Местоположение- супер, все рядом, в 5 минутах. До балкона Джульетты- 10 минут пешком. Завтрак достойный, кофе варят под заказ. Номер самое слабое место, подушки тонкие, брали свои из машины.

Tant la ubicació, com el servei perfecte. La habitació un pel justa, llit doble enganxat a la paret.

Der einzige Kritikpunkt am Zimmer war, dass das Wasser in der Dusche sehr spärlich aus dem Duschkopf kam. Die Lage echt top, Der Service super freundlich, mit einem tollen Tipp fürs Abendessen. Das Frühstück, schön gemacht und fast alles da was das Herz begehrt. Auch alles sauber und in einem guten Zustand.

Está ubicado muy céntrico, pero en una calle que no molesta el bullicio del centro, Muy limpio,y muy recomendable. Volveremos

Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato un weekend in questo Hotel personale molto gentile,accurato,la stanza molto carina accurata nei minimi dettagli, molto pulita,forse un pochino rumorosa per i condotti di aereazione ma veramente bella ! la posizione è ottima facilmente raggiungibile anche dalla stazione e pochi passi dall Arena e da tutto ciò che vuoi visitare ! Molto consigliato!

Wir waren für 8 Nächte im Marco Polo. Sehr gute Lage, nur wenige Gehminuten von der Arena. Das Zimmer ist sehr schön. Das Badezimmer allerdings braucht wieder mal eine Renovierung. Die Duschkabine ist schon in die Jahre gekommen und sieht nicht sehr hygienischen aus. Die Duschbrause und der Wasserhahn müssten wieder mal entkalkt werden, das Wasser spritzt in alle Richtungen. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig, verschiedenen Brote und Backwaren, Eier und Speck, Schinken und Käse, Früchte, uvm. Die Tiefgarage mit Einzelboxen sind auch zu empfehlen. Wir würden das Hotel wieder wählen. Geben aber nur 4 Sterne wegen dem Badezimmer.

Quiet hotel situated in a great location, close to the arena and lots of restaurants, with friendly and welcoming staff. It is supposed to be a non-smoking hotel but one of the two rooms we rented had a bad smell of cigarette smoke. We asked if we could get a different room and were told that none was available but while we were away for dinner, they used a machine to clean up the smell. We did not see how this was done but upon our return the smell of smoke was gone and the room smelled as if it was freshly cleaned up. I was pleased with the new smell but my wife was bothered by it as she has a mild breathing condition and we ended up sleeping with a window slightly open. I only wish the hotel staff would have cleaned up the smell prior to our arrival, giving it more time to air out.
