Great service and staff. We enjoyed the location on a quiet street, Via Giulia. Hotel staff was exceptional and the service was excellent. Highly recommended.

Roma?! Sì ma solo se andiamo all' Indigo! Per la seconda volta in due anni abbiamo soggiornato in questo splendido Hotel, ottima posizione, ottimo servizio, ottimo cibo..ecc...La terrazza super! La cordialità non manca mai! Consigliamo la Spa e massaggi.

Un' esperienza 5 stelle ! Tramite un buono regalo abbiamo provato il meraviglioso e romantico Ristorante I Sofà. Consigliamo di salire prima nella roof terrace per osservare dall' alto il fascino di Roma sorseggiando uno dei meravigliosi cocktail preparati con molta passione e professionalità dal simpatico Daniele. Noi abbiamo selezionato dalla lista un fantastico Mai Tai e un Milano Torino. La cena è stata poi servita in un tranquillo e raffinato giardino all' interno dell' hotel. Lo chef è riuscito a farci fare un viaggio intorno all' Italia ma partendo dalla città di Roma. Risotto con fave, cipollotto melograno e crema al pecorino...canederli ripieni di baccalà mantecato...un tataki di tonno super...bis di babà da urlo... Tutto raffinato ed eccellente anche grazie alla simpatia e competenza di Andrea ! Lilly e Maurizio

Great Stay! We had an excellent stay, one of the highlights of our trip. We had the breakfast buffet 2 days. It was so worth it. The food was delicious and plenty of made to order options, including a full espresso bar. The staff was so accommodating. Everything was very clean. Highly recommend. We also enjoyed the rooftop bar with our friends with a nice view, relaxing vibe, and talented bartender who made us special drinks. We booked two rooms and both were beautifully cleaned and decorated. Very spacious. The pillows needed some updating, but other than that we were very comfortable. The fitness room was the only disappointment, very very small. If I visit Rome again, I would definitely chose this hotel. We didn't want to leave.

Family gem. Walkable everywhere and the best food! Get the breakfast! We stayed here in 2023 and again in 2024 with our family. We included the mini fridge with our room choice and breakfast (again) because it’s amazing! The fridge is fully stocked including alcohol and treats and after a blistering hot day in Rome it’s needed! The breakfast is THE BEST we’ve ever had. We came back to this hotel as a family because everyone loved it! The food is INCREDIBLE! Staff THE BEST! Although they moved the rooftop restaurant to the outdoor main floor they expanded the menu and it’s PERFECT for our picky eaters. They even let our daughter order a hamburger off room service. Rooms are quiet (not much of a view but fine). On the quietest side street which is lovely. VERY clean. Location is walkable everywhere. Rooftop patio for drinks with a view of the Vatican. I don’t think we can stay anywhere else when we are in Rome. It really is that good!

Absolutely Book Here This hotel is amazing. The front desk staff are so kind and take care of you so well. Also the rooftop bar is amazing. Danielle makes some of the BEST cocktails I have ever had and Jesus has amazing service and is so personable. It is very cleanly and there is no one on staff that is not willing to help and assist. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel even if you are just staying for 1 night or staying for a few weeks.

Great hotel to make your Rome experience special. Great location, most of the main tourist site are walkable from the hotel. Feels new. Very comfortable room (bed). Loved the desk staff - very helpful and informative (added to our experiences). Loved the roof-top bar. Try their interpretation of a “Bee’s Knees” cocktail. My wife raved about it.

Beautiful Hotel! Beautiful hotel and great location! The restaurant was very elegant and the food was great! The staff was outstanding! The rooftop bar was great and the bartenders were so nice and personable! Loved the whole experience and would definitely stay here again!

Pleasant Stay But Not A Five Star Hotel This hotel is in a convenient location, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. We booked this hotel because we thought it was a five star hotel and that’s what the hotel considers itself. This is absolutely a four star hotel, and we leave a rating of four as a four star. If we rate this hotel as a five star hotel, it would receive a two or three. The service is very nice, but the food at the restaurant Sofa is average. There are better places to dine about three blocks away. The beds are a bit too firm. There are no luxuries in the hotel other than that sheets are a good quality. The hotel spa is small and outdated. The bathrooms are also outdated. The rooms are quiet, and on a pretty street, so it is peaceful for a stay in Rome. You can also walk to the Vatican. We enjoyed our stay in Rome, but disappointed that we paid five star prices for a four star hotel.
