rica la atencion de Giorgia increible Al igual que Manuel y todos los demas chicos de servicio y con esas vistas que se puede decir mas que mágica, Los Cócteles un 10, preparados por Silvia que a parte de hacer esos ricos brebajes con carácter hahaha es una persona amable y simpatica tengo que volver a repetir sobre el personal, desde el bar, camareros, recepcionistas, personal de limpieza todos absolutamente todos perfectos y ese es un motivo importante por el cual estar muy agradecido, mi reserva era por dos noches y al final me quede cuatro, por último decir este Hotel es más que recomendable y que a partir de ahora será mi Hotel cada vez que venga a Verona, muchas gracias por hacer de mis vacaciones algo especial.

This hotel is a beautiful boutique-style hotel gem. It gets 5 stars for excellent service, beautiful rooms, nice breakfast, and outstanding location. I couldn't be happier with our stay at this hotel. And I highly recommend dinner or drinks on the rooftop overlooking the arena.
